Do not recommend. Very poor communication, incomplete work, and lackluster customer service. I have to agree with the previous reviewer about consistently getting the runaround from this business.Update: Over a month later and I m still hearing wind noise every single time I drive from tragically poor installation. NO attempts from this company have been made to remedy this situation. Stay away!!

I called them and they came right out the next day they did a great job I definitely recommend them and they have good prices I use them a few times and I will call them again I m satisfied

Awesome Service! Polite well mannered and knowledgeable. Will definitely have a customer for life. Can't beat their prices. They also come to you! Rain delayed my appt a week, but this was something out of their control. So glad I was patient waited for the best. God bless your company and prayers for a prosperous year.

Stay away...this company has been terrible to deal with. They screwed up my wife's windshield and were no call / no show after scheduling to fix it. Now, we are having to jump through hoops to correct their poor workmanship. Communication is completely nonexistent and they do not stand by their work. Look elsewhere!

Crystal Clear is a great value! They replaced my windshield for way less than that company with the jingle (you know the one I'm talking about), and they did it right outside my home!

After multiple issues with my windshield replacement, it is still not right. I was supposed to get a call from the owner today to look at what is happening but I didn t. When I called to see why, I felt like I was getting the runaround. I chose to use a local business because I love to support small businesses but I paid for a job that has not been done correctly. The windshield leaked on me while on a road trip in the pouring rain. They came out and fixed it but then when I went through the car wash SEVEN DAYS LATER it leaked on me yet again. I am disappointed with the quality of the work and the customer service. I paid for this out of my pocket and now I have a leaking car that will ultimately be moldy because of the leak. Don t deal with these people. All you get is the runaround.ADDED AFTER BUSINESS REPLY: I am so sorry to hear of the funeral and family obligations and I certainly don't want to come across as uncaring and rude. I've had probably five follow ups after the repair so you can certainly see my point of view and extreme dissatisfaction. While I am sympathetic to your loss and family obligations, I feel like putting that on here discredits my review which is, unfortunately, how I feel at this point in time.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They are very professional. I called, scheduled an appointment and two days later they came to my house and I had a new windshield. The tech that came was so nice and took no time to do the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got a quote from Safelite and a quote from Crystal Clear Auto Glass. I saved about $400 as result. I highly recommend this company!In addition, it only took the company about 1 hour to make the front windshield replacement.Lastly, the staff was polite and kind. My dad would not use anyone else! They are very thorough, professional, and never have had complaint.They ve replaced 2 windshields on a Toyota Tacoma, Nissan versa, and now I m going to call them for my Honda civic.**They drove to my home in Meriwether County every time.**Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I knew this business from the recommendation of a body shop. After negotiating with the lady at the front desk, they replaced the broken windshield on my Camry with a brand new OEM one and calibrated it within an hour. Very professional service! They offer next day service, I called yesterday and they came out today. My Technician/Installer arrived right on time, he was very professional, polite and courteous and the faulty windshield was removed and replaced with a new one in an efficient and relatively short amount of time Quick . This was a very pleasant experience all around.Their price was almost half the price of any other estimates I had gotten plus they came to me where as the others required me to come to their shop location. Definitely reccomend and I am extremely pleased with my windshields installation. All questions were answered and instructions for care were explained perfectly. Thank you so much for a job beyond Well Done.

Awesome experience!!!! Great price, service and staff!!! They were $75 to $100 cheaper than everyone else, went to my husband's job in Griffin, Georgia and had windshield replaced in about 30 minutes!

Great place to get your glass installed, they drove to my house and installed both the windshield and back glass in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be calling them next time!

The repair man didn't leave change as instructed. And tightened the wipers to tight. The windshield dose not leak so that is a plus.
