Very poor customer service and the owner is rude all the vehicles are over priced and lemons I wouldn't recommend this company. Terrys auto sales is the best in town hands down

I just bought me a 2008 Lexus RX 350 at Adams motors and Teddy was great in helping me find the perfect vehicle for me. She was just friendly and very knowledgeable in every thing. I would recommend going there and ask for Teddy she will help you.

I came all the way from Macon Georgia to purchase my car from Adana motors after driving around for hours trying to find the car I wanted thank god I found this lot Ms. Teddi help me with my process she even help me find good reasonable insurance companies she waited patiently with me as I did so I appreciate her service and kindness I m happy now my birthday 2 days from now and I got myself a new car 2017 Honda accord sport ask for ms.teddi tell her I sent you

Bought a vehicle, 2 days later noticed the motor mount was broke, wheel bearing was going bad, vehicle wouldn t start to the point of running the battery dead for trying for so long to crank it. Called and spoke with John, the owner, he agreed to return my money after he confirmed the issues or to get a mechanic to fix it. So we agreed for a mechanic to fix it but per John I would have to bring it back the following week. Called the following week and John informed me the mechanic was tied up and wouldn t be about to get to it until the following week. That happened twice. In order to look like a honest company they will say I canceled the appointments but that s simply not the case. So during the third week I had to jump it off 3 times in one day and called to speak with John but he wouldn t get on the phone. So I spoke with William and informed him since a mechanic hasn t looked at it I d be returning it and expecting my money back per John and I agreement. At that point William told me John said he will not give my money back since it s been three weeks. Even though John wouldn t let me bring it for a mechanic to fix the issues. So I returned the truck anyway expecting John to be a man of his word. Since then I have requested a copy of my contract, William advised me to seek an attorney to subpoena a copy of my contract. (They don t have it bc teddy, the receptionist, told me it was destroyed since we canceled our agreement) I also requested some sort of documentation stating I returned the vehicle and they also will not give me that. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE CROOOOOOOOKS!!!!!!!!

Purchased a used vehicle from here, down to earth owner and nice businessmen working there..they went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly from test drive to finish and closing with a great deal. Definitely no pressure salesmen. I love mine and it seems very promising that I will get my monies worth out of it. So far so good :) I needed something safer for my kids and I. Happy owner of a 2011 Chevy Tahoe.

Horrible business and poor customer service skills. My husband and I drove from Atlanta to inquire about a vehicle. My husband confirmed with the owner that the establishment would be open during the time frame we would get there. Needless to say, they were not open and the vehicle was not on the lot. We called several times and no one answered the phone nor was there an answering service. Don't waste your time and money. This company is not trustworthy.

I will not recommend this dealer based on the car that was sold to my in laws. We feel they took advantage of a senior couple (80's) by not disclosing all the problems with the car both cosmetically and mechanically. The car had been wrecked before and repairs were done insufficiently. Because of this, further repairs had to be performed after the car was purchased and it never has been right. The car left them stranded on the side of the road numerous times. Basically a nightmare purchase from a less then reputable person. Hopefully you are reading this prior to dealing with Adams Motors. Buyer Beware !!

Haven t even had the car awhole week and it started messing up the first day I got it the battery went dead and then 3 days later my on my dashboard it kelp saying that my check my coolant owner manual comes to find out I didnt have any in it , but they told me that everything was fine and it s ready to ride but the hose by the fan had a hole in it and it was leaking oil

This place is a joke, the people here are absolutely rude and their vehicles are over priced, I called and asked simple questions just to be hung up on 3 times dont get ripped off here guys this place is trash!
