I had been a loyal customer and purchased 6 really expensive tires for my Ford F350 Crew Cab Dually in the past !!I need to have my Brakes replaced and they told me that my truck was to long to fit on there hydraulic lift !! There for they couldn't do a total brake job for me !!! If they could replace 6 tires then surely they could have done a total brake overhaul !!I would not recommend that you purchase anything from this establishment ever !!!!

The staff is amazing here. They were very helpful and informative to me. They did not give me a run around, but were very truthful. I love coming to this place to get my car worked on. I would recommend this place to anyone. I remember the last time I brought my car, there was a line of people waiting to get there car worked on also. They have a lot clientele, because you can trust them with your car.

Had a problem with my front bearings after getting new tires from another establishment. Wasn't informed about swapping from a all terrain to a street tire. 5star did a jam up job and service will definitely go back for anything in the future!!

Oil change was pricey, and the service wasn't nearly as good as the Griffin location. Not the worst mechanic I've been to but there's way better (and cheaper) options in the area.

Saturday, 10 minutes before closing I drove into 5 Star because i had a tire with lowering air pressure. They welcomed me, took care of my needs with excellent professionalism. Their attention to detail was superb. I m very appreciative!! Thank you again.

Once again, outstanding and professional work. This shop is, or should be, where you take your automobiles for service. I can't say enough about this repair company. Awesome people and service. Rescued me on Friday morning and completed a water pump and timing belt repair in 5 hours. Lyn... awesome mechanic. Lisa... great customer service and assistance. I highly recommend this business and Super Staff !!!

Was very clean and proffesional. Did a courtesy wellness check of the vehicle with out being asked. Will use again.Got an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, tire change.

Owner is very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Service is first come first serve. They always do a great job servicing my vehicle. I love the clean waiting area and how they offer coupons for free local coffee or sandwiches.

Got my Oil Changed. I was in and out with-in thirty minutes, the staff where friendly and the establishment clean and inviting. The price of the Oil Change was less than I expected overall I give them a five-star because of their complete service and hospitality.

I always love going to five star, everyone says 'but they're pricey' no, proper maintenance on your vehicle is going to cost and Five star has the best prices overall for any maintenance needing done. Never a problem and you always feel welcomed when you need to have your vehicle serviced

Honest and Timely. I had my truck towed there on Memorial weekend due to overheating. They could have told me anything, but honestly said it was the clamp that we fixed. They said it just needed more coolant. They added it and that was it. I'm thankful for their honesty and will certainly continue to use the for my mechanical needs in the future.

This place was amazing!! I am using my son's google account because I do not have one. We were there out of town for a national competition when I got a flat tire. I went into this place 30 mins before closing and the staff here was so very kind and got me right in and out fix the flat tire that had two nails in it. I can not even begin to tell you have super this staff was. I would differently recommend these people!!!

Do not ever use this place I took a truck in for AC recharge. After waiting for an hour and a half and a $95 bill they told me that I had to drive it for a couple of days before it started getting cool after it was blowing hot air a couple hours later I called back and tried to get my money back or get it repaired but they just talk to me like I was stupid and told me that I could bring it back in 4 to 5 days then commenced to try to tell me that they don't test the line before they put Freon in it. It's amazing every other shop in the world does a vacuum on a free online before they charge this place right here will rip you off

I brought a vehicle in for a routine oil change, after waiting for over an hour I was called up front and the bill was $75.90. I notices I was charged an additional 25 dollars for a tire rotation. What's funny is the drivers side rear tire had a slow leak so if they rotated the tire it should have ended up on the front. Next day the same rear tire was still in the same place it was. I am very disappointed. This place was highly recommended

Great people and great service!! Went to ford place before here and they were rude, acted like I didn t know what was wrong with the car. 5 Star aligned the vehicle and got me back on the road! Highly recommend!

This place never lets me down. Transmission in my truck was acting up, I spent $300 at Franks s Automotive in Barnesville for them to keep my truck a full week and tell me it was perfect and had nothing wrong with it. 4 days later I have the exact same issue. Took it to Five Star, they found the problem, fixed it, did my oil change and it was ready for pick up in 4 hours for under $100. It was a missing clip on the shifter cable, apparently the first guy failed to notice that during the week he spent going over the whole transmission. I ll not make the mistake of going anywhere else again. I ve gone there (almost) exclusively for 9 years, so I ll just keep going.

I highly recommend it because they're really nice people with great service. Even they tell you what's really wrong with your vehicle. This is THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN. ILL ALWAYS BRING MY VEHICLE(S) HERE FOREVER.

Two coworkers recommended 5 Star, and they were right. The staff is professional and friendly, the waiting room is clean and comfortable, and I will return for future car maintenance
