Rob came out and replaced my vent glass driver side rear which had been busted. This was the only company in the region who could get access to the last vent glass for my car. Everyone else said they weren t able to locate any, even the junk yards. He even came a day earlier. Looks good as new.

These guys were great! My wife had a broken passenger side window and they were able to get to us within two days. Also, hats off to the installer. He had had a long day (a Friday no less), and still did an awesome job with the install. I strongly recommend them. They are Friendly, affordable, and hard working. The photos are of the damaged window prior to their repair.

Glass Wizard is the absolute best!! I needed a windshield for my car ASAP and they came through. I know i can count on them for any of my glass needs!!! This company is just AMAZING!! Honesty first, Very, very knowledgeable as they caught a detail I didn t mention last minute that changed the glass and pricing was only $10 more and absolutely perfect!! They came to my house which is a good distance away, further than anyone else would travel as I was asked to meet places by other companies so when I called Glass Wizard, they explained coming to my house is best. I didn t know that. They also worked with me as I was sick and had to reschedule and they were caring and worked with me.I felt completely cared for and my windshield is PERFECT!!I called a couple places before the Glass Wizard and felt as if I was a number in line and one company listed a fake address and the guy even wanted me to pay for it over the phone immediately before setting up the repair. The other large company is a safe auto glass repair but quoted me double. Glass Wizard took care of my Ford Escape Titanium immediately and half the price of three other quotes.On a personal note: I worked for a family business for 28 years and I believe we should keep these companies alive!!! They are the ones that care the most and you actually DO pay them to think!! Thank you for catching it and I will recommend you always! Wendy Stringer

Rob is a good guy. Very honest. After he got to my house, he realized he had the wrong windshield. He could have made it work, but instead he was honest and let me know the problem. He re-ordered and came back as soon as he had the right part. Great job and I appreciate the honesty!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Rob, at Glass Wizard. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He had the best prices of the companies that I checked with, but, I would do business with him again, even if his prices were higher......He earned his 5 stars..

I called glass wizard on Aug 17th 2021 for a quote on windshield replacement. I was given a reasonable quote and was scheduled for today the 23rd. I waited until 11:30 and called them again to make sure they were coming. They said I would probably be the last stop. I said fine, no problem. Here it is 7pm .....I've waited all day......no show, no call (except the one I made) I took the trim off , the cowling off , the wipers.....so he wouldn't have much to do except remove the old glass and just set the new glass in......If you're not going to make your own appointment , have the decency to at least let the customer know you won't be able to make it.I appreciate the call the next morning for the apology but the day wasted was enough for me to seek another company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was in West Georgia visiting family when a rock flew up and hit my windshield. I was planning to leave to head back to Charleston two days later, but wouldn t be able to make it without getting my windshield repaired. Glass Wizard understood my urgency and was able to order my glass and have it replaced, and my Jeep was ready to be picked up the next morning. They also came in significantly lower than the other quotes I had received. Glass Wizard was fast, courteous, and kept me from having a ruined trip.

The man that came and replaced the window in my husbands truck was very knowledgeable and new every thing he was talking about also he was very kind.I'm having my window replaced wensday by the same company. I wish I could remember the man's name..Anyways this Will be the 2nd time we have used their service and I'm very pleased with the out come..

Came the day the said they would, vacuumed up the broken glass around our truck in the drive way and inside the truck, and beat Safelite s price by almost $200! Highly recommend.

This process was made increibly easyfor me from the start. The technician who replaced my windshield was incredibly friendly anx personable while also remaining professional. I will definitely use Glass Wizard in the future for any auto glass needs that may arise.

They were on top of things., They told me my windshield would be there at 3 and at 3 not only was it there but they were waiting on me and 100 percent ready to do the job. I HIGHLY recommend them.
