These guys are awesome! We had an emergency fix needed and Greg and Justin were able to get us in the next day.Our rear trailer axle decided it wanted to go solo but thankfully it didn't make it. We had a roadside fix done, but it was just enough to get us somewhere safe.Greg and Justin stepped up and installed the correct parts and made sure the other axles were still in proper working order. The pictures are from before RV South touched the trailer. I'll upload current pictures when I get a chance.Thanks again!

We live within 1.5 miles of RV South and it is so easy and convenient for us to take our 5th wheel camper to them(instead of hauling it back to the dealer we purchased from) for any repairs. Greg McDonald and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are very fast, efficient and reasonably priced with the repairs we have needed them to do and they have also provided warranty service for us as well. Highly recommend them to anyone regardless of the type of camper you have.

Needed some help with our landing gear which one side would not retract. Called RV South and they talked us thru the problem. So grateful for their assistance. Highly recommend them!!

This place isn't a rv parts store employees don't even know what they are doing. Thought I would give them another try.and was disappointed once again. Absolutely not at all a parts place and if you do get parts they have too ask permission to even order it Nd it will ne a long wait to even get it in.

Called RV South to inquire about an A/C Replacement and Refrigerator not cooling properly. When Grant asked me a couple of questions about the problems, I was sold immediately on these guys being my go to repair shop. I went the next morning and pulled my unit back from the original dealers facility and brought it to Sylvester. These guys provided excellent service and in a very timely manner. Called & Emailed with the progress. RV South is top notch, just try them for yourself.

We took our camper to RV South on a Thursday and was quoted a price for repairs. Since the 4th of July holiday was the following week, we were told it would be ready the following week. We received a call on Friday that our camper was completed (which was right on time). We checked the work done and it looks great. Their customer service was great! I highly recommend to use this company for your camper repairs. We will definitely use them in the future.

I took my horse trailer in to have a hydraulic Jack put on, sewer pipes to be fixed, and a few other things fixed. They were quick to respond with estimates and options. Very trustworthy and had great communication. Top notch customer service and care for my horse trailer.

32 foot Arctic Fox bumper pull. Replaced all my leaf springs and upgraded to the Moryde system. I worked with Grant over the phone to order the correct parts. We are full-time RV'er and needed the installation done while we waited. We drove the 30 miles to Sylvester and they did it in a half day. Recommend this company. Great job! Good communicators. Last month the gear box on our kitchen slide went out. Service was quick and very satisfactory not to mention staff was supper helpful and friendly. In March we used RV South to replace 2 sky lights and reseal the roof. They did an excellent job. Everything was very neat and staff was very professional. Give them a try you will be glad you did.

I got the 1 hour/main appliance inspection done and and got my skirt supports replaced and a few holes in my roof lining patched. RV South was able to knock it out much sooner than expected and all at a very reasonable rate. Can't recommend them enough. Took my Horse trailer to RV South to work on the living quarters. The bathroom vent no longer worked, one of the hot water heater thermostats needed replacing and I thought I had an issue with the trailer wiring to the truck. They fixed all my issues with quality work and also was able to find the parts to fix my awning. They also helped troubleshoot my truck being the issue as the newer diesels have multiple fuses for trailer wiring. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

I called a dozen RV dealerships and repair shops looking for a new external water filter system. This store knew exactly what I needed, ordered it based on my description provided, and had it delivered to their store in less than 48 hours. Customer service is top notch; I will return to this store regardless of the extra miles from my current store around the corner.

What an amazing team . I can't say enough good about this place of business. While driving south to Florida in the rain a piece of fiberglass ripped off the motorhome exposing wood. They dropped everything they had scheduled to do that day to get me back on the road. A bonus for me I never heard foul language or voices raised. I highly recommend the professional work ethics.

Was camping in the area when the Air Conditioner began to play out. Called this place and they were so nice over the phone. Set up the time to have the unit placed. Unit placed and working great thus far. Staff was very friendly and treated us with nothing but respect. I can t thank rv south enough! Several weeks back we had some fixes done for other issues and had great service. Today ( Sunday) our converter went out and we leave for a week long vacation tomorrow. I emailed rv south and they immediately responded and met us down at the store ( on their day off!) so we could get a new converter. They could have told us they were closed, or not have responded to the email it s their day off after all!!! But they responded immediately and helped us get exactly what we needed. We are so appreciative. They saved our vacation!!!Service: Electrical

Can't say enough good things about this business. Went above and beyond. We were kept up to date on each and every thing that was done to our trailer. Full roof replacement as well as slide out roof replacement due to a tree limb. The owner even notified me of a recall that had he not discovered could have resulted in a catastrophe while towing. Superb work and just a very nice and conscientious owner. Will be our "go-to" for any thing we need done to our camper.Service: Body & Trim

They came out in the rain to work on my fridge in my travel trailer. I am staying nearby because my son is in ICU and, to say the least, emotions have been in a chaotic state. I am staying in my camper, so being without a fridge has been inconvenient at best. So when you have someone go above and beyond the call of duty, you feel relief. We left FL to head to Montana and noticed our coach water pump wasn t working on the first day of our trip. I called Greg and he said he closed at noon on Saturdays but would meet us even though we couldn t get there until about 2:00. He was waiting on us when we arrived. Replaced our pump and diagnosed and fixed another problem with a valve! We were back on the road in 90 minutes! Thanks you for such exceptional and friendly service!

I stop by to see if they had some lights and bulbs that I needed, as well as a few other things, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount and quality of inventory. Very price conscientious on my purchases but I'm not going to save a dollar by buying on Amazon. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

We arrived at our campground after dark last night. As we were leveling our fifth wheel the hydraulic line burst and fluid went everywhere. We were unable to level the RV or extend the slides. As it was late we had to stay in a hotel for the night. This morning we called RV south and the owner had a tech named Dustin come out to help us. He had us repaired, Leveled and with the slides set up in no time. If you are in the area and need repairs check them out. We greatly appreciate them coming out on a Sunday.

RV South should be your only call for service in SWGA. Heck even if you live outside the area bring your rig and let them work on it! It will be worth your time and money! Professional doesn't even begin to describe this business and the people that work there! I really can't say enough good things! Fast friendly and knowledgeable!

The crew is friendly and conscientious. Repaired our water heater, resealed the roof and replace the brake controller. We were traveling to Orlando, Florida for a dog competition and stopped in Cordele, Georgia for the night. Our entry steps wouldn t stay out and it was determined that the motor needed to be replaced. We called RV South and Grant came to our campsite and secured the steps, ordered a new motor and arranged to have it overnighted to their shop. The next day we drove our motorhome to their shop and once the part arrived, it was installed and we were back on the road! We couldn t have been more pleased with their attention to detail, promptness, excellent work ethic, but most importantly just the nicest people you could have the pleasure of meeting! We would highly recommend RV South to anyone in need of assistance with their motorhome!

They have done several different jobs on my camper.Always fixed the problem inside and outside. Great, honest people. They really strive to do their best.
