Excellent Service! I scheduled an appointment for oil change. But because of my business schedule, the customer service called me ahead of the schedule and try to make accommodation for me patiently and thoughtfully. It just took about half an hour to finisheverthing!

They put my new tires on quick and efficiently. They guy over the shop is always nice and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm safe.

Made a trip for an oil change from another city over. Never used Walmart before but wanted to give it a try. Both clerks we're standing at the register and advised me there were lots of people ahead of me I would have to come back another day and laughed. They obviously need customer service skills. I understand there was a wait but wasn't given any time frame it would take. I was planning to shop while waiting but with that attitude I left the store all together. Another customer overheard and sent me to Terwilligers which was quick. This was at 11 am 6 or 7 hours before the Auto center closed. Walking back through the shop two mechanics we're arguing with each other. No excuse for this and I have definitely spread the word since leaving and will continue to do so. Very unprofessional.

Had a slow leak in a tire so I brought it in. The tire manager and another employee both said they looked at it and didn't find a leak. I took it home and removed a large nail and plugged it myself. On a separate occasion I had 3 of 4 Goodyear tires I purchased there blow the sidewalls out within 2 weeks of each other. The tires had good tread left and less than 65k miles. They would not warranty the tires because I did not purchase the road hazard warranty.

WalMart Auto Center gave me a great price on 4 tires for my truck. They have a great selection of tires including most of the biggest selling name brands. I checked around, but they got my business. The installation was excellant, but they didn't do alignments at the location I went to. I will have to get mine checked elsewhere, but the savings were worth the effort.

They messed up my jeep during previous oil change, and admitted that it was messed up by them. Then refused to fix it.

SO I GO TO GET ME A TIRE YESTERDAY I GET TO THE TIRE CENTER AT 5:30 MAN WALKS UP TO ME AND ASK COULD HE HELP ME I SAID YES I NEED TO GET A TIRE MIND YOU ITS 5:30 HE SAID WE CLOSE AT 6:00 OK WELL THAT'S 30 MIN FROM NOW HE ASKED ME WHAT CAR ARE YOU IN I SHOW HIM MY CAR HE SAID WE CANT PUT TIRES ON THAT CAR I SAID WHY NOT HE SAID THEM ARE CUSTOM WHEELS I SAID FUNNY Y'ALL PUT THE OTHER 3 ON HE SAID WELL MUST HAVE BEEN JASON AND HE IS ON VACATION SO HE REFUSED TO PUT MY TIRE ON BUT STILL SOLD ME THE TIRE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM AND I REFUSE TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN THAT IS THERE JOB AND HAS DONE 3 BEFORE NOW.

The battery shelves are almost empty... Not only are the customers missing out.. the storei is missing sales.... The staff was helpful

Worst place ever for tires service won t install any type of tire on a racing aftermarket rim wouldn t recommend any this place to any sports car people out there.
