Hard Working Staff, Honest, Family Owned Business, that serves their community well!! These guys keep my company tow trucks and other personal vehicles on the road with peace of mind, I definitely recommend you get your tire and auto repair work done at this awesome shop! These folks are quick, honest, and effective. I limped in on a donut yesterday after having a tire shredded by a random piece of metal on 16. They had me on my way within an hour and were pleasant throughout the process. I d give 6 stars if I could - heck, 60!

Good, honest, down to earth people. Prices are not outrageous either. I would drive from Statesboro to go here for services as terwilligers will be more honest than those here. A+

Extremely disappointed with the oil change service. I asked for a full synthetic oil service and they gave me a conventional. My engine cover is now missing. They cracked the air filter box cover. Called the shop manager and very unwilling to help locate the missing engine cover. The girl at the front desk was rude and not professional. She made a mistake on the type of oil change I wanted and did not apologize or anything. Was a loyal customer for years and they have lost a customer.Service: Oil change

Willing to give good price and performance comparison between two brands of tires with similar performance and durability, one brand was a couple of 100 Dollars more expensive than the other brand. Installation was fairly quick and they gave honest information on status of my brakes, when they easily could have tried to sell me new brake pads, price was fairly reasonabl

The service is excellent. They do their best to fix your vehicle and when they can't, they let you know instead of fixing something that is not needed. Prices are good. Keep up the good work!!!

I brought my vehicle in with one flat tire and another tire with a slow leak. The friendly professional staff checked and repaired both tires in roughly 30 minutes and the cost was only $30 ($15 dollar each tire). Terwilliger Tire & AG is the BEST for prompt, professional, and affordable tire service.

They saved us. Traveling an had a blow out. A older gentlemen an his grandson helped us put the donut on and directed us to these guys! They had us back on the rd in 30 minutes! Deeply grateful...

The attendant was nice and helpful. My wait time was not long at all. My oil needed to be changed and found out they also check your fluids and vacuum your floors. I certainly will be back and recommending to others.

Plan on long wait for oil changes. Best advice to either drop off or go next door to Burger King and eat a leisurely meal. Auto repairs require appointments, they will try to help with emergencies. Tire repairs and replacements are first come first serve, in most situations.

Very affordable service, and friendly, compassionate, concerned people. They will take you home or pick car up, they make sure your car is vacuum, your fluids filled as a compliment. Just awesome people, Mr. Henry is a pleasant person, concern about his business, just call and he will resolve the situation, if there be any

This is the best place for automotive service, new tires, rotation and alignment, oil changes, etc. The employees are very good, can repair almost anything. They will pick up and deliver. Friendly and professional folks in the front. Not important that this is my brother's business, he approves of my message. All true, it really is!

Battery started acting weird this morning. They were super super busy and still fit me in and replaced my batter!! I got my car serviced and a batter replacement all in less than 1 hour!!! They were amazing for helping a girl out!!!

The most awful service I received... Yes, they are fast, maybe even too fast... But the quality of work is just awful... Had an oil change done, when I bought my car, keep in mind no leaks or anything... Once they did my oil change and I went back to my dealer for a tire, he told me something was leaking and it wasn't before... So he checked... He told me the oil filter wasn't screwed on property... If I hadn't went back to my dealer I would of been without a car...

Took my father-in-laws 4-wheeler tire up there to have it patched up. the tire was a bit old and had some dry rot issues but to extend the life of the tire a bit longer they put an inner tube inside the tire. Very quick, very friendly service.

If you live in swainsboro and need a tire, this is your place. They have phenomenal customer service and the guys in the back stay sweaty to help you get in and out fast. Been using them for years and haven't had a problem yet!

Overpriced. Was not informed about what was going on. Now I'm losing transmission fluid and they can't find the leak. And they will not take responsibility for my cracked transfer case that was not cracked before. For mechanic work I will be taking my business elsewhere.
