Outstanding experience. This was an internet sale that couldn't have gone any easier. With considerable distance between me and the dealership, Tracy Hall and her manager Monty Smith and with a couple of phone calls we had a deal in about an hour. My new vehicle was delivered to my driveway, cleaned fueled and ready to go. All the paper work was done in advance, the vehicle options were explained to me and my trade was on its way back to the dealer. Job well done by all who were involved. I highly recommend Swainsboro Ford LincolnPart 2 took place today (about 16 months apart) with the purchase of a new 2021 Explorer. We can't be happier my wife loves the vehicle. Same as Last year when I got my F-150 totally a great experience. The whole team that works there Are out standing. Special shout out to Matt who helped me this time along with Monty. And a very special thanks to Greg who delivered the two vehicles. Very Professional and had the vehicles fueled and spotless after there journeys to us. Once again we are a grateful and loyal customer of Swainsboro Ford. You guys are the best.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Wish I could talk to the owner of the place. Some people may have good experience. Make sure you check what you buy very well and don t be scared to walk away.

Amazing people! Tracy was a saint gave me a good deal on my trade in and sold me the car she was seconds away from buying herself. I drove 3 hours to buy from them and it was definitely worth the drive!

We found a used vehicle online and went to test drive it. The guy that was the salesman was awesome and did a fantastic job. The reason I'm giving them a 1 star review was because the finance manager came in and talked down to my mother belittled her, was rude, and basically told her she didn't know what she was talking about. I don't know how he got involved because she hadn't even filled out a credit application and had only test driven the SUV. He told us he over heard the salesman talking about the sale so he decided to come in and talk to my mom. No one should be talked down to the was she was and be little over basically nothing! So we then went to Paul Thigpen Chevrolet in Vidalia and bought a SUV that was 2 years newer with less miles than the one we test drove in Swainsboro. She is happy and they had no problem working with her and being very patient with her.

Tracy Hall was the best part of my experience at Swainsboro Ford Lincoln. She was happy to answer any questions and clearly cared about my purchase. I can't say the same for the sales manager and finance manager who barely acknowledged me, but Tracy made sure I left happy with the truck I wanted.

Brought my daughter here to purchase her first car on her own. She purchased her dream car a 2022 Ford Mustang! Tracy Hall was the best! She listened to her concerns about staying within her budget and they did just that. Amazing service that we drove 1.5 hours for in a terrible storm and would do it again in a heartbeat! I found the exact used truck that I was looking for at Swainsboro Ford. Only problem, the dealer was 400 miles from where I live in TN. I inquired online and salesman McKay Cox responded quickly, answering all my numerous questions. Upon arrival to the dealership, the truck was getting detailed and the gas tank was full (a rarity with a used unit in today s market). There was, what I perceived, one small glitch with the truck. I appreciate Monty for going out of his way to making it right. I received a very fair trade-in value for my SUV. Paul Lokey was able to beat my Credit Union s interest rate. These folks know how important customer service is. They are upfront and unlike many other dealers, Swainsboro Ford doesn t play games with pricing, fees, etc. Thank you, McKay, Paul, and Monty for providing an outstanding experience. The drive down to Swainsboro, GA was well worth it. I highly recommend this dealership!

We Purchased a pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500 for a great price and were handled professionally and with care. If you re looking for a great car dealer who sells quality trucks I highly recommend this dealership. We will continue to shop this dealer regardless of the 3 hour drive distance because of how good their deals and sales team is!

2020 Ford Escape ... When I first got to the dealership, I was greeted by Matt and he showed me one of the models we had been discussing prior to my arrival. Took it for a test drive and came back and went with one of the different style and loved it. He treated me great from the beginning to passing me off to Monty for the final numbers and signing of the paperwork. During the process, Matt kept me up to date on each and every single detail during the whole transaction. I will definitely be returning for my future purchases. Thanks guys, great job for making me feel like something other than just a number...but like family!

I m a chaplain at a Hospice in Vidalia Georgia. I have had terrible experience with my local Ford Dealer so I come over here to this one. I schedule the visit and I go in. We have it set up that they drive me in my car over to Retirement Inn where I preach a service and then I come over to the nursing home at the hospital. I then walk across and pick up my car. It is always ready and done.

I had done business with Swainsboro Ford previously.They were very professional courteous and accomodating.This visit was even better. McKay was the perfect salesman with excellent knowledge of the vehicles at the dealership. Monty and Paul were both very helpful and make a great team. I purchased a new 21 Ford F 150 and am very happy. It is an amazing truck.

I bought a 2016 Ford fusion here in 2021 Tracy was my sales person she was very nice and treated me well I want a SUV and will be shopping with Swainsboro Ford again
