Good value for a room. The biggest problem is the location and the other motel customers. The rooms are extremely loud inside from external noises and it s at an intersection where people seem to like doing burnouts or racing. Other customers were very loud, especially outside the rooms at late hours. The room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. No electrical outlet near the desk and had to plug in my laptop in the bathroom outlet, which barely reached. New TVs and the parking lot was newly blacktopped. Again, the problems mostly aren t the fault of the motel, mainly other human problems. I did get bit by a spider during the night, but that could happen anywhere.

This place would have got five stars, but unfortunately I feel like they're overpriced. But there's not a lot of options here. Unless you want to stay at the Days Inn for about $30 more or at the Best Western for about $30 more. I chose here because I don't think any of these hotels are worth $100, but this one is the best value price for what you get. Yes this is an old motel but they have remodeled or at least a room. I was in room 104 actually done pretty decently. I did not see one bug. I didn't have any issues you get to pull up right up to your room. Of course there's no breakfast or anything like that but I feel like for depressed you pay. You should at least get a coffee and a Danish or something but this is the roadway inn, I feel like this rain was worked around about $50 but unfortunately it was around $70 with tax and everything If I was in the area would I stay here again? I don't know... I didn't have any issues. I just feel like it's overpriced. I might just try the best Western next time since it's the same price of Days Inn next door.But I do want to thank them for a clean, comfortable room and a good Check in experience. I have attached some photos. Hopefully this will help you make your decision.

The sofa did not have any cushions on it the beds were hard underneath the sofa with drugs that was found the sink in the bathroom was leaking underneath the sink the TV was small and it was up too high in the room the room did appear to be clean to start with we were told after we rented the room that there was no refunds and we could not get our money back even if we ask for it we will never return we could tell it the other people that stayed there were residents of the place they were not Transit the name should be taken from them and it should be made into an apartment

The hotel exceeded expectations. My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything worked well except for the clock radio.It took a minute or two for the hot water to get hot in the bathroom. The owner informed me at checked in. (The weather during my 2 night stay was during a cold front in December 2019). The heater worked very well and wasn t loud.Lula, the housekeeper is kind, thoughtful and helpful .She keeps the rooms clean to 5 star standards.She assisted me with carrying my luggage to the office for check in. Then helped me carry my luggage to my room.The owner let me check in at 9 am without a reservation and with no extra charge. I am very grateful for both the owner and Lula s kindness.

Checking in went well. Had a place to park the boat trailer. First impressions of the room not fabulous, the kick plate on the door coming off. A few dead bugs in bathroom and corner by the door, which doesn't close tightly-you can see daylight around the opening. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was nice. TV resolution for the cable channels was faint and grainy, and the sound was distorted. Shade covering window blocked out most light, but an additional curtain would have been nice. The main office was locked at 8am, so I was not able to check out at the front desk like I usually do. I left key in room. No breakfast that I could find, either. Being the less expensive place it was sufficient, but next time I think I'll pay a little more to get what I expect from a Choice Hotel franchise.

Our stay at this Rodeway Inn was almost worthy of a 4 star review. The staff was helpful and the rooms were mostly clean, aside from being dusty. The room seems to have been recently updated but lacked in quality of craftsmanship on the renovations. There was no place to hang clothes/ suits but ample drawer space for folded items. For the cost to comfort ratio, I would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again.

An older place but the rooms are clean and comfortable. No diet coke in the vending machine and no hair dryer seemed to be the only complaints my family had. For the price, we were quite happy. The staff was quite accomodating and very polite. The inn is close to everything you need.

Disappointed. Overpaid for the room (120) because no vacancy anywhere else. Showed me a room then gave me a different room after I paid him. Room didn't smell great (smoking room) but not horrible. Getting ready for bed peeled back covers and HELLO.dont think it was a bedbug.....but there was a bugTalked to the owner he went charging into the room picked it up and crushed it between his fingers says.....thats not s bug and proceeded to chew ME out. Refused refund I didn't expect he was going to. But......I spoke to choice hotels he claimed on his records he gave me a full refund....unfortunately I paid cash and can't prove otherwise. Disappointed he would act like that. Ok if you don't refund it but to lie as well.....now I'm going to let y'all know what sort of person he is. There was no reason for that. None Side note....he removed an ozone generator from the room (for odor removal) just as we were moving stuff in....from what I can read people and animals should not be in an area where one was used for at least 4 hrs!

Stayed here on 31 March and it was very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and we had a nice conversation for a solid 10 minutes about where we were from and made us feel welcomed. The prices were really good which originally enticed us to choose this hotel and when we got there the room was clean and the showers were updated and looked nice. -MTG

It was a good price on a last minute motel reservations for a family reunion. I will recommend this place for a cheap night stay or possibly a work crew. But if you are looking for a place with good accommodations, sorry but this isn't it. The room was ok, very nice remodelled bathroom, the beds were hard, but one of the worst things was the dead flies in the windowsill and the fact that we couldn't park in front of our room because the owners had three vehicles parked there. Just a little bit upsetting for my husband. Probably won't be going back here, just cuz we'll be making reservations sooner but this is a good deal for that last minute place.

First the good. Price can't beat it. Clean room. Check in was easy. Not so good no breakfast as stated on website. Door casing broke could see sun shinning in. Door chain missing and someone had spray painted the peep hole. All security risk in my view.

6/20/18 C.B. room 123. Nice sized room, full sized couch with table. Plenty of space to move around and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful for us. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I was looking for a nice affordable room for the week which this particular hotel has weekly rooms. I have to say it was everything! King size beds, big refrigerator and stoves, very clean and cozy, more like a mini house. I enjoyed my stay!

Extremely clean room. Very friendly staff. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Bathroom had just been redone. Will stay again if in the area. Very pleased.

Me and my family stayed here for a couple nights while in town to see some friends. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Not much too say for amenities since there really isn't much. But you get what you pay for here.-DR 103 5/18-5/20

Below standard. Unfriendly staff. No warm water. The hotel owner who came to check the warm wanted to take shower in cold water.The lady who was at the front desk in the morning was not the most friendly person.I will stay away from this place.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! Online pictures are very misleading. Hotel looked sketchy on the outside but I was willing to give it a chance, until they gave me the key to my room, only to open the door and surprise...surprise there were occupants already in my room laying cozy in the bed. I was disgusted and I absolutely was NOT staying there after that.

These accounts are FAKE! If I could give this hotel a -5 star i will! if you're in swainsboro ga, do not, i repeat do not book this hotel. the rooms was dirty, they only give you one set of towels a day (i shower more than one time a day) the water didnt get hot. the manager and the housekeeping staff is rude as hell! check out is at 11.. the housekeeper was banging on my room at 10:15am. please dont waste your money! runnnnn!!!

This place is being used up by the owner, in my opinion some of the money they spent on the Maserati in the driveway should've gone to clean and update these rooms or reduce the rates. I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you need a layover it'll do in a pinch

Very nice upgrades. Rooms are big. Nice space for the kids to play around a little. Can still use a little work but overall, great stay. Nice beds, super comfortable.

The place is under remodel but still they scrambled to open rooms for the hurricane. They have been very nice and didnt try to raise rates crazy high for our stay. It is clean. Im sure after the remodel complete it will be a nice little place to stay.
