A co worker told me about this company and her good experience. So I called , the staff was very pleasant when I made the appointment for mobile services to replace my windshield. They came on time and were finished with the replacement within an hour. I would definitely use them again. Horrible service very unprofessional!!!!!!!!( Adrian store) Do I have to give a star???First and foremost, they advertise that during Covid-19 , they are concerned about the health of their customers , well this is not true. I called twice to request that their employees wear mask when the come to do my estimate. (even spoke to the owner Lisa) When they arrived they did not have on mask or gloves nor did they have any available. I requested it again, then finally they went to a local store and purchased them! (still no gloves) So, since they chose to put me at risk as well as themselves, I had to use a large amount of Lysol to sanitize my house and the work area!!! ( lysol is not easy to find).Next, they were scheduled to arrive on Monday, I was told that their truck was stuck in the mud!!! She was not sure what time they would arrive! I waited ..no call back to confirm cancellation or anything. The next day a totally different set of service men arrived. When they assessed the window one guy said , We do not have all the parts needed to complete this job! So , my question was why would they not have all the parts when they came out and assessed the window and placed the order for everything needed to complete the job??? While trying to get to make sense of this whole ordeal, I called and spoke with 3 different employees (including Lisa the owner) trying to get clarification!!!!No, luck all of them had a different story. One said, we don't have that part in stock, if I order it I would have to charge extra for it, but I don t know how much it will cost. Someone else said, they don t make that part anymore. I was told I would have to order a whole window just to get that part!!!! I was also told they could put in one side of the window that has all the parts and glue in the other one until we can get the part! My response to all that chaos, I want my money back today, y'all are unprofessional and Messy! I was so disappointed because this company has been in business for years! I promise you, I will Never recommend Rick s glass of Adrian to anyone!!!! (Take caution they are in three different locations)
