Received an order this morning at mower depot in Waxahachie tx. And upon opening the package I saw a flyer saying thank you for your order and on the back of flyer I read the verses from Bible on how to be saved. I am so impressed that people care about others in this very sinful world. Thank you!

Needed a John Deere 48 inch deck belt. I own a older model of the zero turn went to the John Deere dealer and they really had no interest in helping found these guys on eBay gave them. The parameters I was working with and then hit up the park. five stars

Words can't describe how well I have been treated by this company. In April 2022 I purchased 3 mower blades which were lost by the shipper who did not take responsibility and ProParts immediately resent the order to me, I started to install them in Feb. 2023 and the edge of one was not sharpened but unnoticed as they were taped together. I contacted them and 2 days later I had a replacement. The packaging is always superb and the quality of the blades is very high. I am very impressed and pleased. Thank you.

I have ordered from pro parts place for years and have been happy with them and have told several people who I know have ordered from them too. I needed a deck drive belt and put my number in and two parts showed. Ordered but when arrived it was a belt for a 44 inch snapper not a fifty inch. Emailed and talked to them but blame was put on me for not noticing that belts shown were only a close match and that they do not stock the 50 inch belt but do show what they have. When company does a personal dig on my 25 yrs as a network expert has put a bad taste in my mouth. Website should state that you do carry that belt. I will not be back now and will spread the bad word. Josh I am leaving this here as your response is not customer service as I have done this since late 70s. Really question why I have tried to help expand your business these last few years. Don't worry attorney general's in MO and Georgia will be contacted as well.Best if luck...Mark

Very satisfied with the mower blades for my Toro SS5000.I will definitely buy these blades again in the future.But I'm most appreciative for the Bible Verses shared in the shipping package. Reading those verses , brings a joy to your mind ,and long day of mowing.Thank You.

They advertised a wheel assembly as a brand name product, Landpride. When I received it was not as advertised. Attempted to get refund from company. They would not refund. Attempted to go to BBB. The owner lied saying that just was a complainer and that Amazon took their side on refund which was another lie. I did receive a refund but only getting Amazon involved.

Be aware that you will not only have to pay for return shipping if you make a mistake ordering, but you will also have to pay for the original shipping (taken out of your refund). You may have to call more than once to get your refund. I really wanted to do business with these folks. If you do order, you should probably thoroughly discuss your order with them personally, before ordering, to make sure it is correct. You may have to call more than once for that, too. I would have exchanged, if they had the correct part, but they did not, thus requiring the refund.

They sell on Amazon where I ordered a belt for my Scag 48. The listing said it would fit. I did not. Not even close. Was actually for a Scag 52. Was given a UPS return authorization and sent the belt back. Never got a refund. After more than a week passed after my return arrived, I contacted Amazon for a refund. Paid $38 but only received $28 refund. This seller has yet to respond to my inquiries about my money. Where I live we call that a thief. I will NEVER do business with these thieves again! AVOID!

I wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered wrong part off of them from eBay and sent it back for return 3 weeks ago. They don t answer phone or respond to emails. It was my fault for ordering wrong part and I understand that, but give my refund already like you advertised. What a bunch of crooks. Hopefully eBay will get involved and resolve this issue.
