I had my F250 Towed to NetModal at the suggestion of my tow truck operator Mr. Rodriguez, instead of the Ford dealer nearby and I am so glad I did. He said this is where he takes trucks that the dealerships can't fix and I am so glad I took his advice. Within a day of dropping it off unannounced it was diagnosed, fixed and ready to pick up. Eric is the best in the business. Throughout the process, Eric kept me informed of the progress and provided an unbelievably fair price for the work done. Highly recommend NetModal. My RAM 2500 is approaching 200k miles and have needed some service to it recently due to age and mileage. I've been letting them work on my freightliner cascadia every time I had a truck issue with it, and each time they got me back running. Even when the shops around me couldn't get me back going.
