The greatest truck buying experience I have ever had. mr. ed dainels called me right after I sent an email about availability of the truck. The next day sent pictures of my trade in. Thursday purchase the truck. Arrived at 9:00 am and was leaving at 10:00 am. A one hour truck purchase is unbelievable. Staff super nice, Just a really good atmosphere and would recommend to everyone!!!

Went on a search for a Colorado WT. Searched for 3 months couldn't fund anyone that would give me what I wanted for my trade. Found Mr. Ed and another dealer on the same day for a good price and Mr. Ed said he could beat any price and he did. Stayed in contact over the whole weekend and he also had to trade something out of his inventory to get the truck I wanted. Great customer service. Will definitely be doing business with him again. Drove from Augusta to Swainsboro. Nobody beat his price.

From Savannah, shopped around for a while for a specific Tahoe. When I found it elsewhere people were difficult to work with, until I talked to Ed. He worked with me and came in on a Sunday in order for me to pick it up. Great service and great people.

We have purchased many vehicles with Mr Ed Daniels and he has always been very helpful, professional, and kind. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. We have also found the best deals at Daniels Chevrolet. We have been more than satisfied with all of our purchases from him. This is the first review I have ever posted online. I left a message late Sunday evening expressing interest in a new Canyon Denali truck I saw listed for sale at Daniel's Chevrolet GMC dealership in Swainsboro Georgia.I was amazed to get a text from Mr. Ed Daniel's giving me the price on the truck . He stated he would like to talk wit me on his cell. I agreed and he personally called me and got all information on my trade vehicle. He called me back about 20 minutes later with an exact quote. This offer was great and I accepted. This was all early Monday before the dealership even opened. I drove just over two hours to Swainsboro Georgia and was surprised at how quickly and professionally Mr. Ed Daniel's and his courteous staff got me back on the road in my new truck without any of the drama and hassles I have previously experienced when buying at other dealerships. Absolutely recommend this dealership.

I was scrambling looking for a very specific GMC Yukon XL colors and package to purchase within the week. I reached out to Ed Daniels online and he immediately called me himself. I was new to car buying solo and he politely walked me through every step of the way, gave me a great deal, and had my vehicle delivered to my driveway in Atlanta within the week. All finance paperwork was easily done remotely via online docusign. There were none of the pricing games I feel like car dealers usually play - just honest, good natured customer service. This was BY FAR the best, smoothest, most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. THANK YOU, ED!

When you re shopping for a vehicle, this is the place to go. I worked with Mr. Ed Daniels who gave me a great deal on an F150 Lariat. Ed was very easy to work with and always answered my phone calls, which was a great help because I live 2 hours away from the dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We stopped in to Daniels Chevrolet on a Saturday morning to drive a vehicle we saw online. When we didn't love the one we came for Ed Daniels suggested a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. We drove it and loved it. He gave us a great deal and we were driving home with our new car in less than an hour. A truly great experience. Ask for Ed...you won't be disappointed!

I have never in my life met any dealer/ dealership like this one . I live out of state because Ed Daniels return my phone call himself . I told him what I was looking for he called me back with the price immediately . I made arrangement to go see the car and did the paperwork and was in and out of that dealership in less than an hour. The mostly polite person in that field I ever met . He also met me at the dealer on a Sunday so I could pick up the car . Just an awesome person . Thanks Ed Daniels for everything you made it real easy .

I live an hour away from the dealership. Resently bought a GMC truck from their. The sales team was excellent. Had a problem with a vibration in the vehicle. Took it in for repairs. The service advisor acted like I was a bother to him. After several trips to the dealership. My truck still has a vibration in it. That's after I told the advisor what I knew the problem was. I been working on cars for about 30 plus years and also have a car repair business since 2008. If I treated my customers the way I was treated. I would be out of business in a week. My truck was dirty when I got it back. Don't normally complain but I think this was a little much. Thank you for what you tried to fix. But like I said still vibrates and has low oil pressure

I dealt with Ed Daniels, he was supper responsive when i was interested in a truck. Went and look at it and bought it even with a slight vibration. Was told it was due to the tires flat spotting from sitting. After driving 6 hrs home the vibration hadnt gone away and took it to my local tire shop. Thats when i found out the tires were only rated for SUVs and light trucks and were over inflated by 25 psi so the tire sensors on the truck wouldnt go off. Had to buy new tires within a week of owning the truck. After 3 days of trying to get ahold of Ed to see if there was anything they could do i got ahold of him and then he hasnt returned a call since.

It was a pleasure to do business with Mr Ed Daniels. He went above and beyond to find a truck that was in our budget and that we liked. And then went above and beyond to make sure we went home with it and were satisfied with the deal. If you re looking to purchase a vehicle you need to go see Mr Ed Daniels. I will be giving him all my future business.

My husband and I unfortunately hit a deer. Our insurance put our car down as a total loss. Because of the pandemic, we hit difficult financial times that caused a hit on our credit. A lot has improved since then, but we are still recovering from everything. Because of this, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get a new vehicle.We were told to speak with Mr. Ed Daniels about our situation. Mr. Ed went above and beyond to help us. We were able to leave with a much newer (to us) 2018 Rogue that was in our price range. He even made sure we got two new tires. With our situation we were in, I don't know who we could have trusted to help us, if Mr. Ed wasn't recommended to us. He really does care for his customers.I definitely recommend Daniels Chevrolet. Great people to work with.

If I could give zero stars I would. So far, two weeks have elapsed since Ed Daniels sent my bank a signed sales agreement. Deal and price were struck over phone. I came from Augusta ga to swainsboro, Ga to drive the vehicle and bring it home. Truck was not as advertised, missing backup camera, goose neck hitch, front end steering issue. Es agreed to fix it and make it right. So far, I have had to reach out to him for updates, and he refuses to give a ET on when the vehicle will be ready. I am still sitting on the check for the totality of the vehicle. Today, while still not giving a time for completion of the vehicle, Ed hung up on me for an "important business call". I suppose I am not important business. I also just found the truck listed as "new listing" on Edmund's today. Looks like the dealership is trying to sell it from beneath me. All I want is the truck to be as advertised so I can pay and bring it home. I would think very hard before becoming involved with this dealership. It has been up-hill from the time I got to the lot to view the truck.

Mr. Ed Daniels is straight up genuine. I called Mr. Ed about a Tahoe, they didn't have one in my price range on the lot, and so he took to searching for me a used Tahoe. A week or so went by and Mr. Ed called me saying that he had found me a Tahoe. It was a 2018 but he did not have it on the lot yet. As soon as it got there, a couple days, he sent me a video text of the Tahoe and said it was there and I could come on down and look it over and test drive it. Well, my 2018 Tahoe Premiere/RST Edition is parked in my driveway. Thanks Mr. Ed Daniels for all you did and do, you haven't done me wrong yet. You are Truly much appreciated in the car sales world.

Husband called Friday about a truck and was told it was in the shop having some work done on it and wouldn't be ready till this week and would call as soon as it came out of service. So Christmas Monday and we called this morning to talk to another gentleman and said he would check and call us right back. So we decided to start driving since we hadn't heard back from him , and we are in Savannah figuring that maybe he got busy with a customer . So arrived he hadn't looked up the truck. I had to show him the website ad. The truck had been sold. So I wouldn't trust they will call you back or want your business!

Saw a vehicle on the dealership website, inquired, answered within hours on a Sunday!! Mr. Ed Daniels treated me with respect every step of the way. Yes ladies, you can buy your own car!! This dealership offered a great deal on my trade and used vehicle purchase. Financing took literally 10 minutes. Absolutely worth the drive to Swainsboro!!! Mr. Ed Daniels was instrumental in us buying the vehicle we needed for our family camping needs. He was patient, listened to what we wanted and in the end delivered a 3500 Silverado that we are very happy with. His attention to detail was just what we needed. I did not want to buy a vehicle away from where we live. We believe in shopping local, but it is evident as soon as we set foot in the dealership that he takes care of his clients. From the various refreshments available at no cost to snacks that everyone enjoys, Daniels Chevrolet in Swainsboro understands what it takes to take care of their customer. I wish we needed to buy another truck because if we did there is no doubt in our mind that this would be the first dealership we would search!!

First off I just want to say how hard it is to find trucks in this day and time without the price Gouging. I found this truck on line on 3/10/22 at 9:30 at night on the internet and took a chance and called I was super surprised someone answered and was super eager and excited to talk to me about it which was super unexpected, I think if I lived closer than 2 hours away he would have meet me at the lot to sell it to me, we did all the paperwork that night and he ensured me that it would be a smooth and fast transaction. Not only was it smooth and fast he also reduced the price and had it delivered to me the following day with no extra charge!!! I buy a lot of vehicles but this by far has been the best experience I ve ever had thus far. I would definitely recommend them for all your and my vehicle needs. Make sure you ask for Ed Daniels super great and nice guy
