My car was towed last night due to me being arrested, I was able to get out before the shop opened so I sat in the parking lot everything went smooth until I drove 2 hrs to my residence only to find out my catalytic converter was tampered with, this is a new vehicle so that shouldn t have happened and the office says there is nothing they can do IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL PARTS.

Quick & efficient. My insurance sent me to C&C after deer hit my car. The people are friendly and the repair guys do great work.

If do you thinking about to take your vehicle to this shop,ask for Mr Graham,he will to help you out what's the next on your car accident and make easier for you all the process to work with your insurance policy to repair your vehicle the soon is possible,he's a friendly man but that guy called Rod he's not the right person to talk about all the details to repear your vehicle,he doesn't have patience,he's not professional at all and also he's rude!!

I was going to do business with C&G because they were highly recommended, but their receptionist, Kylie or whatever her name is, she's not too good with customer service and that's a problem. She's rude and unprofessional on the phone. Not welcoming at all. She is the sole reason I did not do business with C&G. And I will never do business with C&G as long as she is there. She said my vehicle couldn't be seen for 4 weeks because they were so busy and when I mentioned looking some place else she told me "good luck finding someone else." I ended up finding another shop to look at my car the same day and get it in the shop within 5 to 6 days. That young lady is definitely in the wrong profession.

SCAM ALERT! Company REFUSED to release estimate to State Farm unless they got to do the repair's. PLEASE READ DETAILES. C & G is supposed to be a State Farm approved service. As a matter of fact State Farm sent us to them to get our repair estimate. The appointment was set up by State Farm ahead of time and sent to them via internet with our names and details of the accident, vehicle type, etc. They did an estimate on repair cost and also took a lot of photos and then handed a full detailed report of what was needed along with the repair cost to us and we left. PLEASE remember that both C & G Auto Care and State Farm knew that we would be there today for the estimate. When we got home we contacted State Farm and were told that C & G was refusing to send them a copy of the estimate and photos. State Farm said that they could not authorize payment without this. We then called C & G and asked what was going on with this. Their statement to us was mind boggling. They told us that they would not release anything to State Farm unless we did all of the repairs with them. GREED! You are the local dealer that State Farm sends people to for these estimates, but because of pure greed on the part of C & G they would not take 2 minutes to send a copy to State Farm so that our claim would be over. I do not like to write bad reviews. This has been a horrible experience for us. I am in hopes that the owner of C & G will do the right thing after reading this review. They may do excellent body work IDK, but they may be scamming others as they have done us when they get the chance.

To much money for a tow bill and daily charges I just think it is highway Robert is somebody's car gets impounded and then they got to pass all that money back just because somebody don't want to work and deal with them I called up there and offered them $300 on a $500 bill the other day then the car ain't been sitting there for 2 days 3 days maybe so I mean come on man really I'll close before the people that supposed to be a job for a community for everybody supposed to look out for everybody not C and G
