Worst place to get an oil change I came in over a month ago on Labor Day weekend for an oil change waited like two hours for them to not even change the oil. They just added more oil on top of the old oil didn t drain it or even bother to change the oil filter. Only reason I noticed cause the engine was blowing out oil and my car started misfiring. Went back up there a couple days later and asked to speak to the manager and they said they would look at the cameras to confirm they followed proper procedures and that they would call me in a couple hours, it took them four days to check and they said they did everything right so I filed a claim with Walmart they told me to get my car inspected and to send them the inspection from the mechanic stating the cause of my car misfiring. I sent them the paperwork and they never got back to me I emailed faxed called several times a day and nothing so in the end I paid for two oil change's and a car inspection and I m out $900 so don t count on them to give you what you paid for and to take accountability for their mistakes your better off paying the extra $20 bucks at a certified mechanic. This place is terrible and should really train their techs properly.

I purchased a tire for my suv with a lifetime warranty (for a great price). They had a big selection of clearance tires outside the office, too. They installed the tire, but I had to go back because I had vibration in my steering wheel, so they rebalanced my tire. Problem solved. I'd def go back to this tire center if my other tires catch a flat.

The management, Dave and Ahmed were able to accommodate my tires being replaced, rotated and balanced at very short notice, which I really appreciate; They were also able to recommend a wheel alignment after they noticed an uneven wear on mine of my tires. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went here yesterday to get my tires changed, 4 Walmart brand tires, tried charging me $130. When it says $11 per tire, that s problem #1. #2 is they said it ll take an hour, I called two hours later, nothing, no one answered the phone, so I went to the store, no one was there and my car was left outside of the garage, with no other cars, locked, and no way to get my keys, no call no text NOTHING!! I call 4 times the next morning, still nothing, I came BACK to the store and this very rude woman came up and tried giving me hours to get my car in, I told her I had already came in yesterday and called multiple times, she said well our phones are down she stormed off demanding I came outside with her and I had stood there waiting for a couple minutes, she comes back to me asking where a part was and that they called me yesterday I thought your phones were down? And another person tried claiming that they might ve had the wrong number even though I got a text message when I first got there saying my car was checked in. Weird, looks like y all had the right number. She asked me where the part was, I said they have my keys so I couldn t even look, she gave me my keys and I left. Worse experience ever.

I ve gone to this same location after just moving to Lawrenceville and when I get my oil change they don t top off my fluids that may not seem like a big deal to some but I need windshield wiper fluid this has happen twice this particular location is always a long wait I ll be going back to the Stone Mountain west park place location

I had my oil changed here yesterday. Today my car began stalling and the oil light flashing, and I discovered there is no oil. I hoped they would tow me in to make this right but instead I was subjected to multiple departments for several hours before being told to "contact my lawyer"

Went in for an oil change 2 days ago. This morning, not even 48 hours later and suddenly my car has 0 oil and almost broke down on my way to work. I don't know what all they did but clearly this a terrible mistake as I now have to go somewhere else to rectify it. Worst part, the store won't even answer so I can get a refund for their terrible service so I had to take it up to corporate. Never again.Service: Oil change

I ordered 4 new tires to be installed on my vehicle and when it was time to get them installed, one of the workers had to be under the influence because they got my appointment time wrong, was talking real slow and slurred his words, and for 10 minutes, he had to find my tires (which was right in front of his face). I ended up not getting my tires installed due to not having a certain key to take off my rims. So the next morning, I called twice to let them know what time I would be coming to get my tires installed and after 5 minutes they would end my call. Therefore, I tried calling a different department of if the store to see if they could transfer me to the Auto Care Center but NO ONE ANSWERED! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WALMART!!First and last time buying tires from Walmart.ALL THE WALMARTS IN GEORGIA NEEDS TO DO BETTER.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

Great experience! They surprisingly answered the phone unlike other locations and had my tire replacement done in no time! I went on a Sunday and although busy they still answered all my questions. The 2 tires were cheaper here than anywhere else I called. Suwanee Walmart auto does it best that s for sure.

Went in yesterday at 5pm and was told they could change my two tires before closing. They closed and told me to just drive on the bad tires i have and come back tomorrow. I asked if i could leave the car there and come back when they open at 7am to have it done. They said yes! I come back at 7am and the store isn t even open. They don t get open until 30 minutes later and state they can t have my tire changed until the service techs show up on time. It takes til 9:30 to have my tires changed and they best part about it is they change the wrong freaking tires. Also you can never reach this auto center they never pick up the phone. Never come to this auto center!Service: Tires

Auto department never answers the phone. As soon as you pull up, you can see the Aww damnn on the mechanics faces that they don t want to help you.I needed to pick up a set of 4 tires. (no installation needed) Just a quick pick up and pay. They had the tires available but they didn t want to ring me up at the register. Terrible service and poor representation of Walmart. Do the mechanics a favor and stay away from the automobile department so they can rest and chill while at work.

DO NOT SHOW UP IN THE MORNING! I specifically came to this location because they open at 7am. Sign outside says 7am, Google says 7am. I showed up at 8:15am and there was no one there and nothing open. I went inside to ask and they said "it's whenever the technician shows up". I mean I guess I should have known...it's Walmart...not real high up on the customer service food chain. Needless to say, I will not be giving them my business ever again. My wife and I drove out of our way to use them because they open early. I will be going to another establishment.

The customer service was decent. They did great communicating with me and taking care of what I needed. My complaint was that my wife's car began leaking oil from the drain plug after an oil change that wasn't there before. They claimed it was from prior work which could have been the case, and I understand. I ended up having a pretty good sized drip/leak before I could take it somewhere else to be repaired which cost me even more money. Lesson learned, use caution.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would . I showed up with a screw in my tire and theses guys said I'm tired I don't feel like fixing it sorry we're about to close . Smh not to mention I showed up at 615 they don't close till 7 then the guy proceeded to sit down and smoke a cigarette right in front of me then when I kept looking at him he went to his car. Like your here to work that's what you get a paycheck for lazy people just lazy and disrespectful. I hope some one in Management sees this . So now I'm stuck going to have to call a tow truck.

The associate was very good and helped me find the right battery. When I called later to ask a question the phone rang continuously for several minutes, no one ever answered the phone.

Took my son in for his first oil change on his car so he could know what to ask and look for while going through the process.The guys working are not only friendly and courteous, they also went above and beyond what they had to do. They noticed a loose catalytic converter shield and fixed it for us at no cost.

I went to change my four tires and I found that they damaged my 4 wheels and the manager was not responsible and other than that I had to quote and they would pay but I brought the quote and they did not attend to me, my truck is new, what a bad service.

Really unhappy with this guys.Got a apoiment for 8:00am the apoiment was saying to be there 15 minutes early. On the google is saying that they open 7:00amThe first person came here 9:15am. Only one technician second guy came 10:00am.,,Time equals money,, at least for me that's the case, I don't know exactly if that applies too walmartService: Tires

Bad service shady workers. Once they changed the tire the car starts to shake and vibrate at 65mph. Came back 4 times to them to fix it still they couldn t with all the nosy and careless attitude. Time to sue them and have them firedService: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. It had no issues with leaking before I brought it in. I brought it back to them explaining the problem. I was told that it wasn t wiped down by the guy who changed it but had been wiped down now and is fine. A week later it is still leaking, my driveway is a mess, and now I have to take it to a professional to get it fixed. Needless to say, I won t be back here again. Waste of time and money. Be careful if you come here.

They didn't call me when they completed my oil change. They were not able to rotate my tires because they are "damaged" when they still have at least 75% of tread. And anyone could go pay for your oil change and steal your car as all they did to assure I was the owner was ask me to confirm my first name after he had stated it. Will never be returning for vehicle maintenance. Sad that such a large corporation does not care about its customers.

Justin was a phenomenal employee & I only received the best service from him & the team. They stayed open later than normal on a Sunday night to help me out with a flat tire I had on my truck, and tried a variety of options in fixing the problem, all geared towards helping reduce the total cost. Management should take specific notice on Justin- he should be leading people and seems destined to run teams efficiently. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and the customer service was outstanding.

First of all Kudos to Steve. I came here to have my battery replaced. The battery went bad after 2days. When I came back the other tech assumed that it was my car not the battery. Steve came to assist , he checked the battery and it was the battery he even took an extra step and did some preventive work to ensure I don't have any problems down the road. If it was not for Steve I would not go back . He was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a great attitude. He demonstrated perfect customer service by listening to and acknowledging my concern which is my car. I gave it 4 stars because the battery the first battery was no good and I had to come back again. Thank You Steve . I hope walmart thank you for being an asset to their company.

So I started my day crazy with a flat and no tools to help myself. I came to Walmart and the guys at the service center made it a breeze! They even sent a tech to help me get my tire off my car. (My car was in the next parking lot.) Service was quick and the pricing is alway affordable. Thank you Joey and the gentleman in the service center.

Horrible Service, Long Wait. Never have anything in stock. No employees. I went there it was only like 1 employee working. I can not believe that a company this huge would only have 1 guy working while he is training another guy. I will be telling all my followers and friends not to waste their time coming here. I went here due to convince and price.(you get what you pay for)This should be against the law. I will be reporting Walmart Auto Care. I came in over the weekend and had to wait a very long time.I left and came back all of this for an oil change and there was still a wait. The guy on duty apologized numerous times , he was very nice and helpful , he deserves a raise ! Walmart Auto care deserves to be closed .

Most popular size tire was only in the store as display tires so they " couldnt " sell them to me. Appealing to a higher power went nowhere and when asked how to improve the situation I was given no option save for ordering online and waiting for 24 hours It was explained that the tire I needed was the most popular size so often times inventory was low. Also, when asked about the Hamilton Mill store, the attendant asked if that was out in the country. Hamilton Mill is still in a county with about a million people. It's not the country in any sane person's mind unless they're a real estate agent posting one of those silly "bring the horses" listings. It may be considered the country if you grew up in Kowloon walled city, Hong Kong, Mumbai, or Java. In between unwillingness to sell me a tire that was physically in the store and inventory management on par with their georgraphic ignorance; I gave them a 1 star. I am certain that they are managed by a person with a University of Tennessee MBA.

Requested install of windshield wipers purchased in the store. After 5-10 minutes and 3 separate techs making an attempt, they could not get them installed. They recommended that I go to a dealer to have them installed as they did not want to risk breaking anything. I went directly to Valvoline that normally does my oil changes. They put the blades on in less than 5 minutes....and they just slid/snapped on. Not sure why so difficult to accomplish at WalMart auto.

Suwanee Location - Confusing PricingThe staff was very nice, but the pricing is confusing if not deceptive. Was told it costs from $22.88 to $52.88. After registration, I was told the only option was $52.88, and the $22.88 oil mix was not available. I have had oil change at other places, and there are always options.Service: Oil change
