Great group of gents. I took my car to Duluth s Oil Express to get a quick oil change. They told me I needed an oil pan casket that was going to cost me $2100! $1500 in labor. I came to Suwanee Service and they checked my car out and told me I needed rear breaks. I m so glad I brought my car to this place. Honest and respectful. I highly recommend this group. I m a repeat customer.

These guys saved me. I went to my normal dealer about a brake issue. I didn t feel comfortable with their answer and they hit me with a huge estimate. I replaced a part myself but couldn t get my brakes to bleed and work properly. I took it Suwannee Service and they took me through their diagnosis thoroughly, stopping to explain when I had questions. I gave the okay for the repair. They delivered on-time and right on the estimate provided. I will be switching my service work to these guys for sure.

I had emergency flat tire and Napa took it in immediately and replaced the tire. Friendly and communicate staff, fast turnaround and good pricing. Thanks so much for helping me out today and getting me back on the road!

Few weeks ago Someone recommend me to take my Audi. They was excellent and they do great job. Specially the manager Sean was the man stepping up to the situation. Definitely I ll go back and strongly recommend.

As an executive in the high tech industry, I rarely leave negative reviews. Stay away from this place. They are a bait and switch shop and very unethical. So much went wrong with my brake job. Received a flyer (the bait) for $299 brake job with new rotors. What they don t tell you until you are in the shop is they must bleed your lines which is another $120. My $299 quickly turned into $600. When I started questioning each charge as there was still $120 not accounted for, the technician just lied and said I had industrial grade rotors. There were 3 other poor ladies in the shop, all complaining about how they were being taken advantage of. Shops like this should not be in business, customers should consider going elsewhere and put places like this out of business. I sent a much more detailed synopsis of my experience to the BBB and the city council of Suwanee. I appreciate the feedback from the shop and the math. I ll leave a new post with a copy of my bill and let your current and future customers review for themselves. My total bill was $650 and the air filter and blades cost about $90 which leaves $560 total cost for a brake job I had hoped would be about 300. In addition when I was told the brake lines would need to be bled and serviced I assumed the brake job was for both axles but I was told that the coupon was $299 per axle ; but the coupon did not state per axle. When I questioned why there was still an additional $120 of my bill not accounted for, I was told it was because my rotors were industrial grade. After reviewing the website for 2918 Jeep Altitude Grabd Cherokees; I could not find any verification of this. Must of the issues in the end are on me. I could have just paid for the wipers and air filter and walked but I authorized the work. Lesson learned. In fairness to the shop. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars. I carry my share of responsibility

Had set of Cooper tires out in my 2917 Infinity. Drive to Panama City Beach the next week. Car ride & handled noticeably better. Very happy with service & tires I received.

It s hard to find good service these day but we found it here! Excellent communication before, during and after the service and didn t feel taken advantage of or hustled like a lot of other service places (especially as a woman) They will work with your warranty company for repairs that are covered also. I highly recommend.

I live out of state and was passing through Atlanta and broke down. The tow truck driver suggested this shop and both fair and the best chance for a speedy same day fix. Arriving less than 3 hours before closing they were able to diagnose my bad altinator, ordered it and replaced it with a few minutes spare time. I ve had to wait long for some haircuts. Great attitude by all there, you could tell they care. I wish my mechanic back home could fit me in so quickly!Service: Electrical repair

Just be aware,Bunch of crooks,the out of door price for the service job will be way up, then the state amount with other unnecessary charges that they can't even explain.especially with the alignment, and they can't even issue the before and after service sheet for the alignment.

These people are the worst. I just simply just wanted them to change my headlights on my passenger side. Then tried charging me 55 bucks just for one! bulb? 1 hour later they put out false suggestions trying to run my pockets when clearly I asked them to worry about the headlight? I took my busy to Walmart and it literally took them 10 mins and it was free of charge. If you want to waste your time and money go to Suwanee Service Station.

We ve been getting our vehicles serviced here for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. Even with a few bigger maintenance/repair jobs the guys at Suwanee Service Station have always been awesome.

People here are not honest! they would turn a simple job into a big job and make you pay big bucks for it! They would tell you to fix somethings that did not need to be fix and charge you for it! the worst thing is after fixed the main problem still there! When talked to the shop about it and the technician being hella aggressive. I scare to bring the car back even though the GM told me I will get a free inspection! $3000 wasted! I will never trust this shop again!Moment later after posted this review the GM called me. I thought he tried to change my view about the shop instead he insulted me more! that just tell how bad the leadership is.Service: Engine repair

My car is 14 years old and I recently moved from the Northeast. Of course the snow and salt there takes quite a toll on the underbelly of the car. The service station made sure to contact me for each of the repairs they discovered the car might need. They even found the oil leak that I knew was happening but other places couldn't seem to find.

I do Lyft and Uber that means I ll do a lot of driving. I have my synthetic oil change done once a month and I wasn t near my regular spot and I went into the Suwanee service station, NAPA. They did a fine job got me right in and out very professional .

Awesome service not to mention the speed in which the service was provided. The only thing I wish I would have done was to ask if I could avoid or get a break on the second diagnostic fee considering I had brought the car a day or two prior when the first diagnosis was done but found nothing. Other than that, the guys are awesome and Sean was super nice! Thanks for helping me out to avoid missing time from work due to car troubles!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Worst experience of my life dealing commercial mechanical shop. I was referred to the place by a friend. I received their services. I came to pick up my car and was told i had to sign a disclaimer, that my car was unsafe to drive. I refused was then forced to sit in their establishment for 3 hours cause i had no ride home. Then they just gave me my keys and let me go. Their part also later failed and they would not uphold the warranty on the part. They stated there was too much ware and tear from other components on the car, but most of the parts in question were new and shouldn t have anything to do with their part failing. There goes a waste of money for some lifetime warranty.Service: Auto maintenance

Very poor service from the staff, they are not responsible for the guarantees. And the dignified things they do have nothing to do with the real problem the car has. Not recommended. One leaves with the problem and they are not responsible

Though I took my car for oil change, I thought my brakes were due to be changed and mentioned this at the front desk. I dropped my car and went away expecting to have a long wait. I was called after a reasonable time that my car was ready to be picked up. I was surprised and asked if my brakes had been changed. The staff explained to me that the inspection revealed my brakes and tires were in good condition and nothing else needed to be done. I was very happy they were honest and I paid for just the oil change and saved the money I had taken out for the brakes!Service: Auto maintenance

While travelling from GA to VA our air conditioning went out. It was too hot to make that drive with the windows down so we stopped in at this service station to get help. They were quick and professional, the employees were friendly and explained the service provided in a clear manner. They flushed and recharged my air conditioner. The technician said it would take an hour, but he had it done in thirty minutes! We were back on the road in no time.Their waiting area was clean and comfortable, my kids enjoyed the complimentary drinks.What would have been a disaster for our road trip became a mere hiccup. Thank you for your quick service and professionalism!

They change my rear brakes and rotors. And they did not need to be changed. They did not change my front brakes and rotors which needed to be changed out. This place is a scam. I had two estimates before going here and pictures was taking. This well be reported to the news station.This place is a rip-off.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
