Last time I was here I gave a 5 star review. I had such a terrible wash/detail done this week that my rating goes down to 1 star.I paid for inside detail, with a charge for extra cleaning, and the photos added show how my vehicle was returned to me. When I questioned the dirt smears that were on the paint, the employee said they were scratches. I then buffed it off with my finger in front of him to show he was incorrect. I did not get what I paid for at all. I emailed Squeakys to see if I could have a redo, and over 48 hours later i am yet to receive a reply. Will not be returning.Service: Auto detailing

I have been a monthly member of Squeaky s Car Wash in Suwanee for 5 years. Today my white Lexus was COVERED with DIRTY BLACK STREAKS after going through the wash. The workers said the cleaning strips are dirty and management knows. No manager is here. Then it sat in the sun and dried. I will demand a refund and take my business elsewhere!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I bought the special buy two get one free on Friday 3/14 at 5:15. After going through the gate there was a cone at the car wash entry point. The guy had his eyes glued down at his phone and after several attempts I left. So I didn t get my free wash. This morning, 3/17, I get here at 9:20, and even though google says it s open, this time there was a cone at the main entrance where you buy your tickets. Very unprofessional to not respect business hours. And after looking at reviews, it looks like business hours are a problem. Even on sunny days like today.

It had been a while since I went to Squeaky's and their business model has changed. They are enough longer a full detail shop but a drive thru with interior service. I had a new person working the machine and had to go through 3 times before complete. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a free wash for my next visit. However, I went here because I liked the old business model. I have a drive thru carwash like this a lot closer.

The people that work there are not the worst. They do their job decently, whatever. What pissed me off today is the open hours, it says here on the website that it opens at 9am and closes at 6pm. I am here it is currently 4:15 (middle of the week) and this place is closed. Called the number on google and a woman picked up, said the place is opened (she was not there, working from home I m guessing) and gave us no explanation. No one is forcing them to work til 6pm, but please don t be disrespectful with other people and change the god damn hours on google, and also update your staff, I promise it isn t that difficult. I was exactly an hour away and drove down just to get my car washed and this happened. Very disappointing.

I had an F250 on a hand wash membership with this place for several months. Every time the place was busy, they rushed and did a poor job cleaning my truck. I've talked to the site manager and explained him the issues I have, and he didn't even care to look at my truck or to offer to wash it again. This place absolutely doesn't care about the customer or about getting a vehicle clean. Turn and burn and cash is all they see.

I m not sure it would be possible to have slower service in the interior cleaning area. Takes FOREVER for a so-so cleaning. Will go back to a drive thru wash with free vacuums and do the interior myself. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. Well over an hour with only 3 cars here.

The first time I visited Squeaky's, I bought the second tier wash. It was great. The man who cleaned up my car after the exterior wash did a wonderful, thorough job. I was very happy because I had found a place keep my old car looking good that is very convenient to work. Since then then, however, the clean up has been only mediocre with some smears left on windshield and obviously quick wipes of Armour-All across interior surfaces. And the females wait for you at your car door to guilt you into a tip. But they have a buy two get one free deal and the convenience made it still worth the price for me. So I should have known management was getting lax the day I pulled up to get my car washed and no one was there to greet me. I waited for a moment then went inside and no one was at the desk. After just a moment a young woman emerged from a room behind at the front desk. I asked her if I could get my car washed and she said someone would be with me in a moment. As I turned to walk back to my car, a young man emerged from the same room. At my most recent car wash, the cleanup crew didn't even bother to Armour-All the interior. They even left some smears of their own. Ok, now it's not worth it. :(

Sat in traffic for an hour to get here because on google it says closed at 6.This isn t the first time I ve been here to get a car wash and they tell me they are closed.It s 5pm. The guy chased me off the lot after I already paid for the service.If you re going to close an hour early, change your business hours.I m never coming back here again!

I pulled up to the facility to get an oil change, and I waited 15 minutes for somebody to come out and finally doing oil change for me and I actually had to walk around and ask staff if they knew somebody around to give me an oil change and then the guy comes out and does the oil change and doesn t even know how to use his own computer system that squeaky s has I had to go inside facility and type in the credit card information for him because he told me he doesn t know how to use it and so I will have to punch it in for him. WTHPoor management and staff training

I paid $15 for the exterior wash only.My car still has all of the dirt stuck to the right and left side of the vehicle as well as the front of the vehicleYou can get an Exterior wash anywhere else for eight to $10 that actually cleans the outside of the carI would say this business thrives on people paying the full $40 to have the whole car detailedThe car wash is so small it would fit in my garage I think it has four brushes so I guess I got ripped offAlso you must pay extra to utilize the vacuum cleaners that are self serviceAny other car wash in the local area provides free vacuums and does a superior job cleaning the exterior only of your car for eight to $10Service: Auto detailing

This place is a ghost town. I sat in the bay for the washing to begin for so long that I began backing out. Someone saw me and only then was I helped. I was told that the attendant MAY have been in the restroom. The inside of the facility needs to be cleaned. All of the shelves (that probably housed products at some point) and the drink refrigerator were completely empty! There was only 1 person, per car when there are typically 2 or 3 to tag team the vehicles. A lady (name unknown) and an amazing gentleman named Miles.I was fortunate enough to be able to have Miles work on my car. There were a few items that I had to have him go back for, but he did it with a smile and an extremely POSITIVE attitude. He was so polite and respectful!!! Miles, please give everyone that has played a part in making you who you are a big hug! You're amazing!!!If I were rating this based on Miles spirit, the stars would be higher...however, this car wash is not a place that I would recommend.

I just left the car wash, I had purchased $25 special. That's Car wash + interior cleaning. I wasn't expecting a full detail job for the price but they could have done a little better job vacuuming my trunk. See the pic. I used to work at a car wash when I was younger. This is just bad business. Won't be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anyone

They are good but they have a lot to improve on. I ve taken cars there regularly. I had my Honda detailed before selling it and they did a great job on the outside like buffing out a huge scratch on the back door. With the inside he forgot to clean the door handles and inner roof. They have a point system that recently changed and no one knows how it works. Their buy two get one free deal sounds good but if you lose your receipt you ve given them free money because they don t keep track of sales. The young lady at the front desk didn t seem interested in helping at first. When asked for a manager she told me to find someone with a red shirt. Eventually she agreed to give me a free wash since they couldn t figure out what happened to all my points. I m going to try some place new for the times I m in the area and need a car washed.

I always get good service here. I have a $9.99 unlimited car wash membership and it is worth it. I drive thru once a week or after some landscaping mut blows trash all over my vehicle. Courteous and polite personnel.

This was by far the worst care wash experience I have ever had. It took an hour and a half for the car to be cleaned and when they said the car was ready, there were black streaks all over the car. When I questioned it they said yeah the car wash isn t working well. Wow I didn t expect that response. Windows we re streaky and the car actually looked better before the wash. I will never return. What a waste of time and money.

I ve been coming here for years and until a couple of months ago things have gotten from bad to worse. Looking at the other reviews I see that someone posted the same problem a month ago and no one has done anything about it. I use to love to come to this car wash but I will find somewhere else to go. Too bad tho this car wash has gone down and doesn t appear that anyone cares.

WOW, I am impressed at how they clean the outside and INSIDE as well!! Now I want to come here regularly. My car is now indeed squeaky clean, inside and out!!

I just wanted to do an exterior car wash and clean my rims. The options they have available force you to do inside as well with no help available before you pay, to tell you, you can t get a refund for interior after you pay- so are forced into doing a service that you don t need or don t have time for. The worst part with them forcing every car to complete interior as well, they don t have enough staff- this is ridiculous! DON T GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE WASH AND GO SERVICE! Sure won t be seeing me again!

So, I've been coming here for years and it had always been a great experience, every single time. Chucky, the manager, is one the most friendly people you'll ever meet and is always very helpful. The massage chairs are a real plus as you wait. I use 'em every time and feel amazing afterwards. There can be a bit of a wait if it's a nice day, but that's just the price you pay for a quality wash (inside and out). I have the unlimited package, which means I can come every single day if I want to. Well worth the small fee they charge. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a high quality wash for a very reasonable price. Today I took my car to this location while I was on my lunch break, the prices seemed fair and the wait was not bad.However, when I got ready to leave I had an employee approach me asking for a tip. (I had given the tip to the other worker) I felt as though it was extremely rude for someone to ask for a tip, especially before I looked over my vehicle.Then I looked over my vehicle, my wheels had grease smudges on them and there were multiple places on the car that had been missed completely. I drive a white vehicle so the missed spots were easily noticeable.I personally will not take another vehicle to this location.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Don t go here unless you want waste your time and money. There was one car other than mine, and the worker rushed through my car in 5 mins. He barely cleaned the inside except for vacuuming the rugs. When I got done waiting for my car, my screen and interior was still dirty. They could care less about their customers.

Dropped off the '19 Honda CRV to get detailed (including lots of attention to the inside which had been really dirtied up by the dogs) and couldn't be happier with the work that ELVIS put into that thing. Many hours of work and really took pride in getting this car looking practically brand new, inside and out. I really didn't think the car could get back to this level of clean. The immigrant staff can t understand what you say which I don t blame them for, I m sure the owner is paying them peanuts. This car wash was of no use to me. No one listened to what we wanted.

Great first impression from the site manager (Trucky). He was welcoming and made sure my SUV got the wash it needed. The detail crew was very efficient and did a better job than I could have done. The outside customer waiting area could use a little more shade. Inside waiting was very comfortable and even had massage chairs. Overall experience was good.
