The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very curious. I had my oil changed while I caught a nearby movie, and the technician waited after hours until my return as my movie ran a bit long and had brought my car around front for my convenience. The extra bit of customer service was appreciated.

I stopped in to get a quick oil change. I didn't have a lot of time they were very friendly and professional and got right to it. They worked me in and I was out in 20 minutes. They did not try to upsell me on the oil change that I chose. Great guys there.

Call spoke with Brandon and the night before he ordered tire. He let me know the next morning that it was in. I expressed to him that I was pressed for time I was coming from across town he said no problem. Once I got there I was in and out perfect timing all good got the tire felt 100% safer, thank you so much I will be back because the service is awesome also, the price was right for me

The fellas there were very prompt, friendly, courteous, and polite. They performed the service requested in a timely manner and checked me out promptly. Furthermore, they didn't try to up-sell me. I will recommend this place.

I carried my car to Performance TIre and Auto due to a leak in my radiator on 2/13/23. When it was repaired on 2/15/23 I was contacted by the shop that it was repaired. I carried the car home. That weekend I placed the car in my shop to change the spark plugs. Upon raising the hood I noticed that I didn t see my oil dipstick. After looking closer, I noticed it was broken. I took pictures and stopped by their shop and spoke with the on duty manager. I explained what had happened, that my dipstick was broken during the radiator repair. I know the dipstick was fine because I had checked my oil 2 days before the radiator started leaking. All the manager repeated was we didn t do an oil change. I explained that I understand that, but the dipstick was fine when I carried the car in for repairs on the radiator. After I repeatedly tried to explained, all I received as an explanation is that we didn t do an oil change and that the dipstick was not in the area of repair. I finally asked the manager ( so what you re explaining to me is that this damage is my liability?). I was told that he didn t see how the shop could have damaged this. At that point I was very frustrated and said that I will never be back again and left. I know for a fact that this damage was done during the radiator repair. I hope this review makes it back to the shop. After all it is a good business practice if damage is done during a repair service it is the responsibility of the shop to make it right.

The corrected the alignment on my car that had been done incorrectly by another local shop. They were prompt, honest, courteous, and very reasonable in the price of $92.

I went into the tire shop to inquire about some lug nuts and the front counter guy basically said no to my question as I was trying to explain what I needed and I didn't get a chance to explain exactly what I needed. He dismissed our one way conversation. Their were no other customers in the store at that time.I'll never go back or recommend them.My new tire shop now is Discount Tire

Brakes we re starting to squeak periodically and it was time for an oil change. Performance Tire and Auto of Suwanee is the only place I trust to do any of our car repairs. While traveling on vacation, our run flat tire had a sidewall puncture and needed to be replaced. They were able to find the exact matching high performance tire replacement, had it delivered, and installed in three hours (just as promised). All the people working there were very helpful, professional, and courteous. The location was perfect, in that there is a movie theater and restaurants in the same shopping center. Since we were from out of town, that made the wait almost enjoyable.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement
