The staff was outstanding but their honesty was what really stood out. They had my tire but NOT the rim, which had a huge gash in it. So they helped me search for one online and located an excellent used one for $200 instead of $800 at Mercedes-Benz dealer... the gentleman showed me the listing so I could order it and have it delivered to straight to their shop. He could have ordered it for $200 and tell me he found one for $500 and I would have paid it no questions asked since they are $800 NEW. I trust these professionals and that says a lot coming from someone as skeptical as I am. Great experience all around!

These guys will go above and beyond. They treat you as a friend instead of simply a client. They communicate updates and are honest about the repair process. Danny loves his job and he was passionate about finding the problem and solving it. Thank you guys!

I can always trust that this shop will not rip me off, do good work, and get me on the road again. Ask for Danny. He's honest, and always gives me a good price while ensuring me that I'll have nothing to worry about when I leave the parking lot.

I ve used these guys several times for tires, oil change and brake work. They have been great every time. Their pricing is fair and the work is quality. They do a thorough job and don t pressure you into a bunch of unnecessary work. Justin, Danny and Matt are all great to work with. Highly recommend!

Good customer service. Brought my van over on a recommendation after unsatisfactory work from a competitor. Henry took care of me all the way through. Very professional. Clean store. Good people. Great experience.

Very pleased with the service that I received today went in for new tires and an oil change everyone was very nice. Our sales person Henry was very helpful with selecting my tires my car rides so much better than before Fast and friendly service I highly recommend this establishment. I called them Saturday morning they got me in same day, was there maybe an hour tops . Thank you to Henry he s so kind and so helpful . I got into a little accident throwing off my alignment and other parts underneath my car , they were able to tighten it for me without me having to replace anything . So appreciative , 5 stars all around !

Firestone in the City of Decatur provided same day service with excellent results. One Repair corrected all illuminated warning lights inside car. Most importantly car drives great. Reasonable and honest about needed repairs. Fast turn around and quality service. 2 months since I had my car serviced. No problems so far.

Pretty disappointed. As a Goodyear credit card carrying customer I was quoted over $500.+ more than Discount Tire for the EXACT same tires. And Discount Tire didn't try to charge me $20. to have the tires the same day.

Fast and friendly. Only had my emissions test done, but they were quick and got it completed faster than anticipated this late in the day. Will be coming back in the future for other services

Don t think my plug was secured afte oil change as I had a small spill of oil under car next day. Spoke w Henry and he asked to bring car back immediately to fix issue. Came back and was tended to right away!! Have bought tires and maintenance my car here, no complaints as everyone is human!! Thank You for the immediate attention!!

My daughter has used this business for a number of years so it came highly recommended to me. After having a bit of a bad experience at a dealership I decided to try something different. Neighborhood Tire Pros were very helpful and took care of any questions that I had. When it became time to buy 4 new tires the manager was great to work with. He was even able to under price what Costco had quoted me for the same tires. He also helped me get a rebate from Michelin before the rebate expired. The tires got ordered and everything done within 2 days. I think I have found a new place to be taking the car. Thank you Neighborhood Tire Pros and Manager Matt Brown

Brought my car in one morning because service engine light came on. They diagnosed it and fixed the problem within hours. Great service! Highly recommend making this the only car repair/service shop you trust with your vehicle!

I took my company work van in for a service. The technician drained the oil from the engine then forgot to fill the engine with oil before starting which ended up blowing the engine. They kept our company work van for 8 days to replace the engine. They filed a claim with their insurance to cover their cost and still charged me for the work unrelated to the engine.We lost work, employees not being to work for the duration of the repairs due to their negligence and never once they seem to care of wanted to compensate us for our loses. This only leaves me with one answer, this company has one thing in mind and that is their profit. They covered all their loses but never asked or cared about our losses.

Emission testing was done while waiting. I enjoyed the Keurig Mr. Coffee. The price was competitive $19. Hope it lasts.

First time call and visit. Matt and Danny were wonderful in helping to educate me on the proper maintenance schedule for my car. They were very patient and kind on the phone as well as in person. I really appreciated the time they took helping me as my car is old and I want to do everything I can to make it last. There was no pressure to do the things they recommended. I really liked that they didn't scare me into doing more work than was necessary at this time. I trust them and that's important to me. Thanks Neighborhood Tire Pros!

The oil light of my Passat was constantly on. They took action saying that they could solve this problem, but they only changed the oil of the vehicle and sent me away. I paid $295 for this. But 2 days later, the vehicle's oil light came on again. They couldn't even find out what the problem was. They did not refund the money. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I have been using this location for long time to maintenance my cars. Stuff are changing but still nicer than other places. They try to fix asap and notify when they are done. Honestly better than dealers. I 'm glad they are in my neighbor.One unliked thing when I took my car for maintenance last time the technician removed the sticker not belonged to Tire pros. I understand they should replace theirs but not necessary to remove others together. It was a part of my record. I asked it back before I leave but they couldn't find it anymore.

I came to try to fix a noise issue with my brakes that they caused when they installed my brakes and I ve come here multiple times and have spent a good amount of money, but this time I came I was there for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. They even helped multiple people that came after me, so I just left. Definitely won t be coming back.
