Hamid manager at this location made one of the most vulnerable moments in my life, comforting . My family had a sudden death of my brother-in-law and I was in route to take my niece to the airport when I got a gouge in my tire and had no choice, but go to the closest tire place. You imagine that you re taking advantage of but instead, I ve never had a stranger have so much concern. He offered to try to patch it but unfortunately it was beyond repair and he had to replace it. I didn t expect for him to even offer to repair it. Most companies now are so uncaring and only care about the bottom dollar this man gave Hope for the human race! this is the type of company that I will never forget. I m truly amazed. More companies should model themselves the way this man runs this business.

I have to share this, Mavis Tires and Brakes Suwanee, Ga. Really made my day. Thanks to them I m back on the road again. Service was spectacular and they explained to me in a language I could understand what my car needed. They fixed it in a timely fashion. I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks

Good experience both times we used them recently. We ended up with nails in two different tires over two weeks. They were able to get our tires patched up and ready to roll without it costing a fortune.

I was able to set an appointment for an alignment a day before and as soon as I walked in I was taken care of. Service was quick and precise with amazing attention to detail. This is also one of the only racks around this area that is ground level which means if your car is lowered it will fit. The service tech that worked on my car was great! I just recently installed a whole new rear suspension and he was very patient with getting it just right! He fixed up the suspension and now it feels like the car is brand new again!

I love this place so much! me and my family have been going here for years. they take such good care of us and the environment is amazing! their prices are always great and they make you feel safe and comfortable, other places i ve been to have tried to scam me out of money and they ve never done that. i feel like i can trust them and all the workers there. on top of that as soon as they get your car they get to work and it s done as soon as possible, i truly love this place and all the workers with all my heart!!

Hamid tire crew at Mavis tire were certainly out to help me! Friendly service, I was able to drive right up, no appointment needed. It was simple as I got 3 new tires; the price was right as well. They know my guys at my automotive place, so we had that in common. Thanks guys, for your help!

Excellent customer service! Last visit for a large screw in my tire, it was pouring rain and I had my 102 year old mom in the car with me. We didn't even have to get out of the car, and it was fixed in just minutes! Justin and Race were kind and professional, and I was so proud of my fellow Georgians.

Came in for a quick tire repair, but also had a unusual problem where my bottom engine compartment cover had come loose and I asked the manager Hamid if they could take a look at it he not only fixed it, he did it for free! Great service here. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Went to Mavis to get a tire as I got a flat the day before, got a great quote for a tire. Jamie and the other guys were so very nice and was out in about 30 minutes. Can t beat that! Highly recommend.

My on phone experience was horrible . I had tried to cancel my online appointment due to a change in my work schedule but seems it didn t get canceled, when I tried to call to reschedule, the female on phone made it seem like the free break testing was fine but if I didn t get the work done that day they might keep my car due to many different break problems (I did say I thought I heard grinding from rotars) and that the free break inspection was pointless unless I was getting the work done there. To me that seems like she was saying false advertising To be honest I wasn t going to bring my car in but then the manager (and I m sorry but I didn t catch his name but it s the Johns Creek/Suwannee location) called me and asked about what was going on. I told him, he told me to bring the car in and he d just look, called me 20 minutes later and told me what I needed, I okayed the fix and it was done in under 2 hrs!!! And WAY less than she was suggesting.If I were to give the person dealing with scheduling a rating it would be 1 star at most. To be honest I don t care if they worked at a dealership and this it would what it cost . I am not dealing with a dealership and why would it matter what it cost and I don t like a salesman and not a mechanic making me worry about the cost to fix my car.The reason this is a 5 star is for your actual mechanics and manager at that location. Please give them a nod to overcoming what might have been a lost customer

Took 2 vehicles here last week. Thought we needed tires and brakes on both. Not the case. If we had taken them somewhere else, there s a chance we would have walked out with 8 tires, plus 4 pairs of brakes and rotors. Tony was honest about what we needed, which turned out to be half that. We will go back here every time for the services they offer.

My alternator died and left us stranded. Tony was great! He got us back on the road with a new alternator. The car is running great! I would recommend this shop!

Hamid at the Mavis near Lowe s is a great associate. He was friendly, honest and professional. I went in for a set of tires, they checked my brakes and rotors so I would know if I needed them while I was there.

I had a flat tire, called the shop and spoke with store manager Hamid. Walked me in right away. Technician got the tire inspected and repaired in 30 min.Honest, and decent people with elite customer service.

I got the date of my appointment messed up, but the guys managed to service my car, have my car ready for a long drive in the Thanksgiving week.The price is fair, service is quick, but most importantly I trust these people, from the mechanics, technicians, to the gentlemen at the front helping the customers.Even I have coupons in the mail to suggest me bring my car elsewhere, I still choose this store, because they had earned my trust, which is priceless.

Hamid is a great associate and he is very helpful with his great knowledge about cars. Dec 24, 2024 during a raining and a cold day, my tires needed air, Hamid checked all my four tires throughly. Beside the tires, he also provided me extra services to check the front lights. Thank you Hamid for all your help!!
