Excellent, fast and informative as to all the services and recommendations my vehicle needed today. I did not feel as if they were trying to sell or push me to do anything. I did feel that they had my best interest at heart and went as far as providing knowledge and information on what they, the techs observed about my vehicle and even went as far as showing me where I could purchase a few cosmetic things my car desperately needed, as they understood, and did not push, the financial crunch I was in and expressed. Great service over all! Thank you!

I have been a customer at this location for the past two years, and I must commend Jherell and his team for providing exceptional service. During my recent visit, they did an oil change with both speed and thoroughness. Jherell and his crew were also informative, offering valuable insights into additional car maintenance needs. Although I did not proceed with additional services on this occasion, I intend to consider them for my next visit. Recently came by for an oil change in the morning, Jherell and his team got my vehicle in quick and performed the oil change. They were not pushy but made solid recommendations that I knew about for my vehicle. If you need service and don t mind a laugh or two as the gentlemen working built solid rapport and they were fast. Will definitely come here again.

Exceptional work by this crew, highly recommend! Was met with a friendly staff that took care of business in a very quick manner, professionally. They were also very knowledgeable in what they do, recommending all the necessary things to help you! Definitely worth going to, these men deserve a raise. First time coming to this location and I can see why it s rated at what it is. The customer service is top tier. I came in for an oil change after going almost 7k over on mileage. Not what I wanted to spend today of course, but their prices are super reasonable so super happy I went there. They ll definitely be my go to place now.

I never write a review but the overall experience I had was beyond excellent. This was probably the best and most professional customer service I've ever received. Shoutout to Antonio and the entire crew working on 3/15/24 (early morning). From top to bottom they checked everything and made sure my Telluride was in perfect condition. The whole oil change process was fast and smooth. Great crew and most importantly great prices. Would definitely recommend to everyone and all my family/friends.

Jhe Rell and his entire crew were very very nice. We talked, we laughed & he didn t make it seem like it was a job . His entire crew were amazing. Ron, Unk, Tevin, Antonio and Brian were all tons of fun and laughter. If u wanna get your oil changed & not be upsold, but just good honesty and thorough information choose these guys! This new Management is amazing. This guy Jhe Rell and his crew are very different and the customer service is the best I ve had in a while. God Bless!

Came in closer to closing than I even like but my emissions test needed to be done before the morningThe staff was remarkably pleasant and congenial considering our keeping them late.I was in such a hurry I didn t get either one of the young mens names. Got my oil changed for the first time at this location and I ll definitely be coming back. Antonio and Demetrius were very kind and treated me well. Unlike other locations, they took the time, literally, to explain to me what needs to be and when. I can t thank these guys enough. Second time visiting Grease Monkey. The first one in John s Creek was a 5*. This one in Suwanee was a 5* as well!!! They were So Kind, funny and took care of what my car needed! Customer Service was a 10!

They do the work. This is not a 10min oil change however they do what they are suppose to do in a decent amount of time and suggest things you may need but don't force you like some other mechanics. This is a great place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve been taking my Chevy Colorado to this Grease Monkey for 4 years. Today - it took two hours to get my oil changed. But you know what? Keith, who worked on trying to get my oil filter off, never stopped working or fighting. I was impressed. Dave, a corporate manager who was filling in, was equally impressive with his customer service. Even though we set the WORLD RECORD for the longest oil change - they did it - AND made it right by comping me for a free oil change. It s service like that that keeps customers coming back!

I came at what they said was the busiest time for them but with the 4 stations, I was the next car. Less than 30 minutes. There were 3 men who provided excellent service. I not only wanted an oil but had other car care service questions which were promptly answered. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend and return to this location. I paid $71 for the synthetic blend which is what is recommended for my vehicle
