Have been going here for years and usually dealt with Richard (I believe that was his name) who was always a kind guy. Though on a more recent visit, a younger guy handled my car. Near the end of the testing, the kid slammed my gas cap lid HARD. I really don t care how people treat me but if they try to damage my property, it s another story entirely. I called him out on it and he insinuated that I was overreacting. Regardless, not sure if the guy was having a bad day or if he didn t like the way I looked. Complaining to the older lady who was in charge didn t help either as she basically brushed it off. Regardless, I would highly suggest any Black/Asian/Indian/Pakistani/Middle Eastern people NOT go this this location. I ve dealt with racists throughout my life and this place is another unfortunate experience I have to add to my list.To the lady and younger gentleman from Courtesy Emissions reading this review - what did you expect after that interaction? Go ahead and post the camera footage with audio and let everyone see how you treat people of color.

I m new to GA and this was my first time getting an emissions test. Easy, quick, efficient is how I would describe this service. Chris was super friendly and helpful! 9/24/23Update:Despite Google Maps insisting it was much less busy than usual, there were five cars in line when I arrived.Thankfully, Luca went about his job in a no-nonsense manner and kept a steady pace of vehicle testing moving along. Longer in line than I had hoped, but wasn't longer than was needed because of his diligence!Thank you for what has been years of fantastic service! See you next year!--------------------------------Very sweet young lady working her tail off to get people through as quickly as possible! Getting the plate number of the next car while one is testing, friendly hello but still working, knew straightforward where things needed to be and what had to be done. Super efficient! Thank you for making it so easy!FYI If you need a treadmill test, they do not do that here

It was a very smooth process. I was able to come and get my emissions. There were 3 to 4 cars in front of me. This is the 3rd year I have came to this location. Great price, location, and awesome service from staff. Thanks for making my morning errands on Tuesday January 24, 2023 easy. I will be back and refer others to you that need emissions.

Chris was very quick and professional and the emissions area was very clean! He even recommended a kiosk locally where I could go to get my renewal. I'll definitely recommend this place to others!

No wait time. Drive in, waited 5 minutes for the service and drove out. I saw previous reviews that said it was $13.99 here for an emissions test so that s the reason I came to this location. But it was actually $25. Pretty steep but every other place I saw had the same price range. I wouldn t dock points because everything is up in price nowadays. Just an fyi for anyone else who wanted to come for the lower price.

$25 felt steep for an emission test (I'm used to prices around $15) but this was the only place in the area on a Sunday morning that was open and I was on a time crunch. Process was fairly quick and easy and the guy was very polite. Took about 30 mins from getting into line and finishing up.

Above and beyond the usual impersonal customer service. Lady there is professional, respectful and knows her job well. Been coming here every year for years. Good all fashion service which gets harder and harder to find these days. Thank you, all for delivering what others just aspire to.

Those guys were great. I've been using this place for the last few years. The price is only $10...which means chances are you'll wait in a line because this is a popular place. Recommend them highly!

They always get the job done. Price was $25 an has been for some time. There are cheaper places with longer wait times, that's your call. Google had a question about wheelchair access. It's not really a place to go it a store. You are asked to exit the car during the test, but as long as they can check the necessary dash items and access to OBD you should be ok.

I've been using their service for years. Great price and customer service. Lines may be long at times, but they get through them quickly. Comfortable seats to rest with the TV on and chocolates.

My new favorite emissions place! The place is very clean, Tabatha and Matt are both courteous and professional. Tabatha asked if I would like something to drink and Matt was friendly. The test was done quick and best of all, it was only $13.98 at the time of this review. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Will come back for sure.UPDATE (2 years later):Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place. Not only has the price increased ($25), but a staff (I presume) was getting touchy-feely with another staff. Talk about being uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This service used to be reasonably priced. It gets two stars because they charge me 25 bucks. the service was good and the service fellow was nice. But the price has doubled To $25. You want to go to A1 Emissions 1108 Herrington Rd # 4, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 they do an excellent fast, nice guy, and the cost: $15. He's been there for 20 years.Service: Emissions testing

Amazing and helpful customer service!! Very quick and thorough emissions test. Had an issue with my gas cap, so Sharica was very nice and insightful when explaining what to do from there. Explained what I needed to fill out and take to the tag office after being retested and passed. Would definitely recommend!(There's also a nice little seating area with a basket of snacks for drivers while the test is being conducted!)

Pulled in and asked the price (Google review pics show various prices.) The staff was unnecessarily rude advising their price is on the sign. Their price is now $25 (up significantly from their old $14.99 price.) I interrupted both employee's screentime because they had to open the garage door so I could exit. Went across the street and got my emissions handled for $10 and a smile!!!!! Won't go back there again! Hopefully you're using the increase in pricing to get some customer service training!!!!

Great guy that helped me get my emissions done and it was only $13.98! Cheapest place around! Great outgoing owner and he really gets you in and out, so, it doesn't feel like you're just waiting for a half hour for a piece of paper! 5 stars!I'll see you again at the end of 2019! Thank you very much!

I pulled up at 4:55. They close at 5:00. I was told that they were doing the car in front of me and then closing. That's not the right way to do business. If you are in line before closing time, you should be served. I wonder if the owners know their employees do that.

Fast and efficient. They weren't wearing a mask but I guess since it's open and has air circulation, it's okay. The best price for fast quality work. DO IT!!

I ve gone to this place several times and each time was a good experience. The staff is friendly and they do a quick job. The only stipulation is it s $25 for an emissions test when it was like $12/15 last year. Kinda high in my opinion but it seems that s the norm these days.

I needed emissions check on a Saturday morning. I didn't have a lot of time, and needed to go somewhere in Suwanee. I pulled into this place after reading some good reviews and I was not disappointed. There were maybe 5 cars ahead of me when I pulled in, but they checked 2 cars at a time, so it didn't take too long. They were courteous and efficient, and the price was great. The only downside is, you can only turn right coming out of the plaza, and no uturn is permitted until you pass I-85.
