Hello, I normally do not do this, due to I do not interact with people very much. I am a DV, I do not move or remember or speak as good as I used to. I brought my 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee to Christian Brothers and met with Mario. Five stars does not give this individual or the establishment that he works in where the people that worked their credit. It is very rare to find a business or people working for a business. That actually do work instead of trying to cut corners or get extra money out of people. And the people who worked at Christian Brothers with the technicians diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and found out to be simpler fixed than what I was led to believe it was from somewhere else, they save me a lot of money and headaches and worry about getting around without my vehicle. So I have to partially thank the man upstairs for there are still honest people and hard-working people around here. Do not know what else to say but these people and Mario are a few people you can actually trust the Moral and ethics they have So bless them and their families. Thank you for your time.

I would begin by stating that I would have no reservations recommending Christian Brother's to anyone wanting both quality care and service. It's so refreshing to come across a business that genuinely care about the service they give you. Thank you for all your help! As long as I have a car, I will be returning to Christian Brothers for any services they are able to help me with

I must admit, the service from Christian Brother's was exceptionally wonderful. I was updated throughout the entire process of my vehicle repairs. Whether it was text or email.The staff was very professional,very friendly and caring.I live close by and the shuttle service was excellent. She dropped me off and picked me up once my vehicle repairs was completed.I highly recommend Christian Brother's services.

I had my brakes replaced at Christian Brothers. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. They kept me informed about the work from the time I dropped off the car until it was picked up. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars I would!!! My car had multiple things wrong with it when I brought it to them and they fixed it very quickly and at fair pricing. They kept me updated the whole time my car was there via text or phone call. My experience with everyone I encountered there was all around amazing. I would recommend to anyone !

This was my first time at Christian Brothers; a friend referred me. I scheduled the appt because one of my windshield wipers stopped working. I asked the dealership to check it out when I was getting my oil changed. Can you believe they wanted to charge me $250 as a diagnostic fee with none being applied to the repair cost? That was a no .......so a Christian Brothers email appt was set. I got there this afternoon and Brendan Reese checked me in and asked what issue I was having. I told him and he had an inquisitive look on his face and said let's check it out.To make a short story even shorter the windshield bolt was loose. Brendan tighten it, confirmed it was working and sent me on my way with no charge.They have gained a new customer! Thanks again Brendan!!

Christian Brothers have been a blessing to our family. We've taken our vehicles to the Suwanee and Hamilton Mills locations. They truly treat you like family and not just a number. They are very organized with their texting system that notifies you when your vehicle is ready. They explain everything in detail so if you're a female and don't understand automotive terms, they'll make certain to take their time and explain everything to you. The name "Christ"ian speaks for itself. They most definitely have a Christ-like attitude towards their customers. I've never felt so cared about by any other automotive repair shop. They do excellent work, have excellent customer service, and they keep it very clean. Thank you Shyla, Zak, your Foundation, and friendly staff for making our experience a great one and one we'll never forget. God bless you and your business. : )

The guys or brothers lol here are all very friendly and give good service. There is ample parking spots, clean and convenient.I usually get a name, BUT I apologize I forgot to write his down. Everyone was nice though!

Honest folks. Honest folks. Honest folks.I've dealt with them over the years with several different cars. It always amazes me when they tell me what repairs I don't need right now.They do a phenomenal job with assessment. They bring you up to speed quickly on what's priority and if you approve, the work starts immediately. You get progress reports via text and if they find a concern outside of what you came in to fix, they call you.The repairs are done right. Charges for parts and labor are agreed upon before the work is completed.You get your car back as promised.Like I said, honest folks. But I'll add, they're really good folks too to do business with. I had an issue with them, and posted a bad review out of frustration, and my own lack of understanding the situation. However management reached out to me and helped me gain clarification on the matter. After speaking with them, I feel the need to apologize for not even reaching out to them to resolve the matter before writing the review. The good establishments are the ones who put customer satisfaction above all else! Thank YOU!

This was a great experience. Friendly and experienced staff and they did an amazing job getting my car repairs completed and in the time they stated.. I will recommend any needed auto repairs to stop by here first. These guys are amazing professionals knowledgeable trustworthy and prices are reasonable as well.

Had a great experience working with CBA Sawnee. They provided the estimate very quickly in a timely manner . And the estimate was very reasonable.Also honored that estimate when I went for the service. I had the spark plugs, valve cover gasket and drive belt replaced here . Felt honest about the service performed . CBA also has good warranty so that we will have peace of mind. I was impressed by their shuttle service too ..I still have to find out the quality of service as it was done just yesterday. May be I will get to know after few weeks of driving my car . If it proves to be of a good quality then CBA will be my go to repair shopAdding this after few weeks of my initial review, their quality of service is very good!!

Friendly prompt service. I love their virtual documentation/estimates because it details everything with pictures. These virtual estimates allow you to decline or accept work on your vehicle and keep you updated as to the status of your vehicle. They are honest and always seem to do the right thing. The local shuttle service is a great added bonus. Their prices are VERY competitive too!

I had a horrible experience with another shop and the installation of my transmission. They had to replace the transmission 3 times. Each time that they fixed it I had to take it back for leaks. This started in April of this year and my car was with them for a total of 30+ days. Everytime we brought it back we had to wait another week for the repair to be done. Finally after the 3rd transmission was leaking I took it to Christian Brothers. They had to drain the transmission fluid and replace the pan gasket. The car is finally not leaking transmission fluid. I just wish I would have came here first. This also only took one day to get my car back.Service: Transmission

Service was on time as appointed. Staff was very pleasant, mannerly and knowledgeable. The mechanics listen when you describe your car problems. I had a great experience with Christian Brothers and highly recommended them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Eric was a great help. Let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and how much it would be and got it done within a day. You know that feeling of going to an auto repair shop and feeling like your getting ripped off? Not with this place. Everything felt very honest. Repaired my van and its running great. I have several vehicles for my business and im not going anywhere else from now on.

I brought my Wrangler in after installing a 2.5 lift myself to have the alignment checked, fully expecting to pay the price for the alignment. It was perfect, no alignment needed. I pulled out my credit card and was told there was no charge as nothing was done. I was stunned. Any other shop would have charged for an alignment. Checking took time for the technician. It tied up a stall. So something was done .. I became a loyal and long-term Christian Brothers customer!Service: Wheel alignment
