This place has a real lack of customer service mind. They ve never kept their promises at all: no return calls, no communication whatsoever. After I called them several times, I was able to talk to someone. However, they didn't do anything and I wasted a week. When I picked my car up to go to other service center, I asked what happened. I was very embarrassed because she said they couldn t handle it because it is a mechanical issue, not a body damage. I went to this place because my insurance company arranged it (they knew the problem) and I explained the problem to a mechanics very clearly also. He said he will get back to me with cost and how long it will take but I ve never talked to him again. I do not recommend this place at all.

John (or Richard) was absolutely wonderful! Prior to repair, he made sure he went over all details regarding the work that would be done. I not only received my car early, but the repair job was great. It looked good as new. Huge thank you to the representative who kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you so much Caliber!

I've used this exact same shop in the past for a different vehicle and they actually did a great job. Someone hit my newer vehicle in a parking lot and agreed to pay for the damages out of pocket. But if you aren't using an insurance company to get the repair done, they won't even take the time to give you an estimate on a repair.

If I could give 6 stars I would. My car was border line totaled and they completely transformed and fixed it. As a girl, it s always a bit nerve wracking to go to an auto shop in fears I ll get over charged, but they were so kind and respectful and explained everything to me! Thank you Caliber Collision

Travis at Caliber Collision Johns Creek is the best! When I initially contacted them, I was clueless of what I needed to do. He was very friendly and patient in explaining each step in the whole process. He kept me informed from start to finish and was available for any questions I had along the way. The folks here are awesome. I stopped in for a minor issue; polishing of a headlight lens. It was done beautifully in minutes. Looks new. While I was there, I could not help but notice the professional yet friendly manner they have with all customers. They have won my repeat business. Recently had work done on a vehicle that was rear-ended. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The work was excellent and it was done before the estimated date.Service: Painting

Customer service was amazing from beginning to end. My car looks absolutely amazing, they even cleaned my car out! I wasn't expecting that. Absolutely amazing job! The only complaint I had was that my car was on E and the gas light was on and thats not how i gave it to them. It was nearly on half a tank when I dropped it off. Other than that no complaints what so ever! Very pleased.

Caliber Collision in Johns Creek did a fantastic job with my car left for body repair after an accident a month ago. Staff were very courteous. The repair was done much before the promised date and the job was perfect. I had work done at this location last year. They did a great job. I worked with Jeff. He was courteous and kept me informed. This location also repaired my neighbor s vehicle which looked great, so that s why I used them for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my wife struck a deer this week and we will be using them again. I ve already spoken to Jeff again and he s got us scheduled. I know her car will look great when we get it back.

Everyone at Caliber was friendly, responsive and professional. Honda was backlogged on parts for our repair so Caliber kept us updated on the repairs and kept pressure on Honda to get the parts. Very professional team that did a thorough job on my Lexus quarter panel, bumper and paint job. It took longer than normal but that is an industry wide delay in parts availability.Also the mobile notifications that provide status alerts are super helpful and intuitive.

Caliber collision repaired the front bumper of my Camry. Not only did they have exceptional service AND finished earlier than expected but also southern hospitality that made me feel welcome.
