Terrible customer service! Bought a socket set and about $250 in other parts and tools for an emergency repair. I ended up using the socket set for one bolt in which the $35 socket set became useless for the rest of the repair because of how short the wrench was. I returned later that same evening to ask for a refund due to it not being of much use and needing the funds. I misplaced the receipt, but I figured at the least I would get store credit. I was denied any kind of return by a rude and ignorant employee that decided to use his discretion to turn me away. I tried to explain why I didn t need the item in which he began to raise his voice and talk over me. This emotional employee was extremely unprofessional and seemed as though the money was coming out of his own pocket. I understand that employees have to adhere to return policies, but this was not the right time to play employee of the month. The employee labeled the item as super used , which made zero logical sense due to me using it for one bolt and bought the item hours before . Besides the handle of the wrench having a small amount of grease that could ve been cleaned off nothing else was super used or missing. Luckily I went to another Autozone location the next day, and they accepted my return. Normally I wouldn t pay this any attention but I want everyone to know how this Autozone treats their customers. Listen, Listen oh and read also There are plenty of AutoZones, but this one is so dope and different! Dennis was very resourceful and informative on what I was asking about my vehicle And trust me I ask a thousands questions.I Highly recommend you drive to this location for a trustworthy crew. Thanks again!!! I will be back with friends.It s good to know when you can trust an auto store who wants to make sure your drive is not just safe for your car but give valuable information on what s necessary for your vehicle.

Curtis and Mario saved my bacon today! They have helped me many times. Today, I stripped an oil filter wrench. The guys were knowledgeable and had the experience to get me on the right path to fix the problem. Thanks!

Dennis took great care of me. I had battery issues driving home on a Friday evening. Pulled in to his store and within 15 minutes he had replaced my battery for me. I recommend Dennis and this Auto Zone location.

Hands down the BEST customer service experience I ve had. As soon as you walk in they greet you AND then ask how can I help you... Thank you Ms ROSE for the awesome experience and proving 5 star service is alive and well. This place is spotless with employees that know about cars and parts and give great service. All around great place to shop they have a variety of snacks to choice from when you re getting your battery changed or your light bulb changed. Which AutoZone does for FREE. And my favorite Home Team car apparel Georgia Bulldogs really anything GA Team. When you have a clean bathroom I trust every area is clean and for a parts store a clean bathroom says a lot. Keep up the GREAT work ROSE, WILL, JUSTIN and JAROD.

I went to this store a few weeks ago for a new car battery and new headlights. When I had called the day before they had said my car would take too long to change the battery for them to do it complimentary. So I went in expecting to bring it home and do it myself or for my husband to do it. Mario helped me and showed me all my options for head lights and batteries with all the different price ranges and made personal suggestions as well for brands etc. He ended up coming out and not only changed my battery but also changed my headlights for me-which on my car it s not the easiest/quickest thing. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and got it knocked out in no time! It was so extremely helpful and I cannot thank him enough for all his help!

I order a gasket for my car and they told me that I can pick it up next day.... I arrived at 6:00 pm and they told me that the gasket was on its way . I waited like 40 minutes at the store and the delivery truck arrived with some parts but mine wasn't there. After that they told me to go to Buford store they allegedly have the gasket. But I was there the day before that i arrived to suwanee and they didn't have it ... The problem is that I have a mechanic that was heading to my home to replace the gasket and now I have to pay him for the trip cause they didn't solve my issue .Store971 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suwanee, GA 30024@autozone

I miss Noelberto. He used to be the regional manager for this store and surrounding stores. Now this store consists of rude, knowledge-less workers. Worker told me the wrong headlight on my car twice before I brought the bulb in so he couldn t give me another wrong fit. Then, he had the audacity to act like i m the idiot who just wasted two trips and a hour of his life. For parts, just order from autozone s website because they have a way better return policy than this store. They don t want to do a return for a fuel pump because it s been in fuel. The Autozone website says to drain all return parts of all fluids in their return section. Feels like they are just trying to find a way where they get to keep your money on returns, and it s crystal clear they don t care about actually helping fix your problem.

I needed yo change my battery and I took my car to Pep Boys first and asalways you need to make an appointment and they were not very kind either. Then I came to Autozone and they tested it first and then changed it in less than 15 minutes. The personnel was so kind!

Dennis was so helpful, installed headlights for me and had to work really hard on one of them . He didn t give up. The entire time he had a smile and helped other customers and his team members. Great experience!! Give Dennis a raise! He ROCKS!!

I ordered a part for my Mercedes over the phone. The young woman acknowledged that this was the correct part and it would be available the following day. I went there on a Saturday two days after placing the order. I was waited on by a dishoveled and bumbling employee who kept calling me by the wrong name. Now to make matters worse the assistant manager came and took over the transaction and informed me that the part was never sent to them and apologized for the poor communication. As I was driving away leaving the parking lot the same bumbling employee rear ends me as he claims he was running late for his second job. I was inconvenienced for about two hours on a beautiful sunny as I waited to make a police report. All this could have been solved with simple phone call since the part was ordered days earlier.Thank you for your response. I just want you to know that I don't play kick the can. If you are so concerned make me whole by reimbursing me for the damage to my vehicle.

I'm here from out of town and my car was having trouble starting. Called to ask about having my car checked and Suban told me to bring right in. Suban is a doll!! She was so polite and helpful! She went out to test my battery and it was at 0 percent charge. She took my battery out and took it in for charging. She told me a few places to eat while I waited. Everyone else I talked to was friendly! If I didn't live so far away I would definitely make this my store!!

Car issues are never fun to deal with; I was dealing with car battery issues and went to the local AutoZone in Suwanee, Georgia. Dennis Johnson, the associate who assisted me, was extremely patient and helpful while testing the battery and possible warranty. To my surprise, I had purchased the battery there a couple of years ago and was still under warranty. I was able to leave with a new car battery (at no cost) and knowing I can count on AutoZone (and Dennis Johnson).

Awesome service by Mario the store manager he came out and helped me putthe serpentine belt back on my truck so I could get back to work great job will definitely be back just for the customer service

I attempt to call my own son Mario help me with my brake light because I didn't know what to do. Well it was getting close to 3 and I wanted to have it done today so I went to AutoZone and I'm so glad I did. I went inside the store and one of the workers also named Mario helped me with my brake light are you done is so quickly. Servicing mean wasn't the only thing he did he have a great attitude I kept a smile on his face the whole time he went out of his way and beyond his duty and I thank him for that and I thank AutoZone for employing a great worker.

They just replaced my exact same order 4th time today because he cannot find it. This order replaced 5 months ago, originally; they charged my credit card but never received the part. It is very funny that they never return the call they promised. I even called regional manager; I was told they would return back to me but that call is also lost in their weird system. I am very frustrated because they never follow their promises regardless of call back or delivery date. I found same pcs online even cheaper. This is a total disappointment. On site help is good but stay away from ordering parts!

I read a review that said Mario was their hero for a certain thing he did for them and that s exactly how I felt the day my car keys battery were out and so I needed to get it done asap. I walked into the store and met Mahero for that day lol. It wasn t justhow efficient he was at his job but the willingness to go beyond in which after I got the battery, he also help me change it on the spot and so for that I salute you Mario.

Today I needed to purchase a battery for my recently licensed son first car.
