I had a very good experience coming here - great customer service. I was helped by a man named Joe - he was spectacular. He helped me with my car issue, and replaced the battery for me. Props to him! Thank you for your great service and help.

I've actually been going to this place to service both of our cars for several years.Ordinarily, I would give this place five stars. However, we recently had a glitch that required me to speak with the manager. My wife's car was serviced and I noticed the tires were not rotated. I called back to inquire why, and as it turned out, the tread was too low.It was a big miss by this place to send somebody out with unsafely low tires and say nothing about it.Like I said, that was the only glitch, and I hope they learned from it. Otherwise, quality service here.

If you're looking for a great place to get your international driving permit, AAA Johns Creek Car Care Plus is the perfect spot. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the car center is top-notch. Plus, there's an EV charger and free air for tires, so you can't go wrong.

Waited 4 hours for roadside assistance on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. I received a call from the driver after 3 hours of waiting and the driver informed me he will take 50 minutes to reach or I can cancel the request. One of the lowest of low roadside assistance services received.If your kids or wife are stuck in the middle of the road, don't keep high expectations from AAA roadside assistance.

Free car wash with oil change and a great waiting area with free coffee. Mechanics seem knowledgeable and were friendly. No complaints about work and the prices are competitive

Ms Kang was quick, informative, and friendly. She gave me a great insurance quote. I also made an appt for car maintenance. They remembered me, even my name! I'm not surprised, because one of the reasons I've stayed with AAA all these years is the excellent service I've gotten, no matter what I've gone in for.

Joseph was so wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond what I needed him to do. He helped me with my battery and got me in and out of the door so fast. I needed to get back to work before my break was done and he made it happen. If you need to see anyone make sure you go see him. He was very kind and patient and understanding of my situation. He even gave me a good tip for my car lights in my van that I appreciate!Service: Auto battery replacement

Bad experience. Terrible pet peeve of mine is when people close earlier than stated! It s bad business.We drove an hour and a half to get an international drivers permit here. Got to the store at 40 minutes before close (left work early) and the woman working (possibly Lisa?) said that she had already shut their system down. She was dismissive and said if she had known we were coming she wouldn t have closed it down, but we have always walked on for this (we are travelers). The phone number doesn t give you a real person easily and we ve never had an issue walking in for this before. Where on the website does it state that they shut their system down for one of their main services earlier than their closing hours?? She went and hid in the back when I considered walking in once more to make sure she couldn t help us if she understood the circumstances and that it was still within working hours and she apparently went to hide in the back. Massively inconvenient as we will now have to waste even more time and gas and leave even earlier for our flight and drive out of the way to attempt to take care of this in time for our trip. So disappointed in this branch. Make sure you CALL AHEAD so that she doesn t shut her system down earlier than advertised.

Visited this location to obtain my international drivers license. I was greeted upon entering and helped immediately. The process was quick; I only spent about 10 minutes obtaining my license.

Temporarily in this area, found this AAA shop and they went above and beyond for me and my Jeep! Clayton and his crew are top notch! Do not hesitate when in need of service and/or repairs. Very good location, everyone seems very nice and get things done effectively but the last time we went, their photo service for getting international driving license didn't work so we had to drive to Walgreens and waited for half hour to get passport pictures taken and drive back again. The whole process which normally only takes less than 10 mns becomes an hour easy if you are not prepared

My fiance and I was preparing to go on a road trip. I conducted a routine car checkup myself when I noticed the coolant tank was empty. I tried to unscrew the radiator cap to take a look and could not unscrew it no matter how hard I tried. Because we had positive experiences with AAA car car, we visited AAA hoping they could help us with unscrewing the stubborn radiator cap. We were prepared to pay something for help. I am happy to report that despite the garage being full of cars, Joe (the lead advisor) nicely said he would take care of it. I told Joe that he could write up a ticket for us to pay for the imposition. He refused and told me he would have someone look at it. He said he was happy to help. He called Simon, the mechanic, to help us with the radiator cap. Although, he was busy, he was pleasant and cheerful and popped off the radiator cap and topped it off within 3 minutes. My fiance and I were in awe of how we were treated despite the situation. Simon quickly looked at our brake fluid and oil dipstick. He pointed out that the brake fluid might need attention but it wasn't urgent. After we thanked Simon, I told him we were grateful for helping us. I went back inside to thank Joe and get his business card. I told Joe that they didn't have to help us the way they did given the garage full of cars. He was gracious about it. It reinforced our already prior positive experience we had with AAA. This nice goodwill gesture that took 5 minutes compelled me to write this review. So grateful to them for taking a few minutes. Thank you so much to Joe and Simon. So much goodwill was created by them helping us. They are a credit to the business. I can see why there are so many positive reviews for this car care center. They care about creating goodwill so I had to write up this review. This review is totally unsolicited, just my way to show my gratitude to the car center for doing something beyond the call of duty. We will see them again soon regarding the brake fluid situation.

Visited this location for a international drivers license. Everyone is very professional , I called first to get the details of the process and was given all correct information. The lady advised that the camera was broke and directed me to the nearby Walgreens for my photo. They even waited for me to get back before they lock the doors. I truly appreciate the service provided.

I went to AAA to get my oil changed. Jo and Clayton were the best! They got me in right away. I did not have a coupon, they applied it anyway. I did not have an appt and the wait was going to be 2 hours, but when Jo heard I could not wait, he got up from his seat at the front desk and said he would personally change my oil and get me in and out. Super thankful!Service: Oil change

As a young women, it is very difficult to find car care I trust. The team at AAA Car Care Johns Creek are amazing, only place I will take my car from now on. They take me into the garage to show me what s going on and they explain what they are doing to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the work before they do it. Their pricing is fair and I never feel talked down to or ripped off. I highly recommend going here for your car care needs.

Very disappointed in this location. We had an oil change done on one of our cars. Great price, great service. A few weeks later the check engine light came on and after a thorough review by someone else it was on because the oil level was too low. Had the car checked for leaks etc. Couldn't find anything so brushed it off as a fluke. Had an oil change done on our other car about 3 months ago. Check engine light came on a few weeks ago. Due to an accident we have the car a mechanic we know and asked him to check the engine light and fix whatever the issue is. Was just told the oil level is too low and that's why the check engine light is on. Same thing on two different cars after getting an oil change at this location?? Too much of a coincidence for me and I'll never go back or recommend this location to anyone. Shameful way of doing business.Service: Oil change

My car broke down on my way to work. Being new to the area I was anxious to get my car repaired quickly at a trusting mechanic. When I got my car towed, I called AAA and they had already saved me in the computer system when I arrived, making the check-in very smooth. I m a nurse and gave them my card info because I can t answer the phone during work. They texted me updates all day, I dropped the car off around 9am thinking it would be an all-day event if not longer. They texted me by 11am with the diagnostic results and pricing. By 2pm I got a message that my car was all finished! I work past business hours and they had the car parked with the key and receipt nicely tucked away for me. I had oil change for my car from this location yesterday 6/23/22. When I went back to pick up my car, I wanted a suggestion on replacing rear tail gate light that was broken on my van. I called few body shops already for appointment to replace rear tail gate outer light fixture, but none was available for next 1-2 months. So I just talked to Joe who is Service rep for opinion on replacing. He showed me where to get it and how to replace it. He is true professional and I appreciate his help and advise. I am visiting this location since they opened. Service reps and technicians alway meet my expectations. Great service and experience. You won't be disappointed. I trust this location all my auto services, maintenance.Service: Auto maintenance

I've always had good experiences with AAA and their car care locations, but this is one is the best by far. They are knowledgeable, communicative, responsive, and go the extra mile to make sure that you know what you're paying for and why you're paying for it. I've never had a part or service go bad here. And Mr. Joe is an AWESOME help--he even remembered my name and what I was in for, didn't even have to check in at the counter. Super fast, super efficient, and super DUPER friendly. I'd drive two hours to come here for service if I had to; I don't intend to go anywhere else! Thanks for all you do here, guys!!

I was planning my first international trip and I needed an international driving permit. The whole process of planning the trip has been quite a learning experience and kind of nerve-wracking because there were so many things I needed to take care and more just kept cropping up. This however was not one of things despite what I had anticipated. I don't remember who helped me but I chatted with a couple of the employees while I was filling out paper work and they were SO FRIENDLY! They explained everything(even other things I hadn't thought of or known about) in such an easy to understand way. They gave me some great advice too for planning my trip.

I did battery replacement with them. They quoted an amount over the phone after telling my car s model and other details.When I went for service, the charge was almost increased 50%. The reason they said was the labor is more than an hour. But the battery replacement was done in 30 mins. Please note that they did not do any other repairs other than battery replacement. The 3 star is for doing the service quickly as I was waiting. It is very difficult to find a genuine auto service. By seeing the 4 or 5 star reviews here, It looks like people have worse experience with other auto service than AAA. Still it is not genuine yet. I will try to go again when it is required to see if I can give more than 3 star.Service: Electrical

I recently had my oil changed at this service center and it was a very good experience. The staff and technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I had discovered this service center a long time ago. By the way, Joseph Bush is a keeper. As I sat in the waiting area, I watched and listened how he tactfully explained to another customer what needed to be done to the customer's vehicle. Even though it wasn't the best news for him to deliver to the customer, he spoke with care and concern. And sometimes that makes all the difference in the world. Keep up the good work. Thank you for your service. This facility is first class in all aspects.

We are regular customers here for several years including pre-purchase inspections for last two used car purchases. In addition to that, we choose them to service our vehicles which is especially great due to the full inspection they do. The mechanics are always fair and help to identify problems without forcing us into repairs which may or may not be necessary.Service: General repairs & maintenance
