I just called to make sure they are open and someone answered the phone confirming they are. Drove to the place and there was one car ahead though they were waiting. Since I wasn't sure what's going on, I got off the car and it appears the employee was in the little room doing some type of bowing/prayer ritual and pretty ignoring everyone. I wish he would have mentioned on the phone that he is on break.

My 2019 car didn t pass the first time I took it, and they gave me a receipt that allowed me to retake for free after getting the necessary repairs! Both testers who assisted me were incredibly helpful and nice, will be going back next year definitely worth the price!

It is always closed, regardless of their "working" time. Nobody answered on the phone, the voice mail box is full. So I am not alone.

I ve been by 3 times, during their business hours, and either no one is there or they are closed. As I write this, outside of the location, they should be open but are not. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Have gone here about 3 times. Man is friendly and courteous. However not always open/there when sign says he will be. Been waiting since 9:30am and currently past 10am on a Wednesday with no sign of him. Have found a cheaper station down the road that was actually open and friendly staff so will go there from now on.

Closed, though the displayed sign says open until 6pm.The owner responded to my note quickly, so I'll change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars for the prompt response. I cannot rate the service since I have used it.

Very friendly staff, the owner is really nice, but unfortunately they have a habit of opening late , closing early, or just not opening at all (usually if raining)My suggestion is: Use this place, but do not make a special trip just to go there. It would be more helpful to see if they're open while you are already in the area, and then go there. Otherwise you might be disappointed at a wasted tripService: Emissions testing

These guys are great. They've really stepped up to make things as safe as possible due to Covid-19. Masks and a fresh pair of gloves before they start on your vehicle, and they've set up a little area for you you to sit outside of your vehicle with a fan for those hot summer days. Testing is quick and $19.99 is a decent price. I've been going for years and it's nice to see a local business adapting to the times. Highly recommended.

Couldn't even review since it wasn't open during open hours.I also called, but it seems they don't check their voicemail either because it was full...Update: Somebody called me back and was letting me know that they plan to give me 40% discount. I declined cause I was already heading to another location by the point the person called me. I am willing to try this place again.

I went 2/9/23 for emission test and my computer was not reading correctly due to recent mechanic work. I attempted to return 2/10/23 for my retest at 12pm. They were not open and could not be reached by phone. Their posted hours said 9:30-6pm M-F with a 1:30-3pm break on Friday.Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

Everything went fast and smooth and the guy was really nice. I think I was there for about 7 mins and there was somebody in front of me. I even left a tip for a good job well done.

I called because I was concerned about having to spend a long time getting my emission's test. The gentleman was very polite and welcoming. I only waited 10 mins!The location is next to a gas station and was very easy to find. The gentleman was very friendly and caring while performing the test. I didn't even have to get out.I highly recommend this location. I personally hate going to mechanics or anything that deals with car maintenance. However, this gentleman was so trustworthy and polite that I felt very comfortable.Highly recommended!

I adore the man who runs this emissions testing station. He's so kind and helpful. It's always quick and easy, never a long wait. It's at the gas station next to the small strip mall that sits directly behind the Suwanee Kroger Store on Peachtree Industrial Blvd & Suwanee Dam Rd... they repurposed the bay that was originally the car wash into the testing bay, total genius. Highly recommend this location!

The web site and the sign on the gate say that it opens 9:30 am Monday to Friday. Went there 9:55 Thursday. It is closed. There is a sign on the gate, closed, will return on 10 . Waited until 10:07. Still nobody shows up.
