I m very lucky to live close by and just discovered Wrench Junkies through a quick google search. A friend first went to them with a leak issue and raved about his experience, including the price. I have been once for an oil change before my most recent appointment. It had come time for another oil change (based on the date they put on the sticker) so I took my car in for that and a brake pad replacement as it had been a long time since they were replaced and I misremembered hearing that they were getting to be worn at my last appointment. (It was the tires that needed replacing)As others have said, Kamal was very friendly and professional, and called to let me know that they had inspected the vehicle and felt that both the brakes and oil had plenty of life left in them. I don t drive much at all, so this made sense. He then said they would only charge me a small fee for the inspection, and recommended that I just book another appointment in a few months to see if any maintenance is needed then.I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, and will definitely be returning. Kemal was very professional and transparent! I brought my car in with one concern, and he fixed about 3 things on my car for a very reasonable price compared to the dealership. He also taught me a few things about the BMW maintenance schedule to increase the overall longevity of my car. I d recommend Wrench Junkies to anyone and will definitely be a returning customer!

Wrench Junkies, and Kamal, were highly recommended by a friend of mine, and I was not disappointed. I have a clunker of a car that needs a lot of TLC, and they put together an affordable plan for repair over the long term; from the most essential repairs needed, to those that can-wait-for-a-minute. They were quick, professional, and gave clear explanations on the "whys and wherefores" of their choices.I felt that my car was in good hands, and that I had received a good plan going forward, and a fair price.They provide one free ride on Lyft, to or from their garage, per repair order, and also provide a reasonable guarantee on their work.This was my first time using them, and I definitely plan on using them for that car that I love, for its future repairs.The whole staff was friendly, and I feel comfortable, and confident in their work.At this time, I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and efficiency.Thank you, Kamal, and Wrench Junkies.

If you are looking for a new trustworthy home for your vehicle, Wrench Junkies is that place. From their integrity, excellent customer service & communication, I don t think I have ever experienced such honesty when it came to what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. Other companies will try to milk you for your last, but not Kamal company. Wrench Junkies treats your vehicle as their own, and the way my 2011 Ford Explorer is driving everyone, the proof is in the technician hands. Not only did they perform a thorough inspection of my Ford, they also send you a physical link that tell/show you what they found wrong with your vehicle. With that link it gives the option to approve or deny the services.Kamal also assisted in finding other alternatives to get my vehicle driving while still accommodating my budget, and that I m forever grateful for.Don t let Wrench Junkies be your second or third option like me. You will save so much time, MONEY, and a peace of mind knowing your vehicle was in the right hands. To my vehicle new maintenance home, Again thank you Kamal, BJ and the rest of the Wrench Junkies family for getting my vehicle back and running! My family and I greatly appreciate it.

I don't know how I got lucky enough to find these guys, but I will be taking my car to them for everything. My heater was not working and Kamal got me in right away. They provided a thorough breakdown of the estimate and stayed in communication. I felt the cost was fair and the service was top notch. More importantly, every customer I saw in the shop were women and they all spoke highly of these guys. I will not be taking my vehicle to any other mechanic!

I ve never had such a positive experience with an auto repair shop. Kamal was very earnest and really took his time to explain what was wrong with my car and advised how I should care for the car moving forward. WJ provides coat effective, honest, and timely, services. I ve frequented WJ for my 06 element (300k+ miles) and new Honda accord. As a woman seeking a trustworthy mechanic and info to maintain my car, this is the best decision I ve made. I literally travel from the 30318 zip code to Stone Mountain for their services . Kamal and his team get a 10/10.

Kamal and his team here are great. I made an appointment with only a few days notice, they were able to get everything taken care of, and have my car returned to me the same day. Very thorough and explained everything. I had my oil changed, transmission serviced, and a leak repaired. About 7 years ago, I took my car to the Wrench Junkies for a diagnostic based on a referral. I made sure to mention my friend s name, implicitly ensuring that the mechanics knew I had a little leverage in case they tried to overcharge or add unnecessary services to my quote, like other mechanics had done in the past WOW. From opening the door to the shop; to receiving the meticulously-detailed email describing - using actual photos taken of my engine and vehicle - the specific areas that needed to be addressed immediately as well as those that did not present safety issues and could wait for a period of time, and anything else. The quote was also broken down as a price per service quote, so that I didn t get one big number with everything included. I knew exactly what I was paying for, what I didn t need to pay for right then, and how much each individual service or part would cost.Was this real? My total experience with Wrench Junkies has been PHENOMENAL! I had the pleasure of interacting with Kamal, the owner. It was determined that I needed an alternator and the work was completed on the same day! Kamal answered all of my questions in detail! I also received a three year warranty for the new alternator that was installed on my vehicle. Additionally, I loved that the waiting area and especially the restroom was very clean! I have been looking for a new place to have our cars serviced for 6 months since the dealership we were going to changeed ownership, remodeled the dealership & the prices for service. I found what I was looking for with Wrench Junkies. Excellent service, fantastic communication, they sent you photos of each item they checked to show you exactly what your car needed, not what the age of the car recommended. We took my sons car there after they did mine. They again gave Excellent service, his car needed more work than mine, & they told us what his car needed & what needed our attention first. Your car will be in good hands if you take your car to Wrench Junkies.

This place was awesome. They were not only friendly and professional, but most importantly they were honest. They replaced the catalytic converters on my dodge charger after I ran over something on the highway. Kamal and the team kept in communication with me the whole time they had my car as the parts needed to be shipped to them. Once the repair was done, they communicated the repairs are completed but they wanted to ensure the engine light was completely off. I appreciate his service and honesty. I felt a lot better leaving my car with him after taking it to Shermans to get something fixed. The mechanic messed with a related part at Sherman's and afterwards my car was making a noise it hadn't before. I took it back to Shermans and they told me that the related part now needed to be fixed and tried to charge me. I went to Wrench Junkies and not only did they fix my car but also provided me with an Uber to get home.

I was truly blessed to have Wrench Junkies work on my vehicle. Kamal did a great job addressing the issues that my car had and was kind enough to help me prioritize what I needed to get done now and what I could get done later. He was professional and detailed. I will be back to get the rest of my car issues resolved. Also, the price was good, not overinflated and reasonable.

Kamal is the consummate professional, very communicative and personable. Not your typical mechanic, he s very organized and technologically detailed. Kamal and his team are the absolute best in town! Even though I live in Buckhead, I am willing to make that extra drive (IN ATLANTA TRAFFIC) just to visit them when my car needs servicing. They are so honest and knowledgeable of what services actually need to be done to you car and won't force any unnecessary services to make an extra buck. I Love Going to Wrench Junkies!!The Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!! This is the most AMAZING place to get your car services done. I ve been here multiple times to get various things fixed for my car and the customer service is top tier.
