I don t have words to express my pain, and the extent of damage caused to my car at this TiresPlus store.Please Please Please,DO NOT GO to this store unless you want your car only to get broke down, and completely messed up by unqualified technicians here.I will add more details soon, just for the purpose of confidentiality of my pending case.I had the worst experience at this place, they broke down everything of my cars SUSPENSION system; both CV axles, wheel bearing, and rotors and pad damaged After they failed to fix the mess they made to my car after a week, I reached out the corporate office only to be lied.I received a case number for my complaint, and I was promised that the regional manager will reach within 48 hours, but no one reached out to me.This people are liars. Even though they say they want work with you to make your experience better, that is all just a trick they use get around the said claim.In my case they even though they promise that the said regional manager Matt will call me within 2 days he never called me or never reached out to me in so far in almost 9-months.

Mesha is the best!!! She is very helpful and knowledgeable and knows how to handle a rude customer with grace! I will continue to come to her store for my car services. Don't forget to check their website for coupons. They do honor them!

Ms Marshall is the current managerIn my family there are five vehicles and all have been serviced with timely and efficient care.Wherever I/We frequent her storewhether with her presence or absence we are given consistent excellent customer careWe have since moved our auto service needs to this particular shop primarily due to Marshall and her staff because of their professionalism

Everyone was incredibly helpful and very kind. The technician was thorough and was patient when I asked questions, which isn't always the case at a lot of places. I'm glad to know this place is nearby.

Very bad service. 2 hours for an oil change!! An hour out of that was waiting for them to give me my keys back after they have finished the job. The guy at the front was upset on why I was frustrate! Telling me the other guy that here have been waiting for 3 hours and I should be happy with 2. The other mechanics pointed out that he finished with my car way earlier too. Won t come back here and I advice everyone to listen to the reviews JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I caught a flat on the way to work but as soon as tire plus opened at 7, ALFRED got me in and out! He gave me options and helped me choose the best route for 4 brand new tires at a low rate. Very thankful for him and the young man who put the tires on. They made my experience knowledgeable, quick, and hassle-free

Poor value. Tires Plus said they have to run a diagnostic check for $130 for a check engine light. The most common reason for this light in a 2005 Honda Accord is a $10 gas cap. Why in the world would I pay them $130? It should be free or applied to repairs. Tires Plus used to be good - now it's just a rip off.

While I appreciated the convenience of the on line ordering an appointment setting, I was completely off put when I received a call a day later that the tires I ordered had been discontinued. There was no mention of that while ordering and the service person I talked to the day after tried up selling me, but took no responsibility for the miscommunication and inadequacy of updating the system. Whomever the parent company is, please note, I will not be a customer of Tires Plus nor purchasing any of the parent company products or services. A used tire store showed my exemplary customer service and product at less than half the price originally quoted. I would prefer to not give even one star, and you management team and parent company should be ashamed of devaluing a potential customer.

I decided to shop within my community. Very bad experience. Made an appointment. To come in on a Friday to be told no filter for my oil change and no one available to change my tires. Has to be the worst customer service I ve ever received in life.

I went online to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I requested 7:00am. However, later that day I received a phone call saying that they could not accommodate me at 7:00am - and would 10:00am work? I arrived around 8:00am for the 10:00am appointment hoping that someone would not show or that I could be worked in as I had a lot to do and I would be leaving the east side of town for my remaining errands.The service writer was a female whose name I did not get, was very professional and courteous. She told me that I would most likely get worked in shortly. I asked if I could use my printed coupon. She said no, that Ford required synthetic oil and my $39.00 coupon was for a standard oil change. Her price for the synthetic change for my Ford F150 was in excess of $100. I decided to find a lower-cost option for my vehicle.

Do not recommend. I went in with a flat tire (something I thought was simple enough to fix at a tire shop) and they confirmed that they couldn't just patch it, they would have to replace the whole tire. Even though I asked multiple times if they were sure that they could do my car, it turns out they aligned the wheels incorrectly. Right after, the steering wheel was shaky and the car veered left but they assured me everything was fine. I am not the most knowledgable about cars so I trusted. After taking my car to be serviced two months later I found out that the tires were misaligned by 15%. This is not only unprofessional but also dangerous.The only thing I can say is good is the quality of the material. The tire I got is in great condition and is apparently a good brand for an okay price.

DON'T ACCEPT ANY FREE SERVICES FROM THIS LOCATION - YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE THEM OR BE ABLE TO USE THEM!!!!!This location's manager offered free oil changes in order to fix their error (they didn't do a complete inspection - no battery check). It has been worse than getting a root canal trying to use this oil change. I was first called a LIAR and told "I never offered you that" (by the manager). Be mindful - this is the SAME GUY I spoke to and ASKED "will these free oil changes be noted in the system?" I was reassured I would have no problem in using them. Jokes on me. I've made appointments - which have either been cancelled or I've been told it will take 4-6hrs to complete the oil change.I've been told by the female employee - she can't see this "free oil change" work order -- which is crazy to me because I have copies of both the work order & the invoice for the free oil change (that never happened): They originated/generated from someplace --- right?? But IDK their system, so that's irrelevant I suppose.The incompetence and lack of initiative taken at this store has decided that I will no longer patronize this location -- if I return to tires plus at all (although I'm a 2 year card-holder who just got a credit increase). The headache I have behind a simple oil change isn't worth it.

Normally I would give this a five star but this morning I encountered the most nasty inconsiderate and rude customer service rep who actually walked away from me while I was still talking trying to explain what I needed. But I can say the person who finally did help me was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I ve always gone to tireplus for my car needs and probably will still go again. I hope they will retrain this person in good customer care

Walked in the door at 8:18. They open at 8 I Said Good Morning and then I was acknowledged Two people ahead of me at the counter. Guy name starts with V was having an issue checking both those people in for different reasons? Time for me to check in advised I wanted an oil change. Tried to convince me to get high mileage change which I need but not prepared to pay for so I just want the oil change I get every time I come Continued to try to educate me after I advised I was not interested twice ! Tells me my total is &58! Advised I never pay that amount. He then reduced my price to they same I am a custom to paying. $35 ANOTHER REASON FEMALES DONT LIKE TO TAKE CARE OF THESE TYPE TASK. He advised me I would be looking at a 2 hr wait which was fine. It s never really less than that here! After hour three my car still had not been pulled back so I asked how much longer Same guy Vernill I think said it would be another HOUR. So not rudely I asked so that will be 4 hours? He said yes. I went to sit back down. Thought about it and decided I didn t really have another hour to give so I will get me keys back. Car was brought back to begin my service. Because I asked how much longer I wonder???? I totally understand staffing issues. Some one called out. The female worker was late but come on. Four hours???? Time now 11:55. I m still here waiting. I finished my lunch.I packed anticipating a long wait )2 hrs) but this is excessive !!!! UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ENTIRE DAY TO WAIT!!!!!!!!DON T COME HERE!!!!!!!Service: Oil change

Against better judgement I trusted the shop when they said it would be a two hour wait. After three hours of waiting they finally let me know my truck will be out in another hour. Bad communication, lack of costumer care, all around disappointing experience.
