I had great tires on my vehicle and I upgraded my suspension and my bushings and ball joints and after I brought my vehicle here to get an alignment my brand new tires are wore out already and it's only been one month. That means you guys did not do my wheel alignment. My vehicle still drives the same as when I brought it in. I was told to not bring a vehicle to this Pep Boys. Another reason I know they didn't do my alignment is my brand new tires had to be replaced. They had the guy to call me that did my alignment. He tried to scare me playing thuggish. Some of us role in an organization.

I found the location thru the Pep Boys search tool, priced out a set of tires that fit my truck and had them installed on the same day.The tire search function was easy to use and provided several options.The manager of the location was a nice guy and was attentive to me while I waited. We went ahead and had an oil change and alignment - good prices.I will use this location again!

Ozzie was very helpful with figuring out the alignment issue on my car and the team did an excellent job of replacing my tires in a timely manner. Will definitely be back for any other issues I have in the future.

Mr. Ozzie at the front desk was very kind and helped me save a lot of money on my full set of tire replacements! The wait was longer than expected because of understaffing, so Mr. Ozzie even offered to cover Lyft fees to go home and wait as it had been over an hour past my appointment time and my car was still not taken back yet.After the service I noticed gaps between the tire and rim on all of the tires, but the mechanic said that is normal so I won t worry about that. The only thing is that my rims were scratched up a bit..

Make sure when you drop off your car for an oil change that they don't inadvertently add any other services. First time in my life that I had to learn that lesson. Tell them you expect new oil, and an oil filter and service and you don't want any other services unless asked.

Went in for air in my tire, associate convinced me into a free inspection, thank you told me I need 1300.00 worth of work done but did not provide me with a print out of such work needed then I asked the mechanic what tire was flat he said let me check I said that's what I came in here for a flat tire/air he looked as confused as I was to why that had not been done. I made an appointment for the work that he associated said I need thinking I would get an email of the inspection. No such paperwork or email so now I'm going to discount tires or car care for a second opinion!!!!!

I broke my car here for alignment and my car still drove the same. I ended up taking my car to Goodyear and they said nobody has done an alignment on my car. Make sure to watch these guys to make sure they do work on your car. I ended up having to have a more trusted name like Goodyear

I drove there to see if they had a free air pump to use on the outside. They were very busy, I asked for help, and the young man put air in all of my tires because I didn't know which one needed the air. I thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to help me get home safe Keep Up The Good Work!

I had stopped going to this location a few years ago because things seemed a little unorganized & chaotic, but I decided to give it a try again because the location is so convenient.I'm so glad I did! The new management is awesome! Ozzie Miller, thanks for the great service!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!! THEY CHARGED ME $799.00 TO FIX MY CAR. 5 MONTHS LATER, I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $905.00 TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE FIXED BY ANOTHER MECHANIC! THEY REFUNDED MOST OF MY MONEY BACK BUT THE ISSUE IS THAT YOU "PROFESSIONALS" TO DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I'M TELLING YOU FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

This is the only place I allow to touch my van. They always do good by me and my baby. Very thorough with explaining the problem and super friendly. As a woman I feel comfortable coming to these guys knowing they will definitely take care of all my needs. Ozzie and SA are THE best.

So the first time we went in. It was 5 stars. For Oil change.UPDATE: (OCT. 31, 2023):2nd time we go in... 1 starWent in for brake pad service & oil change.But a month later ENDED UP WITH BRAKE PADS and the ROTORS DAMAGED.DUE TO FAILURE OF THE MECHANIC BRINGING AWARENESS that we needed to change the rotors, when he was in the process of changing our brake pads. Every time Ive been to a mechanic they let me know if something else needs to be done.(Mind you: safety is important to our family, especially since now we have 2 baby girls.)When we came in for the 2nd time while the process of the brake pads being changed the mechanic failed to let us know we needed to change the rotors.(Which you would be able to notice if they did: I bring this up because we would've paid to get the rotors done whether it was that day or the next.)My father who is a mechanic let me know of this too. Unfortunately he lives in another state.We came in a month ago to pay only $280....& now you guys are charging (AGAIN) for the brake pads (another $$$) .....plus the rotors now.. so you tell us in total we have to pay $550...???!!!!That's $830.00 (!?!?!) to have used only the brake pads 1 month !!!! Brake pads last up around 34,000 miles. Which is not just 1 month!Again ONLY just a month of brake pads being used up because of bad rotors, that you guys failed to let us know about.In actuality we should be accommodated for new brake pads, and we WOULD PAY for the rotors.BUT YOU WANT TO CHARGE US $550 for brake pads and the rotors.THAT'S MESSED UP.We will not be coming back here. Terrible, we were set up.

My visit started off well and ended poorly. After they changed my oil in a reasonable amount of time, I drove away thinking everything was fine. Then I realized they had forgotten to reset my maintenance computer and give me a sticker telling me when to expect my next oil change.I drive back and the technician resets my car computer so the "Maintenance Required" indicator is no longer on. I ask for my sticker, and the technician refuses to give it to me. Apparently the stickers are only approximations of when maintenance will be due, and he doesn't believe in giving approximations. He called them "lies" and outdated. He said I should just wait for my car's computer to tell me when to next come in. I tell him for $120 bucks, I want to be lied to, but he still refuses.After some back and forth, the technician sends me to a manager "who could explain it better". The manager reiterates the stickers are approximations, but says full synthetic should be good for 5000 miles. Please note, the technician wouldn't even give me the 5000 miles number. After telling the manager I paid $120 and I want my sticker, he sends for another technician (not the original one) who installs the sticker.This was the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a Pep Boys, and I doubt I will be coming back. I cant believe I had to convince them to give me a sticker, when every other place I have ever been to did so without drama or prompting. I hope their mechanical work is better than their customer service.

Ozzie was extremely helpful. Faced some trouble with one of the machines going down but navigated it the best he could. I needed a part replaced and he found me one for a low price. Gave me the best deal he could on my oil change cheaper than other pep boys locations have charged me. 10/10 !

Everyone was GREAT! They identified my vehicle issue quickly, repaired the main issue and assured me that I can be scheduled and other work can be done reasonably. How can you ask for more. I'm very pleased!! Thank you Pep Boys!

zero star if l could. l went on time for my appointment and there were no workers only the manager. l had my toddler with me and left me waiting without telling me anything. l asked him what is going on and he said the mechanic is coming soon. He showed up after 30 min. He was okay. But that manager is very rude. He does not care one bit.

Ozzy was kind, professional and patient with explaining all my options for replacing my battery and went above and beyond to get it done in a timely manner! I wish I went to pep boys before traveling back and forth between 3 auto zones. Lesson learned and thanks Ozzy and pep boys

The Manager that worked on Thursday April 13th went over and beyond to get the part for my vehicle and put it on and made sure the claims department got the payment in so my vehicle wouldn't have to be at the shop a extra day. I really want to thank him for that. He did a EXCELLENT job. Thank you again

Went to get an alignment and tires done and loved the experience Ozzie was great so was his staff if you need anything done I suggest to give Ozzie a call he's the man for the job.

Wonderful customer service! Even when they are fully booked and very busy with walk ins, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I made an appointment a few days prior and did have to wait for about an hour and half but all employees were working hard to get all customers taken care of in a timely manner. Will definitely be back for my next oil change or car maintenance.

This really the only PepBoys I go to, I think the receptionist name was Tiffany she was nice and patient and took the time to explain the difference in the type of oil my car takes. She gave me the best option for my Subaru. The mechanic that did my oil change was also very patient with me and provided great service. 10/10.!

Excellent customer service from Ozzie and the technician SA. I had a tune up, air filter replacement and a removal and replacement of a window regulator. SA did a wonderful job. I am a senior citizen and was so blessed to receive such courtesy and concern and service from them both. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them and feel confident in placing my car in their care

Excellent! Last-minute order went great. Two tires blew out one night. I had car towed to Pep Boys where I left key via early check-in box. Meanwhile I ordered tires on their web site. They got them from across town and installed them the next day, at a lower price than Costco would have offered. Called to confirm a couple other service items, as well. Could not be more satisfied.
