Great experience working with Pars Auto in Auckland when buying my campervan. They worked to make sure the van was in great condition and that it was a good fit for me. I believe Naser is a good businessman and knows his cars. It has been 3 months and we are still so happy with the van, no issues, no problems.

They sell lemons, don t buy, they try to not let you even test drive the cars first so you won t detect it s a lemon, they excuse will be I m the only one working today so I can t let you test drive. And if you pay cash they won t even have a title to the car they will try to give you a bill of sale, the guy a just say sue me, but what he does not know he gone play with the wrong one and it s not gone be good for him. Those good reviews you see is from the little young girl that works there she is making those reviews her self please don t buy into it. Al the cars are lemons. It might be easy to get one from them but please keep ya money in your pocket and be patient, this place is not it

When I tell you this is the place you should purchase a used vehicle... Believe me, Especially if you dont have a bf/husband, male friend or family member to help you find a decent reliable running vehicle in Georgia... I am a very skeptical virgo person....lol. The gentlemen "Sean" helped me purchase a 2012 S550 with very low milage. I was so anxious to test drive and buy, that i forgot to check little minor things that are important to check on a vehicle. Luckily for me it was nothing majorly wrong, the audio amp blew and the windshield wipers were wearing away. He told me to bring it back to the shop, got it fixed added 6 month warranty on the vehicle. Pars Auto Sales on Memorial Dr know how to do business!$$$Im flexin

THANK YOU SEAN AND BENNY FOR THE GREAT SERVICE. WE SEEN THE 2008 LAND ROVER RANGER SUPERCHARGE ON CAR GURUS, CALLED SEAN, DROVE THREE HOURS TO BUY THE VEHICLE. LAND ROVER WAS VERY CLEAN AND BELOW THE AVERAGE COST. BENNY WORKED VERY HARD TO GET ME APPROVED UP TO CLOSING TIME. SEAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE WE TOOK THE LAND ROVER HOME, AND WE DID. THANK YOU TWO VERY MUCH. WE LOVE OUR VEHICLE SO MUCH.

False advertisement... took my cousin here to look for a car... they told her to have 3000 down just for a Chevy cobalt??? Stop playing... don't waste your time or gas

This is one amazing place to shop for a nice pre own affordable vehicle. The staff was so willing to lend a helping hand to assist in all my needs. Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Initially purchased a vehicle at this location. Drove off the lot and check engine light came on not 50 ft from the exit of the dealership. Brought it back and received my down payment back. Decided to give them a second chance. So, after I talked to them on the phone, they told me with $500 I can buy any car on their lot but once I got there everything changed and they ask for $3500 down.THEY LIED. This is bait and switch practices. Unacceptable and a waste of time. BBB will be contacted immediately. Additionally be careful they will ask you to review the location before walking out of the door, in hopes you won t go back to edit your review. Total waste of time.

So stop by to check out few cars on lot looking to purchase. I walked all way across lot to used cars. Stood a few minutes. Looked in couple cars. NO ONE CAME TO GREET ME OR EVEN FIND OUT IF I NEEDED HELP.. NO ONE!! poor customer service from start. I won't be coming back at Pars cars of stone mountain. Now I see why they have so many bad reviews...

If you buy a car from here you will be given away your hard earned money the car will break in a few months maybe even weeks and it s nothing you can do about it.. Lol great scam guys

Shawn was very nice , and patient. Me and my boyfriend purchased a new BMW . Shawn was nice enough to put us in a nice loner car until our car was ready . Service was extremely awesome. I recommend everyone to go to pars cars. Shawn is the guy to see. Thank you so much Shawn

Bennie in financing was amazing, she worked extremely hard for me, she was pleasant and thorough in every aspect of the process. I purchased an 2009 Infinity that I love. Her main priority was to make my experience uncomplicated, timely and assure that I was happy. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Pars Auto Sales and please ask for Bennie you wont be disappointed!!

I bought a SUV from Sean about a month ago and I can honestly say I am very pleased with my purchase. He also has great customer service and always check to see if I am still satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend him as an auto sales man when it comes to finding the perfect car.

I financed this car. I Walked in just before closing Sean was totally awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it was swift..in and out with the transaction. Bennie the finance manager was great..she came in and took the payment and we were done....they are very good team work at pars auto sales

Mrs. Benny , Shawn , and Tony ! If u give them your money you just want to give it away ! I bought a 2010 charger ! I gave them everything they needed from me ! However they did not keep their end of the deal, my car broke down on me a week and a half after I bought it from them I called and told them the problem that I was having they told me to call a certified mechanic they do not deal with roadside assistance even if you have a six month warranty which is a joke! I owe $250 down for pick up payment they repossess my car because I told him I was not going to pay if I could not get into my trunk Or able to roll down my driver side window I had a hole in theDriver side floor they covered up with a floormat my truck did not latch you can open it and close it without even opening it with the key the key did not work Shawn told me if I purchased a key he will reimburse me for the money that I spent on the key I m just trying to figure out how do you want someone to make sure they re paid the money that they owe which was $250 when you told me that she was going to fix my car and you never fixed it this car dealership is a scam. If I was you I would not purchase from them at all unless everyone else turn me down they put their car dealership in the middle of a black neighborhood just to get over and take money and do not hold their end of the deal at all luckily that I have a great paying job that I can go purchase me another vehicle today so Just beware of their cricket smell in their cricket scheme they are trying to do to get you in a car

No need to read any more reviews, this car dealership will keep you satisfied! I am extremely pleased with the vehicle I bought. Ask for Shawn. He has great customer service skills, very attentive, and will help you the best way possible. They were flexible with my budget. Thank you Shawn and Pars Auto Sales!

First off this place has nice cars but bad business. My issue is they waisted my time for 2 days. The first SUV I was told it was ready so I drove 2hrs in traffic to a SUV that wasn't even detailed nor inspected. Was gonna get a loaner but I choose not to so I ended up putting more money down on something else. Truck drove good until that night the check engine light came on and low oil light. I told them and they told me to come up during the week. It's Monday and I'm here for them to tell me they can't help me I'll have to fix it myself or use my warranty. I'm a single parent where the hell they do that at. Yall waisted my time and took my money and expect me to do the repairs myself but still want a car note? Catalytic converter isn't a warranty part. Didn't even get treated as a customer when I walked thru the door either. Just bad business all around. Wheres Clark Howard when you need him.

I purchased a QX56 Infiniti, Sean was an outstanding, patience and understanding guy I ve ever met. I must say this was a smooth very comfortable transaction! No hassles and no stress, the attitude of this place is laid back. You see what you want and pretty much you buy it, they will tell you what s wrong and take care of the problem! I WILL be suggesting Pars Auto Sales to everyone. I will be purchasing another vehicle from this place.

I purchased a beautiful and high performance vehicle from Pars Auto in July a C-250.2014 Mercedes Benz.Ms. Bennie in the Finance Dept. did a wonderful job putting together a good financial option on the vehicle and reasonable down payment. Sean, the Sales Tech. had good customer service skills with no pressure sales. Thank you for a great deal and car.

I came in and told Sean exactly what car note I was looking to pay a month and he made it happen.... Not to mention I have a beautiful Mercedes Benz GL450.... The process was quick and easy and Sean was very nice.... I will be purchasing another vehicle from here again. I also had the pleasure of working with Bennie. From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing with Sean at Pars Auto Sales. My family and I purchased a rare jewel of a vehicle and the purchase process literally took under an hour. I'm thankful to God for allowing the process to be smooth for us and I took the car to the manufacture dealership and they praised the condition of the vehicle and asked where I bought it. I walked in with the intent on just looking at future vehicles. This is the first time in my life I walked onto a car lot for me. I ve always had hand-me-down cars that would always break down. Sean helped me find the right car and was super genuine in his efforts to find the right one for me! That same day we found my perfect fit. I love my car and it is AFFORDABLE! I got a below-market deal with good, fair negotiating. No tricks. In fact, when I discovered a mistake in my contract, Sean corrected it immediately without argument. Sean does his best to give the customer good service. I literally took him out of the Mercedes-Benz SL roadster he was driving and planning to use for a romantic evening with the dropped top. I bought it, dropped the top and took my wife for the romantic evening. However, the real secret to getting a deal done is Ms. Bennie! Beauty with brains! She can get you financed regardless of your situation (or lack of a situation). By the way, nobody offered or gave me anything for this review. I didn t even get around to writing it until a month after I bought the car. I wanted to make certain there were no hidden flaws or immediate expensive repairs looming.
