My tech came out at the time quoted over the phone for a diagnostic charge of $85. He uncovered that my alternator needed to be replaced. I agreed to a $450 labor charge, and I purchased the part for $230 at O-Reillys. Because I agreed to do the work the $85 diagnostic charge was waived. The tech was knowledgeable and had my car back running within an 1 hr and 30 mins. Overall I was satisfied with the work. I removed a star because it appears I was quoted a higher diagnostic charge and labor fee to replace the alternator.

I was at the store. I went to turn on my car, it made a funny sound and died. Eventually the internal lights and radio came on. I assumed it was the battery or alternator. I got a jump and drove home. I called two other mobile mechanics, both of them made arrangements to look at my car and never showed up. Finally I called Moutain Mobile Mechanic. I spoke to a gentlemen...who was very professional. He dispatched a mechanic to call me. A mechanic by the name of Van, called me. Within an hour and half, he was looking at my car. Through diagnostic testing, the battery was bad. I paid the $80 diagnostic fee (and It was worth it).I purchased another battery and Van installed it. My car was up and running again.Van was very professional and knowledgeable about cars. I was extremely impressed. I will be calling Mountain Mobile Mechanic- Van back again for other work on my car.If you ever have car issues, they are the place to call.

This is one of the most professional, customer service oriented, and efficient mechanics I have ever dealt with. I praise the honesty and straightforwardness in reference to the understanding of how my catalytic converter works along with the reasonable pricing. I will recommend Joseph to my network of people and others I meet time and time again. Thanks once again!!

I contacted Mountain Mobile machenic to replace the axle on my boat trailer. I got a quick response and they were onsite to evaluate my issue. Turns out I did not need a new axle just some work to get the hub installed. The work was professional and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional onsite services.

Very unprofessional with lack of communication in getting a quote done for a job. I have a truck that needed some body work done before he comes out to replace my radiator. I fixed the issue but instead of responding back to my text to find that out he ignored my text communication. I followed up with him over the phone to find out why I was being ignored and told him that is bad business to a customer and he was rude.

It took a few days to get the parts I needed for my car to be repaired but I was satisfied with the results. The asking price was reasonable and much less than a dealership would have charged.

Joseph and his guys did a fantastic job changing the alternator and hub bearings on my 2007 Chevy Silverado, I will definitely use in the future, hes an outstanding mechanic.

Excellent experience!! We called at 8:30 AM and he came out that morning and replaced the starter. We will definitely use him again!

He came right on to fix my 03 Cadillac CTS in a timely manner, he replaced my lower control arm on the drive side, I would recommend him to other people.

Great company to work with, the mechanic Joseph was thorough and knowledgeable, when my car broke down and I'm almost 8hrs from home I was a nervous wreck, after my friend recommended this company I was amazed how fast the mechanic got my car up and running in no time...the customer service was outstanding, and the price I paid was unbeatable...I highly recommend!!!!
