No one deserves to be hung up on!!! especially when they re discussing a serious matter involving their vehicle. Have yet to experience repairs from them, but just in conversation alone, the customer service could be way better. It doesn t matter how your day is going or how you feel about a person regardless, when you come to work, you should greet people as if they are human and not shxt!! It s like you talk to a different person than the person you go in to

Always professional, friendly service. Best oil change in town . Always honest. I just got one today!!! Mike checked my tires without me asking and checked out a few other things while he was underneath my car. Always a good experience.

Extremely friendly for a uhaul facility. Even though my truck was not available due to someone not returning it, they were so helpful in locating one by assisting in talking with uhaul for me. Can t stress how much a situation that could ve ruined my move plan was resolved easily with their help.

I warn you, do not take your car here! My mother had, yes HAD, a 2010 Nissan Sentra that a gentleman named Mike, was only suppose to take care consisting of only changing 4 spark plugs and one coil. My mother s car was stolen out of their lot, like a thief in the night, in their care. Everything that I am typing is ALL facts. We are not the type of family to slander anyone, and my mother was very patient with these people, but i was not once i found out that our car was stolen off the lot. The only thing he did right was call the police, because when we asked to go through his insurance to put a claim for the car, he refused, and told us that we have to put a claim through our insurance. If your car was taken, and you trusted them with your means of transportation, and they basically say oh well we aren t responsible for it would you want to take your car there? Please, take this in consideration when trying to pick your next mechanic. Now we are going through legal matters to get us through this trying time. My mother has worked hard all her life, and I was very VERY upset that this has happened to her, and they showed no care nor remorse that they are responsible for her not having a car. I m warning you all because I don t want any of you to experience the lack of care and responsibility they have given us. Maybe two years ago this was an honorable place? But we had a scarring experience that is now costing us time, money, and extra headache to fix for ourselves

Good service especially for women who feel intimidated when getting their car repaired. Mike is honest and his service is fast and reliable. Check them out you will be pleased!

My husband and I take both of our cars to Mmc for maintenance. They have always been friendly, honest and professional with us. No problems. I've noticed there's been some bad reviews out here for them. I have never had any issues with them. I've rented a uhaul twice. The older guy(dad) can be a smart arse at times but I just ignored it. The son(he's funny, a lil smart arse too). I just keep right on talking. No problems with this place renting a uhaul.

We had a 9:00 am reservation: Was told there were no vehicles available to rent, so what was the purpose of reserving a truck 4 days in advance? Themanager Charlie assures us there is vehicle at the UHall dealership about 3 miles away; we get there and are told No Truck! I don't understand the disconnect. If you are going to reserve a truck /vehicle my opinion is to go with the dealership not the subcontractors. There is no accountability on their part!

I had to have my car towed back to MMC Automotive on July 1 because the first repair didn t rectify the car problem.I spoke with Mike, the mechanic, on July 2 and he informed me of the part I needed to get to repair my 2010 Nissan Sentra. I put in the order for that part which I planned to take that part to him on July 3. On July 3 around 10 am, I received a call from Mike stating my car was gone (stolen).To add insult to injury, Mike proceeds to tell me to submit the claim to my insurance company but the the car was in his possession.Since that time, my car was discovered and towed in. All my belongings are gone out the car; it has a flat tire; the window is taped up because the window was taken out by the thief(ves).I feel totally violated in this entire process. I learned my lesson not to take my car to a business that can t properly secure my property.

Terrible customer service! Needed to replace my headlights and since MMC was not far, decided to stop in. They where very friendly in the beginning however as time lapsed they did not communicate any issues until almost hour later. When i looked for answers, Everyone seemed clueless or simply not available. They made me feel like i was "pestering" them just to find out the problem with my vehicle. They kept my car overnight until early afternoon before they agreed that my car needed to be towed to the dealership. (what an inconvenience) because I had to pay when it was an error on their end. Needless to say my headlight turned into a four day repair because they knocked the fuse out and didn't know how to put it back. I would reconsider coming here and locate more experience repair shop with creditability. Good luck

I trusted this business for YEARS until i found out that they leave the car unlocked on purpose for cars to be ran sacked and dont want to be held responsible for anything that was stolen out of your car that was on THERE property that THEY choose NOT to LOCK CAR DOORS! this is very unacceptable and terrible business trying to get the
