The servicemen at Jiffy Lube were great they were very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure our car got all of the services that was needed. The supervisors inside and outside also made sure we used our discounts which made me very happy. For our next service we will definitely visit again.

Great service guys fast, friendly and efficient. Pricing was affordable for maintenance services. I'll be back for my next routine appointment . My Chrysler Pacifica I call her Big Betty Thanks you as well. We'll be back in action and riding like a dream. Thanks Jiffy Lube guys.

This was the third or fourth time. I had been to this specific Jiffy. Lube, and once again, they did not disappoint. Everybody was very kind. The place was clean. They got me in and out for an oil change and some other fluid replacements and the price was better than the 3 other places I had checked with and it was just awesome. I will continue to be a customer at this Jiffy Lube.

Update. 4/9/24 Jiffy Lube responded to this post. 4/10/24 I emailed the Jiffy Lube respondent. 4/16/24 I ve not received any response back from the Jiffy Lube rep it seems this location has not improved its customer service nor gained any integrity in their practice. I think it s cowardly to express your concern by commenting without actually following through in email to make an attempt to resolve the situation. I maintain my belief that this location runs a dirty buisness..Original Post:I took this Jiffy Lube location to small claims court after they broke my car.My VW oil changes are fairly simple. There s a plastic plate under the car that is held up by a few screws that needs to be removed before accessing the working parts under the car. Once the plastic plate is removed, a single bolt (1 bolt) must be removed to access the engine oil.The tech forcibly pulled the entire ENGINE OIL PAN (the full container that holds all the oil) off my car then tried to act like he didn t know what happened and then tried to claim the car was that way when I brought it delusion. You cannot drive a car without oil. How could I drive a car to you without an oil pan, stupid??! And if it was already broken, why didn t it fall off..?!The truth is, the tech didn t know where the bolt was- perhaps he d never worked on a VW Jetta before .I called the police. A full police report was filed. Then I took them to small claims court.I lost the case and was so discouraged. The Jiffy Lube tech LIED to the judge and told him my car was already broken upon entry.. and the judge awarded them the win. The judge said since I m not an auto-mechanic, my word wasn t credible. In hindsight, I should have fought back more. I m more than credible and CLEARLY their tech wasn t the real deal either- or else he wouldn t have totally destroyed my car.Logically, if I bring a working functional, non- leaking car to you then after the shop touches the car, it s is so badly damaged that it needs to be towed away . The shop clearly caused damage.The repair cost me more than $2,000 and took almost 2 weeks. During that time I had to rent a car.The owner of the franchise never reached out to me. I never re-filed the claim. After that point, I never took my car to a shop ever again for oil changes. I started doing them myself.NEVER EVER EVER take your car here. They lie and they damage more cars than they service every day. I tell everyone I know my story; I steer them far away from this shop and I recommend a different auto-shop within the neighborhood that completes jobs with honesty and integrity.

Arrive 30 min before closing and the lady said they re closed and they had the last car in front but then I saw the guy working there get in the car

Been going to jiffy lube for yrs.. have never had any issues or problems.. been at this location twice and no issues. Staff is very nice and pleasant.

I would not be returning to this location. The customer service sucks. The girl at the front was very rude she didn't want to take my information but then proceed to give a different customer the information that was for me because she was too busy trying to ignore me. She would have known that she had the wrong customer if she handled us as she should have and ask for our information and our car information. She assumed off of what she thought and who she thought what car belong to who. It could have went terribly wrong for both of us me and the other customer because she gave out the wrong information. And she also claimed that they started work on the vehicles without even knowing what oil we wanted. They were very unprofessional. I only came here for the $25 coupon. I would not be returning I never had to even get out for an oil change at a quick lube place before. And I knew as soon as they told me to get out the car I started to turn around and tell them never mind, $25 off or not. Because I could have went on Wesley chapel and never stepped foot out the vehicle and been in and out in no time. It took them an hour with my vehicle. So I know the next time to follow my gut instinct. Because I almost lost it on ole girl.

The environment if wonderful and the staff seem to be pretty nice as well, however the hiring process should be looked at. The website seem to continually give you an error when you go to careers page and apply. Not to mention I'm using an official jiffy lube account. DB$O

They are open on Sundays. But they don't have an "emissions inspector " so they said come back tomorrow. That's wack.

Someone set a false expectations regarding price which would ve changed my decision to utilize this facility. Accommodation was attempted after the fact but ultimately I would not have chosen this location had It been clear initially prices were not going to be honored.

If you can help it, please DO NOT go to them! I paid $90 for oil change just for my car to start acting up two weeks later! Said I had Oil Leakage , but if that was the case I would ve known that from my original oil place I usually go to. They did not put enough oil in my car which caused my car to act up! Now my car is smoking and just overall acting unusual before I went to them! Gave me a partial refund for their messing up which is ridiculous! Please spend your money somewhere else.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, the customer service is piss poor! They wouldn t honor the online coupon for $25 dollar off ANY oil change that came from Jiffy Lube s website . Saying they aren t running that special no more, then said besides it was only for synthetic oil. I pointed out that it says for ANY oil change. I then pointed out that they still have a sign in front of their shop that has that same advertisement for $25 off. The guy told one of his employees to go remove the sign before they get in trouble. And still refused to honor the $25 off.Service: Oil change

The guy behind the counter was very very unfriendly. He told me to move from the counter with out acknowledging me and I was the first person there at the time. He would not even valcum the car out with out having a major attitude about it and he only did the driver side but in the past they did both sides in the front. I been to the location too many times to get disrespected. I work to hard for my money. The guy wore glasses

The young lady with glasses at the front desk is rude and has terrible customer service. I went in to get air for my tires. When I had an oil change a few months ago the gentleman that helped me told me whenever I need air just to pass by. I walk in this morning and was greeted rudely with 'what do you need? I told her I need air. She immediately and rudely told me, " we not doing that today". So I asked when I could come back and she proceeded to tell me it's for customers only and not just giving random people air. I told her I was just there a few month ago for an oil change; in which she said we not doing it and it's courtesy, we can choose to do it or not unless you are getting something done. I asked why would they randomly tell ppl to stop by and not honor that. I understand they had a few ppl having work done and, but her whole demeanor, response, and attitude was disgusting. She could have said we are busy, due to weather conditions,etc we are unable to help but return another day. NO, she basically rudely said they chose not to do it and dont have to. I told her she was rude and left. If these are the people you have interacting with customers( potential and current) you may want to consider having someone work instead of her.

Omg the lady with the glasses and lipstick is sooooooo rude! I dont even trust them touching my car. I just drove off. This is so sad can t even get an oil change these days. How are you rude to customers for no reason

The associates that actually serviced my car were great. The one that had to get my information was very rude and unprofessional. Due to her attitude, I will not return to have any work done on my car. The 2 stars are for the services rendered not the hospitality.

I will not recommend to anyone for this jiffy lube Stone Mountain, GA one. They put such a bad oil and they said they changed my air filter but they put same one that I saw before. They took my $143. In 20 minutes. Now I have a video recording and proof of old air filters. I am going to claim it. Soon we see you in court.

Tiasia is her name. That was what I found on the receipt. She did not wear a name badge. Tiasia shared a story with me from a previous customer just before I arrived. They left before being serviced. Tiasia seemed to not understand why they chose to leave and go elsewhere. I can see why and how they left. She ran the front desk and was low key rude which made her customer unfriendly. Anyone who may be having a bad day may speak a few words to her. Tiasia did not provide information on payment options until it was time to check out, which prolonged my stay there. I politely attempted to correct her with what she should or could do/ say and she told me it was not policy and sang that song with every thing I said or suggested. The technicians who serviced my vehicle were pretty ok and this is how they received 3 stars. I will visit this site again!

Check behind everything they do!!! Paid to get my cabin filter changed in my Kia K5 in September 2023 but just found out from KIA dealership they never replaced it smh they showed me the proof and they re writing up a invoice for it

Didn't need the oil Change....man working that day tells me this AFTER doing the Oil Change - REALLY! Also, the man was very impolite/ rude. The Lady (God bless her) was very nice/ helpful/informative and helped me through my dilemma. Customer Service has to improve & stop with the random replies.

I was quoted at one price for an oil change and promised $25 off that amount. When it came time to pay, the young man changed/raised the price, and offered some lame excuse relating to the # of quarts used. I was not in the mood to tangle (realizing it would be pointless), and simply repeated that he was not a man of his word. He'll get his, when you try to get over on people, it'll come back to you another way. Needless to say, I won't return!

This was the worst service I ve ever had at Jiffy Lube. The vacuum cleaner service didn t work they don t do lube the chassis anymore they don t go over your receipt of what they checked. I might as well did the oil change myself
