I purchased a 2019 RAM and had a 7 day grace period to return it so I took it to Gwinnett Dodge to have it inspected. Cory assisted me and was very straight forward with costs and expectations which I appreciated. When I picked it up Cory said the truck was good and gave me some tips which again was appreciated. Great service and no issues start to finish.

Update,Mr. Graham,I attempted to send my contact information to you twice via the email that you provided in your initial response. Both emails were returned to me marked "undeliverable". I suspect that you have my contact info in your system since I have been to that location several times. Feel free to contact me.DavidI was advised by my regular mechanic that I should take my Jeep to the dealer as it was experiencing internal engine issues. I had taken my Jeep to this particular Jeep dealer twice in the past without any issues. I was advised that there would be a fee to look at the Jeep if I did not get the work done with them. I was not provided an amount. I approved them to look at the Jeep. I was advised by the service advisor that my jeep required a new engine and cost would be $15,000. I asked for a estimate via email but was never provided one. I decided to go with a cheaper option. I informed service advisor of my intention and was advised that the fee was $1,200 to look at the Jeep. I called back the next day and spoke to a different service advisor who advised me that my service advisor was off that day. I asked over the phone for and was told that they would email me a invoice. Gentleman on the phone even verified my email. I never received the invoice as promised. Almost a week later I decide to drive to dealership and was told that they are not allowed to send invoices via email any longer. I was then advised that cost was $1,354.50 I was provided a receipt upon payment. Receipt does not even break down the amount of time spent. I then had Jeep towed to new mechanic to replace the engine.Then the mechanic actually replacing the motor, who specializes in Jeep repairs and modifications, called to inform me that they had never seen a dealer leave a motor in such shape. In addition the mechanic found additional damage that dealer had not even found because they had not dismantled the engine thoroughly enough to locate additional issue with engine.Unfortunately this dealership has lost a customer.While I understand it is the dealership, $1,354.50 seems like a rip off.

Had my first oil change on my new Jeep Gladiator at this location. As with the sales department, the customer service was outstanding. Chris quickly checked us in and explained everything that would be happening. The process was quick and I was able to socialize with employees and other customers while waiting. The only thing that could have been better if they had remembered to reset my oil change light. Other than that, wonderful experience! I have no problem making this my preferred location for future services and repairs.

Cory did an amazing job with assisting with my oil change service needs. I have been going to this dealership for all of my car purchases and service needs for the past 20 years. Cory did an excellent job with answering all of my questions and he was able to get my car back to me earlier than expected. I love this dealership!

Service was good but communication was terrible. I had to call several times to get proper status on car and service. Last time I called the car was complete considering they had it for a week, I should not have had to call. All a good customer need is proper updates, especially if this is there one and only vehicle. They will not hesitate to contact you when it is payment time. If they use that same energy to communicate with the customer then they would be the best in the country.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great, friendly service and discounted prices.Only suggestion I would make is to either get rid of the appointment process altogether for standard maintenance like oil changes or review how that schedule is planned out. I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change even though I scheduled ahead of time.Staff was very friendly and helpful!

It was great! The tech who greeted me was friendly and very professional. Can't really say that about the very first guy that was sitting at the service advisor counter. When I entered with the service tech, the tech asked if he could assist, that guy didn't even say hello as I stood in front of him at the counter top. So Tiffany was asked if she could help me and she was great! Very friendly, polite, and professional. Kudos to those two for assisting me with my auto service and being friendly and professional.

At 1st a bit displeased when I drove up, I was not greeted by any of the service members, I literally had to walk up to the counter inside the facility. I was not greeted with the pleasant customer service that I expected. Eight of the representative sat there soing their own thing. It was a quick turn around after I addressed it with the manager and had no complains after that. They did much better and my vehicle got fixed in a timely manner. Hopefully they continue with great customer service to everyone and know that you never know what people are going through on any specific day, treat them like you want to be treated. I will recommend this Chrysler dealer. Thanks Cory. I also met an amazing young man named Raza, he spoke to me all the way home while giving me a courtesy ride.

Awesome service today. I needed just oil and tire balance and rotation. The service was fast. I was given a ride home and a ride back to the dealership. Dante Louis was very nice to work with and communicated with me about service needs. I ll definitely be back. Thank you!

They took my truck in and serviced it quickly. Replaced oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets and fixed recalls. I feel safe to take a trip now, so I just might!!!

I always get stellar service at this location and today was no different. They are prompt and do a great job making sure my Wrangler stays in great condition. Dante Louis was my service advisor and was courteous, professional, and took great care of me. He gave me great recommendations to help me balance my immediate service needs with my budget. If you have a jeep (or any car), I highly recommend this location and advisor!

They always take care of my vehicle- letting me know what's going on, what's really needed right now, and are respectful. You can tell they are very busy people and have a lot going on throughout the day but some parts of the customer service experience can be improved regardless of how busy it is- a few more smiles, some more acknowledgement when you're waiting for your advisor, but most importantly making sure they understand and explain the "Sunbit" loan program more thoroughly- 3 advisors talked to me and answered my questions but once I actually spoke to Sunbit myself, it turns out none their understanding of how the loan programs work was correct. I suggest calling Sunbit yourself before signing any agreement at the dealership so you are very clear on what they can actually do for you- also advisors could use further training and understanding of loan agreements they are getting customers to agree to and sign.

Spent $40,000 in cash with a trade in, had to pay $300 to get the side steps to work and the wouldn t give me a second key. Told me I should of known that it only came with one but I could buy a second one for $500.Dean Phillips is awesome and most of the staff were helpful, especially Andre in the service dept. Place is better than most dealerships but that s not saying much.Getting ready to trade in the Subaru for baby girl and it won t be here.Kevin H.

I appreciate how the service was handled in a professional manner and mostly because my time in for my standard oil change completed so quick. My service advisor even walked me through some tips on my messages in my dashboard, and was extremely helpful!

The experience was overall good, Chris kept me updated every now and then, I give 4 stars mainly because they kept pushing my days back as to when my car would be ready and as a result I had to take no pay leave from work for those days and no one likes losing money including me. I was able to have them reduce the overall cost just a tad bit and while it didn't compensate for the days I missed at work, it was still a bit of redemption.

This was second dealership we asked to diagnose an electrical problem with our Jeep. First dealer was not helpful. Our Gwinnett service advisor though was knowledgeable about Jeeps and committed to working with us to find the cause of our issue. Excellent service.

The service department is much improved. The service advisor I had in the past was absolutely awful. No communication and caused more harm than good. This last visit the service advisor communicated exceptionally well and was helpful through the whole process. The only reason it s not 5 stars is that I m still trying to get my warranty reinstated from a error created by the service department on my previous visit.

Excellent experience, I came from the dealer Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Lawrenceville, and the owner told me that if I didn't give him 5 stars I was no longer welcome, so I made the decision to change dealers. At Gwinnett chrysler dodge they do an excellent job. Excellent customer service. I recommend it.

I bought my 2023 RAM 3500 here and was told the first service was included so I drove the 3 hrs down since service is a big thing for diesels. When I arrived I was told it only covers the first oil change. Well the first service is oil and filter change as well as both fuel filters. The person helping me, got it figured out with the general manager who approved it since it is all listed in the manual for the first service. So I appreciate it getting taken care of for my first service.

VERY unhappy. Went in to get a key fob programmed for the SECOND time. First time wasted 2 hours only to be told they couldn't get it to work. This time, was told key was ready after an hour and a half, only to then have to wait TWO MORE HOURS while they looked for my keys which they'd misplaced. Wasn't even offered a token amount off service to say "sorry." Nothing. I would have been there longer except for I was so fed up I decided to stand in the service area, in front of the manager's office and be sure everyone knew they'd had me pissed off. Several times they "offered" for me to go sit in the lounge, like that would help. I've bought three new Jeeps from here no to mention all of the MOPAR parts I've purchased directly. No more. They've lost me as a customer.

Overall the experience was great. Good customer service, they provide free water & coffee, snacks are available, etc. I would give more stars, but the biggest complaint I have is that when I make an appointment I expect my car to go in prior to the people that just drive up for service. I arrived recently at my slotted appointment and the technician treated me as if I had just driven up for service like the person next to me.
