Feb 13, 2024 My name is Stan Bibbins I took my Ford F150 in for a diagnostic, and was informed that the water pump was bad and a heater hose was leaking.I was told to make an appointment next week.I physically walked in the following week to make an appointment. I was informed that we can do the work now and possibly have it finished by close of business . I received a call about 6:30 PM saying it was complete, due to schedule, I informed them that I will pick it up the following day. After a short drive the check engine light appeared. I immediately returned the vehicle to have this addressed. They informed me to leave the vehicle. I received a call later that day, saying the vehicle was ready for pickup. After driving for a few minutes, it quickly became clear that the vehicle was not running correctly, it made a loud noise that should have been noticed immediately. It was Valentine Day and plans were made, so the following day the vehicle was retuned the following day. The tech agreed that something was wrong and would address the issue. It should be noted that a ventilation hose not connected.Vehicle is presently still in the shop awaiting to be repaired. I ve been assured that the vehicle will be repaired correctly. This issue has caused tremendous inconvenience to my schedule.

I called them within an hour of closing and still told me to come in. I really appreciated it because I was going out of town the next day. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I'm in the Atlanta area, this will be my shop.

I recently had to take my vehicle in for some repairs and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude and unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in addressing my concerns or answering my questions. I had to wait for two weeks what to get any kind of update on the status of my vehicle, and even then, the information I received was vague and unhelpful. When I tried to escalate my concerns to a manager, I was met with even more hostility and indifference. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality customer service.

I believe he was the manager. He was patient and he was willing to work with me on what I could pay for that day. I love that he put the safety issues of my car first and made sure that I take care of those first

Failed to fix alignment on a 1996 Chevy c1500 ALL BRAND NEW alignment and steering parts. Said they couldn't reach the caster and camber nuts.Edit: I emailed firestone as they requested in their response comment below, it's been an hour with no response, not even an auto-reply saying they received the email. Now is as good a time as any to add that I've wasted a couple hours on the phone with corporate, and this is the second firestone shop I went to that failed the alignment(first was Chandler road). I'm probably 6 hours into this mess. No refund on the lifetime alignment. They won't even tell me which Firestone might be able to do it.I called this Firestone ahead of time, they told me they could do it, after waiting 2 hours, they said they could not. This is not a race car. This is a 1996 Chevy work truck with all brand new OEM parts. There are no stuck or rusted parts. This should be the easiest alignment adjustment on the planet.Look at the Google reviews of all the firestones in Georgia. They average 3.4 for a reason. Anywhere is better than Firestone or tires plus.Still waiting on that email back, by the way. I'll edit this out if I ever hear anything back.

As with any Firestone... location, location, LOCATION. I went here for a simple check up on a turn signal issue that I was having on my Kia. I figured this would be a relatively easy diagnosis for most car mechanics.Get a call back after an hour and they're quoting me $1,000 to replace the ENTIRE HEADLIGHT, are you kidding me??? I went to retrieve my car immediately and come to find out the sorry excuse of a mechanic damaged the turn signal bulb socket. To make matters worse, he argued with me and would not take responsibility for it. I know for a fact he damaged it because it was in tact before I brought it to them. The cost to replace the socket is negligent, so it wasn't even that big of a deal. But the fact that he took no accountability for the damage he clearly did told me all I needed to know about this crew. The front desk supervisor didn't care at all. He just wanted to get me in and out so he could try and take advantage of the next customer. Sorry, not me! I really wish I could remember their names because they were so lazy and incompetent, they should be ashamed to call themselves mechanics! When I went to a REAL MECHANIC, they diagnosed AND FIXED the turn signal for $150 -__-STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRESTONE!!!

Customer Care matters. Honesty matters. Standing behind your work matters. WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISEMENTS (Reviews) MATTERS. Not impressed by the customer care provided to another person. They didn't feel comfortable posting.

I was at the location to get one tire replaced . In the process, my hood scrached in the bay. I spoke with the manager and the technician who did the tire, and they both agreed there is a scratch. The store manager called the district manager and came up with denial reasons, and I don't see responsibility to address the issue.

Great place. Best to make an appointment. They will honestly tell you what is wrong and give you a fair price on what it will cost to fix it. Tire prices are a fair price too. The mechanics are great too. They will show you exactly what the problem is.I would like to give them all a big thank you!!

I had a customer bring his car to my shop after being told he needs tie rod ends for his 03 Toyota sienna van after checking it out it did not need tie rods but needed lower control arms. They shouldn t have never did the alignment and The tie rod end Lock nuts were left loose from the alignment , which put my customer in danger. After calling them to address the situation, they pretty much blew my customer off and was rude to me as well when I tried to explain to them the problem no accountability at all.

I set an appointment on a 10AM on Monday, August 21st, for alignment on my 2010 nissan Maxima, for which I have a lifetime alignment. I was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. But by 11:30 my car was not even being looked at. I had to be at work at 12PM. I decided it was better to go and come back when I have more time. I asked for my key, and the guy at the counter got very upset. He told me that this is not a walk in the park, that if I don't have time to wait, I should not come there. I really believe this was very offensive. Firestone should hire better customer service people. I have never experienced such a hostile reaction just because I my prioritie was not to be late at work. Very disappointed.

They did and alignment and left the lock nuts loose, then tried to sell the owner of the van some tie rod ends, when in actuality, they needed new lower control arm bushings. They literally put that man's life in danger by leaving that mess loose! That whole shop, office, techs, and all doesn't collectively have two brain cells to rub together. To top it all off, they are issuing automated responses that make no sense to the complaints here in these reviews. Shows how much they really do not care. They took no ownership or accountability for putting that man's life in danger, and proceeded to be RUDE to the customer and 3rd party mechanic who tried to ask them about it.Shady shady shady!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I just wasted 3 hours waiting on my windshield wipers to be replaced. They told me it would take 15-20 minutes to replace. After 45 minutes, I asked what was up. They told me that they had the wrong wipers and that the right ones were on the way. 2 hours later, I m being told that they were putting back on the old ones bc they didn t have the right ones. It s the lack of communication and integrity of their word for me.

We've gotten two tires from them before. Came in to get a hole patched and found out we had two nails in a tire, he was nice and explained One of the nails was keeping it from being able to be blown up and gave us a quote for a new tire. Said it'd take about 30 minutes only took about 15 ish minutes. Saw them do a test drive before they dropped off the keys. I like this place I'm definitely going back to use them for tires for our other vehicle

I will not be going back to firestone. You can take your own chances. I have had enough of people who don't know what they are doing. Are they properly trained is the question

How many times have you called a merchant and they answer: "Hello. This is __. Would you mind holding while I wrap up with the customer in front of me and I'll be right with you?"My answer: 0 times until today. How could I reply no?How many times have you been at a counter transacting business and their phone rings and they complete the service with that customer and leave you waiing? My answer: too many. Today, the person before him was "in line" first and accommodated along with my permission. Most times, after hello (if I get a hello), I'm transferred or told to hold without any explanation and often left wondering if the call is still connected. Not today. I was VERY impressed by Akiba/Akeba. So much so, I hung up and called back to hear the name again...That is EXCELLENT & RARE customer service. Kudos!!

This place is terrible I feel like from the time I walked in and told them my issue they didn t want to fix my car from the start, I had leave my car for hours and the problem was not resolved, they lied about pulling my code and I want my money back for the diagnostic that they did not do

The manager has a great attitude. He does something most people in customer service need to incorporate into their interaction with the public. Acknowledge them while you're helping others to let them know you'll be with them soon.

Sold tyres to a Toyota sienna and failed to tighten the lock nuts after the pointless alignment they did as the car had completely failed bushings making alignment redundant. When approached they failed to take responsibility, very poor attitude.
