The biggest fraud ever encountered, charged me for recals saying need to change other parts, covered the cost of the recal parts under other categories, u wana Get ripped, pls visit this place... Contact me for evidence if anyone is interested in seein how they cheat you... It's better to Go to a local mechanic who deserve our business and wil do the job in 1/6th the price ..

I had a small oil leak in my truck and CJDS took care of the leak as well as a factory recall. They were professional and responsive. Ali was an amazing technician. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. Very disappointing service. We are picking our car up today, as it has been a full week without the service department even taking a look at our van. After waiting a few days without any updates, we called and requested a timeline. We were always assured that we would be called back and never were. We never received a rough timeline or explanation for why the van had not been looked at. I understand that there are staff shortages everywhere right now, but this lack of communication and service was awful and made it challenging to plan for school and work. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs.

I have taken my vehicle to be serviced here a few times and always get a great experience! Friendly, fast, convenient, and whats more they take care of my pocket! I especially want to thank John Wright for such outstanding service from beginning to end!

It's a hard place to deliver or pick up vehicles. They have a back entrance, but it isn't exactly big truck friendly. The employees were nice but seemed a little aggravated to have to help me locate the vehicles I was there to pick up for transport.

I was taken care of by George and the sale was great I walked off with a new car and traded in my old Toyota XSE for something BETTER. Make sure you stop by they will take care of you.

Terrible experience. Very displeased with lack of service. It seems as though fixing cars is not the goal at this service center.

The customer service department staff are very very rude, unprofessional, uncivilized, very poor customer service skills very poor and no quality the way the answer questions from customer, they need to train little better..... owner train your staff...Thanks
