Oscar was very nice. He helped me get the car I wanted. They even did an oil change at my request before i purchased the vehicle. 4 stars bc of the situation that happened with an issue I had.

Great dealership!!! I loved the truck that I bought there it was quick and easy, also had a good time there .. I give 5 stars because I got what I was looking for.. and also because they have Awesome customer service.The lady named Goli was very nice. She didn't make me feel like being pressured into purchasing the truck. I highly recommend Best Auto Selection, just ask for Goli..she s the nicest person I ve ever met .. thanks to her for helping me ...

Oscar was very helpful, and I felt like he had our best interest at heart. I highly recommend Best Auto Selection. I feel good about my purchase. I had an inspection and found a problem. They fixed it free before I bought the car. Worth checking out!

I bought a truck from this car lot yesterday. First, they opened up shop just for me and one other buyer even though they were going to take Labor Day off. They knew I was coming from about 150 miles away, and were happy to accommodate around my schedule. Second, they offered me more for my trade-in than I thought they would. Third, there was very little haggling simply because they were quickly able to get the price and payments down to where I could afford it. Fourth, I found both Ben and Oscar to be very friendly and personable. The transaction took longer because of the great conversations. Lastly, I drove the truck home with no problems, and did not discover any hidden defects when I did a thorough bumper to bumper inspection at home. I found them through the AARP as a trusted dealership, and I can see why. I definitely recommend these folks.

The staff at Best Auto made my experience very easy, They made looking for a car for my son straightforward and easy. Salesmen Austin Martin and Benjamin Moore are nothing like the salesmen we are conditioned to think car salesmen are. Right from the start they were nice and honest. I am shocked to say that both my son and I are very happy with the purchase and the experience. I fully recommend buying from here.

Amazing staff, made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in and made buying a car extremely simple! I bought a car for my 16th birthday and runs perfectly fine with no problems what so ever. I will and have recommended quite a few people and they have had no problem with their vehicles either!

I purchased a 2010 Mercedez c300 from this business a few days ago and I must say my experience with Oscar has been great! He and the finance manager were professional and got me a great deal and interest rate. My first night with the vehicle I notice some suspension noise in which they repaired my vehicle without question and provided me with a loaner car. I love my new Mercedes and she runs like a dream! Thanks guy for the good experience. You went above and beyond for me and I am very greatful for that!!!! Would def recommend to friends and family!

We had a great experience working with Emilio Schumann on Jan 19, 2015. From first contact on the phone, to getting directions, walkthrough and test drive of the vehicle to paperwork handling, Emilio was professional and thorough. The dealership was efficient and got us driving the new vehicle home with no hassles and no waiting for anything.The vehicle was impeccable and fairly priced to market. The vehicle was well prepared for delivery, extremely clean and nicely detailed.

To put things simply; Emilio made this transaction the best start to 2017. It literally was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever been apart of, and the funny thing is, the car wasn't even for me; it was for my wife. Short version of a long story, my wife got her car stolen late last year and wanted a replacement, we found the perfect one at Best Auto Selection. The problem I run into nowadays is that most used car lots have something to hide or won't let you check out the car to the extent that I want to or if they do, they deny there is a problem and refuse to fix it. I understand the car is used, and with that knowledge I want to make sure I am investing in money-worthy machine. Emilio was completely cooperative of everything I asked for, I wanted to take it to the dealership to have a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Done. I came back with the report and pointed out that there were some issues that need to be addressed before we take delivery of the car. Done. The day my wife wanted to pick up the car she needed to grab it and be back on our side of town (we live 41 minutes from the dealership) in order to be back at work. He showed up early, had all the paperwork ready, signed here, initialed there, verified this, and BAM we are out the door with a lightly used BMW. It literally was that easy and smooth of a transaction. If I ever need another car, and hopefully I won't any time soon but if I do, I will always consider doing business with Emilio at Best Auto Selection! Thank you so much for an great start to 2017!!!!

I absolutely love it! The staff, the cars, and the atmosphere! Everything about this place screams: amazing! I would highly recommend coming here for your used cars. I bought my son, Alex, a car from this place. The receptionist is also very lovely and is bilingual!

Today is December 27th and I'm still waiting on the license plates for a vehicle purchased on October 21st. I've made numerous calls to Best Auto Selection to inquire about the plates and all I get are excuses. Two weeks ago, I spoke with a lady who processes the titles who informed me there is an issue with one of the signatures on title, that should be resolved shortly, but no representative from the company has contacted me with additional information. My question is why am I calling them when they should have called me weeks ago when they were made aware of the issue.Do not waste your time or money with Oscar, the sales representative; take my word, after the sale he makes no effort to assist.If you are experiencing similar issues, please be sure to report this company to the appropriate organizations. The car I purchased was advertised on True Car.

After reading reviews and looking everywhere for a car, I finally stopped here after finding Best Auto Selection on CarGurus. I was greeted by "David" aka Fabian aka the guy who looks like MrClean (bald). Very good looking and smelling amazing gentleman. Who was very helpful. He wasn't pushy at all. And he was very attentive. And easy on the eye ladies. :)I eventually found my car! Which was in great condition and the buying part was with ease dealing with Mr. Fabian. I would recommend if you're in the market for a Good Quality Used car to stop at this spot and check them out.

They had and still have multiple cars listed online that have been sold long ago, I called to see if the one I wanted was there and the salesman, Oscar, told me that it was there. I went 2 hours later then it is not there!Apparently that was was sold days before... Why tell me it's there?!? I drove almost an hour to see the one I wanted.After a I get there, I ask to see one and they give me the wrong key.. They acted like I was nobody and were on their phones and not paying attention. There was no chance of a test drive cause, they didn't even care to ask if I wanted to try one out. I looked over the cars by myself, Oscar just left me alone and was only interested in talking about me buying something. He asked if I wanted to start doing paperwork before I even started a car up...Aweful costumer service!! The cars were filthy and dirty inside and out, the people working their only want to make a quick buck. I will never refer anyone to go there or go back myself.

Suffering from buyers remorse. I saw the signs and purchased from them anyway. Out of all the issues that I had with the car all I asked was for my keyless remote and the only thing i received was a number to either a non existing locksmith or someone who will never see that I get it.......And what you're not goin to do is become upset over an honest review. You as the owner and everyone else working there was aware of the situation with my car. I've unnecessarily came up there 3 times immediately after buying the car, IN APRIL!!!! I obviously had buyer's remorse since then, only after did I feel the need to write a review. I gave you all weeks to take care of the situation. I was purposely given the wrong number and you didn't care otherwise it would've been fixed by now. None of what you typed in your response was relevant. just time wasted. That's sad. I should've trusted my instinct when I signed the form stating I'd never take you too court. You should've gathered all the necessary facts from your employees before responding. Do better business and you wouldn't have to worry about bad reviews.

Bought a car and broke down in 2wks with major engine issues and was not drivable... They refused to swap me out into another vehicle, they refused to give me a portion of my down payment back, they refused to just give me my title and void the remaining amount owed of $1,000, they also refused to get it fixed! They refused to compromise on any level and didn't care, that after putting over $5400 down, 2 weeks after the purchase I was without a drivable car and major engine issue! I asked to speak to the boss multiple times and they refused saying that the boss will not deal with customers directly. I've missed work and I'm without a vehicle 2 weeks after purchasing a 2011 Chevy Equinox!They have an F Rating with the better business bureau for a reason! BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Read all the bad reviews and contact the Better Business Burea and see their F rating that is due to refusal to respond to customer complaints!

Yes these are used cars . Vary used up cars! Was told it has a clean car fax. After asking to view the car fax ...the sales person read it to me. She said it had been in a minor collision . Quote from the sales person "But other than that it is clean" If it's been in a collision it's not clean. Well .. I went and purchasing the vehicle anyways. On the way home the car started running rough. The next morning check engine light came on. Had a misfire code and a lean code. Replace a coil and spark plugs for the misfire code. Took it to a BMW shop for the lean code. And was told it needed a intake manifold. $1900.00 for parts and labor. Also It had a vibration. I took it to have the tires balanced. Found out it had a bent wheel and a rotten tire. I decided to purchase my own Car Fax. I was shocked !. It was in a major collision. Lots of damage. And also found out there is a difference in the milage ....that was never disclosed. Now I'm stuck with a junk car for at least 4 years that needs major work. And still won't pass emissions. Yes..I'm aware it's sold as is. Please take it from me and learn from my mistake...stay away!

Agreed Stay away, You will buy a car and a month later everything started falling apart, The tires were rotting from the inside, the brakes started yelling, knocking in the engine, headlight went out, alternator wouldn't hold a charge, and the air conditioner smokes when you turn it on high. They say to call or come back when you have a problem and the will help you, but they won't. And please have your own insurance before going, because if you have issues, it will take a month and day for them to answer or call back. SCAM,. They fix the cars just enough for the test drive and for you to get off the lot.

I purchased a car with mileage discrepancy that they knew about but didn't tell me until after I bought the car and with many engine/electrical problems including bad intake gasket, coils, valves in the motor, and needing the electrical harness to be redone. It also had a bent rim which I was told the tires only needed to be balanced by BAS. The Chrysler dealership told me the car needs to be returned and when I called Best Auto Selection I was told it was unfortunate and the car is sold "as is" and there is nothing they can do about it. They have an F on BBB for a reason.

Loved it when Fabian worked there, purchased 2 cars in the past 3 years from here and had the very best experience; Now this place is the pits!!! Shape up y'all, I guess I'll be back in next year besuce you missed an opportunity with me this year.

Never buy a car from here. This place sells lemon cars. The car I bought from here jetta 06 transmission blowout in two weeks. It took 5 months to get the car back because this place uses cheap mechanics to fix their cars. After I got my car back two weeks the engine light came on and has been on ever since. Now to pass emissions it will take 1000 to get it fix. I have to sell the car before it drops below value and what I owe for the car to break even. Do NOT buy here. The owners do not car about their customers only selling cars.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Test drove a Kia Sorento 4/20/17 with no obvious issues. Paid $3000 cash. Four days later had to buy another vehicle because the Kia was clearly not dependable. Emilio said, sorry you purchased "AS IS".Right before the temp tag expired a lady called from the dealership to let me know there was a problem with how the auction filled out the title and would have to get it redone. She told me to get an extension on the temp tag and she would update me when it was corrected. They never called me back.Six days before the extension was to expire I called them back - they could find no record of my purchase. They said they would find the paperwork and call me back. They never did.The day before the extension expired I called again. Benjamin assured me that if I came in the next day they would take care of me. So, here I am. Bejamin is not even here. The other salesman tells me there is nothing they can do because it is July 4th.It appears I am stuck with a vehicle I cannot use from a dealership with NO concern for people. Sale closed - you no longer exist.I want my money back. It would be nice if these people could be stopped from doing this to other people. But, they have found a nice loophole that allows them to make dishonest money legally.BUYER BEWARE!

I wasted a hour drive here. The cars were not in the condition the pictures showed. The rims were badly damaged and I asked if they could pop the hood and let me look at the engine....there was rust everywhere. He lied and told me it was weather corrosion. The car was a 2008 so that's bullsh*t, that car had had serious water damage. Don't recommend these people. LEMON

Great dealership! They gave me a great low price and even gave the car some repairs and new equipment for free. They even threw in $10 of gas for me.
