My car started having issues on my way home from work & they were the nearest auto repair to my location, so I took my car there. I left the car there for them to repair it. I had to leave my car there for a few days while they waited for a part to come in, but they stayed in communication with me to let me know what was going on. I had to have a radiator replaced & it was my first time ever doing that, so I can't really compare the costs. But the communication & friendliness of the staff left a good impression on me.

Very friendly, he kept me posted on how things were going. Started work immediately on my truck because I was short on time. Will definitely use their services again.

Use to take my chevy c10 here for whatever needs to be done. Last few times I took it for my brake lights only work when my lights off, but when I cut them on they don't work. Took it twice for same issue still not right til this day. Usually would send a follow-up text few days after they done work but not this time, it's like they knew they didn't fix the issue. I always spent good money with shop too. But they have done good work not all bad.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

The mechanics misdiagnosed my car and charged me $500 for a repair that did not solve the problem, had to take my car to another repair shop and out of $500. I'll never recommend nor use this location again.

I brought my car in the Monday before thanksgiving, I was told I would be called when they find something out about my car. I originally brought it in for my radiator and the hoses to be changed but it turns out that was the problem. They never called not once, I always had to call about my car. The first day they had my Honda they didn t even look at it. The second day I called to see if they found the issue, he said he couldn t find a reason why my car was running hot. So Wednesday I call and no one answers. I show up there and there is no one there. No one at that shop told me they would be closed the rest of the week until the next Monday. I was stuck without a car or any way to bring it to a different shop. Not only that but when I finally did get my car, I start driving it back home and there s a ticking noise that it didn t have before, I get home and open the hood and these people not only left one of their tools in my engine, there s coolant every where from where they didn t clean it up, there s coolant all in my battery holster and all over my fan. And then examining a little closer they forgot to put the little brackets that hold the bumper cover down back on. I feel like they were so unprofessional and over all didn t care about the customer at all. I wouldn t recommend this shop to ANYONE!Edit: for you all to LIE and say you reached out to me multiple times is disgraceful. I offered the other number to reach my fianc� at and you all didn t contact him either. And NO your google page only said that you would be closed thanksgiving and the weekend. Not to mention the you changed your response to me on here. I will not be reaching out to you again nor will I bring my car back in to you guys, I feel like you would honestly try to cause more damage than you already have to my Honda. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to make the customer seem at fault for your own mistakes.

I used them all the time when Turner was there. The last time i brought my car there was for a leak problem. Paid over $500 and they had the car for 3 days. Picked it up & there was no change. I brought it back, they replaced the defective part in about 45 minutes. None of what was done the first time did anything. Nothing like this ever happened when Turner was the owner.

I am disappointed with this business integrity. I brought my car in for service and I ask did they work on Mercedes and was informed they did. Well, I was told that a part had to be tested (supposedly had to take part to the second location)and afterwards was told it needed a battery. I ask are they sure the battery was the problem and was assured it was. After replacement of battery the same problem was still there. They wanted to charge for battery and another expensive part. After five days I have the car back with the same problem. I was charged a diagnostic fee which I questioned and the tech was kind of aggressive when I did. My suggestion is to ask questions and get clear answers.

Cheaper than repairsmith for diagnosis and repair. They finished my car by the eob on the day after I dropped it off. I had to call them for updates but they are very busy.I will use them again. Take your car here.

This is definitely not the same garage since Tom sold it. They changed parts on my car that I did authorize and I had no choice but to pay for them in order to take my vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that I would 'eventually' need them replaced. I agree, I would 'eventually' need a lot of things replaced on the vehicle, and I will replace them as needed but I should not have to pay for unnecessary repairs. They just did the EXACT same thing to someone I referred to them. This garage dropped from a 5 stars to 0 stars with this new owner and staff!

I went to this shop because it was close by and they seemed honest. I needed my head gasket replaced and they quoted me a good price so I drop the car off with them and it was a fight from start to finish. They never called me to update me on the car, I always had to call them and each time I talked to them they needed a couple more days until it had turned into 3 weeks that I was without a car. When I finally got to pick the car up they tried to charge me a significantly higher price but we worked that out and I drove my newly fixed car home. The next day the check engine light came on though and my car started idling weird and cutting off and just driving really poorly all together so I take it back to them and they tell me its the mass air flow sensor and charge me $60 just to run the engine light diagnostics and tell me it isn't their fault. So I replace the sensor. A couple days pass and my car wont start at all so I finally have it towed to a different shop. After a couple hours this shop calls me back and says whoever replaced my head gasket did the worst work he had ever seen. Turns out the wiring harness was put back on improperly and shorted out a bunch of stuff and cost me another $500 to fix the mistakes made by Lorraines Community Garage.

Tom helped our son buy his first car. Took us a while to find the right one but if we would have listened better to Tom, we would have found the car sooner.Tom is the first mechanic we have ever felt like we could settle with.Hope to do business with Lorraine Community Garage for a long time. Oh and Tom's wife and mother are both nice too!

I give them 1 star and a chance to fix and replace what damage they cause from a half ass rushed attempt to put my car back how i brought it to them. If not then im taking legal action. Very disappointed bc they were recommended to me. Also fyi ask for an itemized bill they charged me almost 3x what each part cost straight out of Auto Zone. Smh feeling so played i purchased the parts myself and saved over 300 dollars. Aug 22 2016 just updating post to give them the opportunity to right a wrong and Tom actually hung up on my face. Legal action will be taken its not fair i work hard and gave them my money to only further corrupt my car.

Great customer service, very affordable...Scheduled 100,000 mile Maintenance was handled and I'll be bringing back my vehicle for proper upkeep from here on out.

.Folks are FANTASTIC! Honest, hardworking people that are there to help. Prices are great and you know the work is done right.Still using them and they are still FANTASTIC! It is great to be able to know that honest people are working on your vehicle and it will get fixed right.

These guys tried to figure out that was going on with the brakes our van after two trips and it being there a week and we spent over $800.00 we are still having issues. They have changed ownership and it's not the same place. I really hate this because they are so convenient.

I have come here for multple repairs and troubleshooting. I have received nothing but fair prices and quality work. I drive 30 minutes away and happily pay extra for towing just to come here.

Good work done, but it took much longer for them to get. Three weeks as apposed to the one week I was originally told.
