Close this store please or hire people who know and want to work! The guy in the front desk yes the long hair lady whit boy cloth! He is the first that don t want to work on top of that 3 hrs waiting for 2 tires and the guy don t know how to take its out! The only one who take good care of the customers is jorge, the rest are trash! Thanks!

I will never come back. First time taking my car to a Walmart auto center to have just 1 tire changed. They took hours and hours for 1 tire.! I watched the workers pass by my car and did nothing. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Walmart should close all their auto center if it s going to run like trash. Pls do yourself a favor and don t waste your whole day off waiting on this establishment for your car needs. Just go to Mavis down the street.

It's alright. Kinda lazy seeing workers at 2pm just sit around. I had left 4 rims to just have their tires put on and balanced, and after checking in at 4, the cashier was rude like it was wrong to ask when is my stuff going to be done. In the end, it got done by like 6. Awful customer service, but at least it's cheap. Dont expect your stuff to be done at a reasonable time.Edit: grammar

Would give negative stars if I could. Why is it EVERY.TIME.I.COME.TO.THIS.LOCATION there's always some excuse why they can't do a simple oil change? Today's excuse was they aren't doing them because they don't have a tech to do it. Meanwhile I'm looking at 4 technicians leaning against the wall talking and laughing. On my previous visit, It was a different time of day, They waited till close(with me waiting 3 hours) to give me some lame excuse as to why they couldn't do it. It was obvious the guy didn't want to do it and was adamant he wasn't going to, either. -1000 customer service here. Unfortunately, the one other location in the area is just as bad if not worse. Ever since Sam died, walmart just sucks in general!

Came in on a Friday morning to purchase a new battery for my car and saw a sign that read, free installation with the purchase of a battery. I was told it would be about a 2 hr wait, battery was changed in less time and I was on my way. Car is running well and no complaints about service received

Horrible.. First off I made an appointment for 11am and didn't get my car back until 5pm. Secondly I didn't receive not one notification my car was even ready for pickup. I go pick my car up nobody said anything to me they to my payment though and handed me the receipt. I got in my car no sticker in the windshield and my service oil warning hadn't been reset. I told the guy about the service engine oil message he didn't know how to reset it. I had to figure it out myself.

I am presently in the auto center awaiting a four wheel rotation and balance since 8 am as I am typing this in real-time. Staffing is very limited as is the stock of tires, but the few associates here are patient and have a good attitude though. With that being said, it is in your best interest to bring alot of patience. Hours may vary based upon staffing availability. I am pleased to report Walmart did an excellent job of balancing my tires and it has made a difference in my cars' handling.

Horrible service! I was heading on vacation and just needed a tired changed, so that I could continue my drive. I arrived here at 10 am to get 1 tire changed. I was told that they had 3 cars ahead of me. After 3 hours of waiting , I went to ask Kevin how much longer it would be for my vehicle. I was told that I was next to be pulled in. The technician then pulled another vehicle in for tires. I approached the desk again, to ask about my service to be told that there was an appointment waiting and it would be another hour wait. I literally wasted 3 hours of my life waiting for something that I never received,1 tire! Three hours and 36 minutes waiting for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I have never been so disappointed in an establishment in my life.

Walmart messed up my car . I went for a simple oil change. I did a claim nobody will respond to my email or answer the phone. I went in 11/03 /22 to get my oil changed the plug was broken and I lost all my oil. I don t know how long I was riding without oil. Walmart is liable for my car sounding like a time bomb now. I am hiring an attorney can t deal with this anymore.

Poor customer service from the time I arrived. Staff away from desk, but within eyesight. Did not stop personal conversation until I called the department. Staff had phone on their person and then pretended to not know I was waiting at desk for car service. Staff observed stating with at least 2 customers how they should not have worked the department this date and expressing frustration as did not want to address customers. Items on desk blocking CC machine. When a lady expressed having challenges using the CC machine due to items blocking the machine, staff had attitude about clearing store items out of the way. My issue was, I bought a tire approximately 2 months ago, and they did not honor any warranty nor the insurance on the tire. Reason given was tire was removed in order to place spare on car. When does that ever make sense? If your tire blows out, to get home or to safe environment you put your spare on. I don t recommend this store, nor paying for the tire insurance. You can have them remove.

Kevin is horrible , he been there 15 years said he was the mgr ( when asked for his manager he hides and doesnt want to provide) and run the place so inefficient . went in for an oil change called ahead was told no appt needed get there and told there are cars ahead of me with appointments and he may not be able to get to my car . There is an oil bay an ire bay 1 car was in oil bay 3 waiting for tire ., this buffoon uses both bays interchangeably- meaning - even if it is one car ahead for oil he will pull that person off oil to help with tires - even if im waiting cause tires were waiting -so now y-ou have oil and tires backed up vs - get your oil changes out - no more customers-then go help tires ( you have a whole dedicated bay to oil changes. they have an inefficient idiot at this location - spend some of that remodel money to recruit someone competent .

Don't bother coming here for an oil change. Twice now, with two different vehicles, my family has tried to come to this location for an oil change and to have tires balanced and rotated. Twice, they have waited an hour to even look at the vehicle, and upon bringing it into the bay, took 30 minutes to decide that the oil drain plug was too tight and that they can't service it. It is absolutely ridiculous for that to happen once (incorrectly, I might add). For it to occur again means this is their tactic for not actually doing any work. Save your time, go literally anywhere else.

Was told that there was 2 cars in front of me and an hour wait time. Reached here at 3:22, watched the 2 cars that were in front of me come and leave and it is now 6:47 and I am still waiting. Got pulled into a garage at abt 5:00 to do an oil change when I specifically told them I was here for a tire and they told me they had the tire in stock . Pulled back out of the garage and now still waiting. Don t waste your time! The manager doesn t care and admits that they have bad customer service and that he s not holding us hostage. So please go to Discount Tire instead it s right across the street!Service: Tires

2 very different experiences: 1 ordered tires, made an appointment, service was fast and friendly. I vowed to return. Came back for an oil change (they don t take appointments) slow service, right as I was leaving they tell another patron whose been there 2 hours they are out of oil (all synthetic and synthetic blend). Like y all couldn t warn nobody before they wasted everyone s time.

Called in this morning at 0715.They stated that it would be a 4 hour wait for service.I asked what time they opened, on the web it says 0700. They said they had 2 appointments and 2 walk-ins ahead of me. I asked "how do I get my name on the list?" She said it's first come, first served. Then she hung up the phone.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.TIRES PLUS is literally next door.

Worse customer service if you want to call it that. I waited almost 2 hours before being told we pulled in you're vehicle only to remember that this lady was ahead of you and now we can't change your flat tire in 30 minutes before we're close. I never left the front counter and they never said we might not be able to get to you. My previous visit they put a new tire on my truck and used someone else lug nuts on my truck that wouldn't come off. I'll never go to Walmart Auto Tire Hudson Bridge, Stockbridge, Ga again.

This is always the location that gives the worst customer experience. I didn't get my tire rotation because the technician claimed my tires were worn out on the inside. I left that location & visited the location in Canton on River stone pkwy, where I was told my tires were good & they did my tire rotation. I will never go back to Hudson Bridge auto care because the service has been horrible the last 3 times I've visited. That's so unfortunate & sad because it's close to my home. The sales associate asked the make & model of the car. He looked it up & then walked me to the aisle & said This is it . I purchased the battery & bought it home only to find it was the wrong battery. When I tried to return it I was told because they didn t install it, I can t return it. When my husband got upset, they called the police!

I m sitting here watching these auto employees DRAG their feet, like they ve been working all day or something. It s still the morning. It s 11 am, there s 2 cars in front of me getting new tires and I was told it was a 2 hour wait time.. TO CHANGE SOME TIRES!!! I m literally looking at them moping around like they are 90 years old.. I took my 2010 Mercedes E350 in for an oil change and they called me and said it was done after about 35 minutes and when I got over there they told me they couldn't do it. I then ask why and they said it didn't have a dip stick when I told they they were wrong they went and looked at it and realized it did and said they can do it. Then 40 min later I come back again and the car is pulled out I'm about to pay for it but the service order hadn't been completed, so I them learned for the 2nd time it did not get done. So the service manager talks to the guys and says we will get it in right now and it finally got done and I ask did you reset the oil change service message, he tells me yes I get in it and of course it's still on. This store needs some better management and definitely some more training. I am a female who managed an auto place for 20 years and there is no way my shop would've been ran like this.

The only reason I m giving them 2 stars is because the women in the front were extremely nice and helpful (especially Ronnie). However, the process to get 4 news tires put on is ENTIRELY too lengthy. And it wouldn t be so bad if we could leave and come back after given the allotted wait time. I got here at 1:15 after receiving a message that my tires had arrived at the store. I was told that I had a wait time of approximately 3 hours because two cars were in front of me and they both were getting 4 new tires and it takes about an hour to do. I said no problem, can I leave and come back. She politely told me no because if they finish early, someone could potentially be taken in front of me and I d be bumped to the end of the line. Long story short, it s now 5:26 and I m still waiting for them to pull my car around. They are supposed to be doing a test drive but I see my car still in the garage and I hear the men talking. I m sure this is the reason why it took them 4 hours to put on 4 tires.

They wasn't very helpful. Gave me false information as to what it would cost to have my oil changed when I called but upon my arrival, it was something else. Wasn't happy at all and management wasn't any better. It was a waist of my time and the gas I used getting there as well as my time on the phone trying to get to upper management. I spent over an hour on the phone and still got nothing. I ended up charging my oil myself. I learned a lot from this experience. One of them is never go to Wally World to have any work do on my vehicle.

Waited 3 hours to say they didn't have time to change a tire, but they stayed outside helping a lady that didn't even check in for a whole HOUR.. I guess a big butt and smile is what it took.. negative 5 stars to Herbert..

When I brought my car in at 9:10am, I was informed only 2 cars were in front of me.. Ok Cool! Went on and start shopping, after One hour I go and check the status of my service That s when the Male Associate told me it was on the Rack being serviced Ok I continued to wait, then I decided to step outside to get some air, and that s when I seen my vehicle STILL parked in the Same spot I parked when I arrived. That s when I approached and questioned the same Male Associate, instead of him apologizing of his Error, he got a attitude and begin to snap off as if I was bothering him!!!I noticed people coming in hours after me and leaving before me!!.. when I tried to ask him WhyOnce again the Attitude!! 3hours waisted just for tires . He he does not wantTo work he should have stayed home!!!Bottom Line!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Person told me it would take 1 hour to service my car (balance tires, service I have paid for). I came back in an hour and 20 min and my car was still sitting ion three same place. I told the worker ill just take my keys (they couldn't find them). A other worker said he would take my car in and balance the tires. 10 min later another worker cane back out and said they couldn't do it. I needed new tires. WASTE OF TIME!!Kaufman tires did a great job.

It took 2hrs to test the 5yr battery I purchased there. It was bad in less than 3yrs. They didn t have the replacement in stock. They couldn t get the other auto centers in the area to answer the phone. The only option I was left with was to drive to another store which didn t have an auto center and purchase a battery. Then hoping that my car would start, drive back to get it installed. Now I m waiting 3 to 5 days for a refund to be credited to my card. You can call that auto center Team too much .

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and this is my opinion after having been here 3 times and have to wait 4+ hours even after coming right at opening time. Also, during one of my trips I had to wait 4 hours and after my long wait I finally got my car returned. I came in to get my battery changed, something that takes only 10 minutes maximum the mechanic, Frederick forgot his phone in my engine. I had already left to rush to my class because I was late due to the excessively long wait! I got a phone saying that he forgot his phone in the engine, so instead of attending a class that I pay lots of money for I had to return to the store and allow him to pick up his phone from my car. As I was leaving, Richard another mechanic proceeded to tell me that I better make him change my oil for free after what he did, but I didn't have time so my father spoke with Fredrick he said he would change my oil for FREE! However when I returned todah he made up and excuse that due to the fact that during my last visit I was not having my oil changed he can't change my oil for free. I am not one to write a review ever, but this place has the worst service and yeah it may save you a few bucks but the hassle that these people put you through is not worth it. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you time is way more precious then to sit around waiting for hours on end.
