This tire plus has the very best customer service known to man. Chris was very helpful and professional although the wait was long he went above and beyond to respect us and kept checking in frequently. I have never met an employee so enthusiastic and willing to get things done. All the front desk employees deserve full kudos. If they charged me 1 million dollars I would pay it due to the courtesy and value. If I ever come back in this area I will visit them for services.

I been a customer about 4 years always had a good experience. When the other manger was here also when Larry was there good service but this last experience was bad. I took 4 tires to get them balanced and mounted. When I came to pick up my truck there was a scratch to my driver side passenger. I talk to the manger that was on duty he said bring back 3 estimates. When I call there was another Manger last name kanskey. Which he told me send me the estimates and told him how much it cost he said no. I have Someone in griffin that will fix for 500 dollars that s not a big scratch. He ask me to send him the estimates he will call me has never call me back or text me to get my 2020 GMC Denali 2500 fix. I am still waiting for his call bad service they don t take care of people s vehicles. Don t shop here !!!

My experience here was great. A man name Chris gave me good customer service and got me in and out on my flat tire. I felt safe here as a young woman getting my car service done here. At other places I would feel they were trying to get off on me and need the presence of a man figure with me but not here! I would recommend.

Overall, this place has been the worst experience I have had at a car repair shop. I left my car there several times this week and it was not worked on not once I ve been bringing my car to this location since last Monday, February 26. Today is now March 4 and my vehicle has not been touched every time I ve gone in this location. There has been an issue several times but instead of them rectifying the situation, They have told me to calm down and that it s not that serious. I ve left my car there overnight twice and I can never get a return phone call I have to physically go up there in order to get someone s attention. So after several visits and more than 15 phone calls, I have decided to take my money elsewhere. A $1100 dollar job and they legit let it go to waste. How do you operate a business where you are turning away and making excuses for customers willing to pay that amount. Whatever you do, do not, and I repeat do not go to this specific location. You could be paying $30,000 for your car to be fixed and they still will find a way to mess up

Chris is the man here at Tire Plus in Stockbridge Ga. He really value the customers and overall experience of you being there. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Also thanks to the tire technician who changed out my old tires and replaced my new ones. Overall great experience. Thanks fellas!

I came last minute; they fixed my tire!!! They also gave my man some H2O. I can t complain. Wonderful customer service and done in a timely manner.

Friendly employees, however, they have no urgency. My appointment was scheduled at 8 and I early just before opening. I was the first customer in line and they didn t bring my car into until 9:30. Service was finally completed at 11:30. 3.5hr is ridiculous let alone being the first customer waiting over an hr first service to began. Better to drop if you can.

Called in to make an appointment and request two tires based on a coupon I had received. The guy was not respectful of my time and had not made my appointment easy when I arrived. The tires had never been picked up and the quote was completely wrong. I clearly stated two tires; however, he had me come in based on a price for 1 tire. I felt disrespected and upset that he did not respect or value me and my time. They are overcharging for tires and do not listen to customers. I will never go back here and recommend you stay away also.

The manager at Tire Plus, Charles, was extremely helpful throughout the process. Richard did a fine job working on my vehicle by checking my tires and fluid. Finally, Chris checked me out and the experience was flawless. I wish I could work with the tree of them every time I bring my vehicle to be serviced.

STAY AWAY!!! You re better off taking your business elsewhere. I just needed a set of tires mounted and this establishment has not only rescheduled the appointment I booked ALREAD, but made me wait 4 HOURS in lobby WITH APPOINTMENT. As I waited I could just pick up on the other red flags of this place. Customer came in just to pick up his car since no one here ever ordered the parts he needed in 3 DAYS. I was quoted a completely different price on than phone when I came in person. CHRIS at front desk is the only saving grace here but overall DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I will never be coming back.

I had an issue with a Prepaid Gift card and the manager John immediately resolved the situation for me. I will always be a Tire Plus customer. They also had great tire prices!

I don t give many people a 5 star rating but Sherm definitely deserves it. It was great over the phone answering my questions. We I finally got there it was closing time( he was ready to walk out the door) but he was willing to wait while tried one last thing to fix.I would recommend Sherm and tires plus at this location any day.

Chris was very helpful with everything! My fianc� and I were really frustrated due to getting the run around about my brakes and rotor being fixed by Charles! He was absolutely no help and went a full day without a car and no information about the car! But as we came in on Sunday, Chris resolved all issues and we are very thankful that he was here to make sure we had everything we needed!!!!

They won't honor your appointment time so don't waste your gas or time going there. Was offered another appointment for the following day but that one would probably not be honored either, just bad business practices.

Chris and John were amazing I really appreciate the patience and concern that they showed during my visit today. They told me I can come they got me seen. I may have been there a couple hours but they were very persistent and patient and I appreciate it. Brand new tires for steal!

I had an 8am appointment, the Tech didn't get here until after 8:30.They didn't pull my car in until after 12p, they didn't get done until after 1:30. Just for a tire rotate and balance. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. SMH

Chris was an amazing service rep for us! The Mt. Zion location typically does not have the best customer service experiences. However, Chris was excellent with helping us in a time crunch and reassured us that our problem would be solved even when we had very little confidence

CJ is a poor associate who lies and tells customers what they want to hear. He claims to have 20yrs of knowledge and experience but the way he promised to handle my car was unprofessional and dishonest. He should be reprimanded and customers should not have him touch their cars.

CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY ..My appt was for Tuesday at 4pm, I arrived at 3:15 for a tire rotation, brake filter, cabin filter and replacement of windshield wipers. I didnt leave until 6:20 pm after asking multiple times how much longer. UNEXECPTABLE. Ended up not even replacing windshield wipers because I was ready to go. I will drive a lil further just to avoid going here again.

DRIVE PAST THIS SHOP AND FIND ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE. I AM SO SICK OF THIS PLACE! We have had nothing but issues. They do not know what they are doing. We had work done on a catalytic converter last year. This year they need to be replaced again! We constantly have to go back and let them RE-FIX something that they have assured us was fixed in the first place. The guy told us yesterday that they tried to put 8 sensors on our vehicle and could not get it right! Said the mechanics and supervisors didn't know what they were doing. How many mechanics does it take to change an 02 sensor @ TIRES PLUS? Not to mention we keep failing our emissions test because the engine light keeps coming on! Guess how many times we have taken our truck to TP to resolve this issue? AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. And they still trying to charge us. We would like our money back! We have been bamboozled. We would have been better off with a shade tree mechanic, YouTube or a crackhead at this point. Somebody please send us Elroy number

I made an appointment for 1pm on the 27th. My car was ready at 1 pm on the 28th. The workers are nice but the store policy is stupid. This is an edit. Owner Nicholas replied and apologized and wants my details via an email. But he failed to leave me an email address to send the info to.

I have been coming to this store for years and have always had great customer service. Today was no different except I have never seen it so busy like today. At one point there were 8 ppl waiting, the phones were ringing off the hook and he just handled it all. The technicians were coming in and out asking questions. It was crazy busy. You need to get this man some help. Not all the customers were patient. You had probable business walk out the door because they had to wait and didn't want to. Now the counter guy handled everything very professional. You need extra help at this location or you will lose the good help you have.

I'm only giving 1 star because I was cheated. All they did was put new tires on my car. There was no Alignment done, yet I was charged for it. Its bad enough that my car was there at 830am and not looked until 4pm. Their inspection on the car is only based on miles. They didn't even check all the stuff they told me that needed replacing. I will not be returning for any service with this company again. They take advantage of you especially if your a female.

Traveling and hit an object on the road. Tires Plus in Stockbridge just off 675 were great to fix the potential breakdown by reseting the under lining before it severed something major. Hats off and thank you so much.
