I went to get tires put on my SUV when they guy started putting them on he said nothing he even went up and matched it with my car they proceeded to put them on. When I started to drive out my car sounded funny when I got out to check the guy said everything was fine it was because the new sticker paper was still on it and it will fall off. I work like 2 mins down the street I start smelling something burning so when I called the tire place back he told me it wasn t his problem and it wasn t there place to tell me the tire was to big. They let me drive off knowing the tire was against the ball bearing and it was burning together. I asked if I could come back and if they would just put my old tires back on in the front he said yeah but it ll be $40 more dollars. I suggest if you re looking for a tire place choose somewhere else.

DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I recently got 2 tires from here. After 3 days one became flat i go back to get a new one and they did whatever in the back and placed the SAME exact tire on my can instead of giving me another one. 2 weeks go by and the SAME tire was completely flat. I called and was told i would be helped free of charge, i went back and guess what? Manager tried to act like he was giving me a deal by lowering the price $15 instead of honoring their word. DONT SHOP HERE. All they want is your money

These people suck. Do not go here. They re so unprofessional and rude. When I pulled up they didn t even walk up to me and ask me what I needed I had to go to them. Only one of them helped me while the other 4-5 just sat there together talking. Plus they re Mexicans screaming the n word left and right it s weird. Do not come here.

Pulled up at 5:40. 2 workers standing in the work bay with both doors still open, they say sorry we're closed. I asked them why it said open till 6pm on the door. They said sorry we're closed.....

I've had great experiences here. The staff is very friendly and quick. I come in for air in my tires on occasion, and they will check all four tires and then put air in the tire that is low. They will also tell me which tire it is and let me know if I can plug it or if I should buy a new one. All this and they don't charge me anything. Great customer service

Worst Ever! They are not professional, and they do not stick to their word. Took a rim in there to get fixed that was slightly bent. They had the rim for almost one week. When I pulled up there, they did not have the rim fixed but in the process of fixing my rim they CRACKED it and said that I would have to pay for the additional fee for THEM cracking my rim or take it somewhere else to get it fixed. They did not reimburse me for the rim! Do not do business with them! Just a warning

After purchasing a used tired and supposedly gave a deal of $40.00, mind you I had just paid $35.00 a week before. This is the tire he put on my car I don t the guy the tired looked more dangerous then the one you took off. I told him to put my old tire back on. Then another man well would this one be better I told him yes and why would you even put a tore up tire like that on a car? So I get on the office to pay for it now it s $45.00 and to add insult the guy did apologize, but as he was smirking!!!! I would never go back to them again. There are plenty shops in Stockbridge. They are straight up ripoff artists!!!!

Worst tire company ever!! Will never go back I bought a tire from them and it was flat the very next hour. When I called to get it resolved they laughed at me over the phone. these folks genuinely do not care about the customers!!

Worst place to get tires. I called them to get a quote and when I get to the place they double the price not only that all the guys act like they are doing you a favor. And completely ignore you. Also very unprofessional all the guys drinking beer not caring at all I really wish I could have taken a picture to prove that. I really don't know how they are in business

Do Not Buy here!!!!!They sold me a used tires that was leaking. I noticed my slow tire leak sensor on as soon as they changed my tire. They told me it s normal. Light will come off after a day. I ve been back several times, with my receipt they act like they ve never seen me. And keep telling me to come back. This is bad business.

Tires that I received, are not the best, 2 tires for $50 ]each. They were used tires, never offered me new tires, just assumed I guess. I was in a hurry, no other place was available, drove 6 hours to my destination on a prayer, the tires had me clutching the steering wheel with both hands. I will be going to get better tires this morning.

Noticed a tire with the metal belt exposed and tred gone at the gas station next door at 558, got there at closing and they are getting 2 done right now for me, best customer service ever!

Not the best tire shop. I wouldn t go here or recommend it anymore. They used to be efficient and friendly but the service has gone down. Attitudes from the tire change guys and the owner is never there. My car had no problems with tire pressure before coming here, but now the sensors are malfunctioning after leaving here. Was told by the dealer it would be $185 to replace each. Owner is no help and has an attitude when needing help with something.

I called in looking for an odd size tire. I never told Adam... Alan? I never told them to order the tires but was pleasantly surprised to hear that he did. However, promises were made that were not satisfied. I was told delivery was on Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then Friday. Nobody at the location was willing to compromise to help. I tried to transfer my sale to another location but they refused. I was told to transfer my sale to another location i would be responsible for the $200 plane ticket. I emailed the owner a number of times without a response. Of course, there was no direct number to contact them. Everything was handled by phone so i never saw the building until it was time for pick up. Judging by the location, i understand the lack of customer service. I would, definitely, not trust them to mount and balance my tires for me. I'll never do business with them again. Trust and believe. The picture i provided is NOT at their shop. I mounted and balanced them myself.

Rafael did a great Job. I Had a hole in my tire and I got there as soon as they opened and he took care of it and patched it up. Check for any more holes and checked the air pressure in all the other ones. He's very friendly and polite. I'll be going back if I need anymore tire services.

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced. The very next day im installing spacers and I see the balance weight is falling off 2 tires already, none of my valve caps were put back on, sticker left on 2 tires and mounted to the car and then had an attitude about removing them when asked. I wouldn't recommend this shop. I was in a rush so left a name brand shop to come here due to no wait time and regret it

The guy at the front desk really was sweet and professional! We put the wrong size tire on the car which caused it to start knocking and he replaced them with the right size and gave me a really good deal!!! I most definitely will recommend this place to others

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Terrible customer service. Unfriendly attitude by the low level tire change boys. They mounted my directional tires backwards and then raised hell and refused to change them unless I paid another 35 dollars. They did not balance my wheels and the next day I was hearing noise that sounded like it was my center cap. I removed the cap and one of my lugs was off and rolling around in there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE...

I can speak for the Atlanta SlingsHot Riders. This location/business has been nothing but professional every time we have gone to them. They have a very large inventory and the employees are very knowledgeable when it comes to tires and rims that will fit your ride. Pricing is also the best around.

Went to get 4 new tires and left with a broken sensor. The worst customer service not willing to help put a new sensor even tho they are making me pay for it. Told me he (Armando) had to order it to go back the next day. I gave him a week, went back today just so he can send the 16 yr old kid they have changing tires to tell me he could not find it anywhere. Do not recommend!!

If I could give this location a zero, I would. They scratched my rims up taking them off and said they would rectify the situation when i brought them back in. I brought them back in and he upped the original price and took $20, which was the original price I paid initially. They will damage your stuff and won't fix it.

Website show hours close at 6. Got off work at 5 and got there a little before 5:30. When worker got to my car they asked what I needed and when I told them they said they was closed. It was before 6 so they do not honor their business hours.
