Got a O2 sensor replaced and It was fine until the same emissions code appeared a few months later. Tried reaching out but never received any guidance on how to resolve it from this mechanic. Turns out the wrong sensor was placed in my car which caused it to read rich. A nice gentleman, but please do your research before you spend more than you should in the long run.

Very professional and great customer service. He took his time and explained everything in detail as to what he was doing. I had headlight bulbs changed. Very reasonable in pricing. I would definitely recommend using Slow Down Mobile . Give him a call, you won t be disappointed!!!!

I would firstly like to say, if you re looking for a mobile mechanic LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Hotep not only set my appointment in a timely manner his customer service is A1. I needed my belt replaced and idler pulley. Not only did he come to my home. He fixed it quick! As he was fixing it a piece broke off my front grill. And not only did he come back and fix it he replaced my entire grill!!!! Highly Recommend 10/10! He is now my husband s and I new mechanic. Thank you again!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Wow! Slow Down Mobile has impeccable service. I needed an air/cabin air filter change as well as front brake pad replacement. He provided excellent customer service and did the job in a timely manner. I'll continue to use his service because he is extremely honest unlike other mechanics. Had issues starting my car. Called Hotep first time saw great google reviews Professionalism price work costumer service was all excellent. Called last minute yesterday was able to schedule an appointment for this morning. Best mechanic I've done business with in years. Reliable and very transparent about his process. Called at noon on Saturday for a alternator replacement. I was given an estimate and was explained the payment process and options. I agreed and was told he would be able to come out at 5pm. He offered to go and get the parts for me but I just used another vehicle and bought the parts myself. I asked of any other recommendations while getting the Alternator. The mechanic replied spark plugs and a air filter. He asked when was the last time I changed those things. I replied never. So I was advised to get those things also. He was right when he took those out of my car and showed me.I really needed both. He shows up on time at 4:50pm introducing himself and straight to work he goes. Starts at 5pm finishes at 7:30pm. New alternator, spark plugs, air filter, and put on a new belt, and cleaned out air intake hose as a courtesy service. He warranted me his work even called on Monday to make sure my car was back running normal or better. I am beyond excited that I contacted this company! The mechanic communicated with me from start to finish. He was even available to come service my car at 9:15pm! Not only did he talk me through everything he was doing, he gave me advice on what to look out for in the future. He checked, checked again & checked again before he left me. Best experience ever! Me being me, waited to get my brakes done and then out of no where my car/brakes were squeaking SO bad to the point where I was embarrassed. I researched a mobile mechanic and came across Slow Down and I m SUPER glad I did. The reviews are true! He s super professional, very laid back and knows what he is doing. I did not have to miss work, he literally came and fixed my brakes right in my garage!!! I will always use him from this day on.

All, at 11 pm Thursday, I posted on FB about my car giving me trouble. Hotep messaged me within ten minutes, willing to check my car out. He met me at my home the next night and worked on my car until midnight. He answered all my questions and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. He showed me all the problem issues. The next morning, he even answered all my follow-up questions within five minutes. Amazing customer service. Plus, my car works better than it has in a year.Looking for a trustworthy mobile mechanic? Battery was dead and the car was pulled in the garage. Called four businesses before I found a battery. They recommended this business, I called them they picked up the battery and had it installed in less than two hours from my initial call! I thought my car was doomed and I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars on it. Dr. Hotep worked diligently on my vehicle until my car was fixed. I googled everything under the sun; fuel pump, fuel regulator, starter, fuel line, fuel filter. He truly took his time and expertise and it turned out to be a bad battery and terminals I know if I would have gone somewhere else, I would have spent more than $500 and on unnecessary repairs! I am so grateful for the wonderful service and recommendations for future maintenance of my vehicle. Thank you Dr. Hotep!!!

On Sunday, the riding lawn mower stopped working while my husband was halfway through cutting our front yard. He called Hotep to service the mower. Hotep came the next day at the scheduled time. He discovered the problem quickly. He had the mower up and running in no time. I like that he shows you the problem and explains what needs to be done. You also get service with a smile. I highly recommend this business. I was putting off getting my brakes done because by the time I get off work, I don t have time to travel to Conyers and I will never take my car back to McDonough Nissan. I texted Hotep and he gave me an appointment for the next morning. I got my brakes down in the comfort of my own home, while preparing my clothes for the work week. He is honest, more than I can say for dealerships. Please consider him if you need a mobile mechanic.

This man saved my life today, even when it was raining my car had issue and left me blinded with a bad windshield wiper but that didn t stop him from helping me. if it weren t for him I don t know what to say or where I could of been right now.
