They did an excellent job rebuilding my 1967 Mercury Cougar's transmission. Roy does a good job of rebuilding classic car transmissions.

Very professional, and great communication, they're very friendly and know what they're doing. They had me back in my vehicle two days later. I highly recommend shift right transmission. Thank you again for fixing my truck now it runs like new.

Naval was really helpful in identifying my problem with my 1995 Chevy 1500 transmission. The rebuild was quick and affordable and he even fix my cooler lines which another shop had removed without my knowledge my truck has never ran better than it does now. I m going to give these guys four stars, only because I had to go back to them twice. But the transmission is used and it s still holding. I wish that they would increase their warranty a little more for customer added security and trust.

Great service! The owner was very kind during both of our encounters. I couldn t believe how fast the transmission service was. He asked me to return today so that they could check car out further for safety purposes. Unfortunately, they don t work on power steering pumps but he had referred me to another nearby shop a while back that I may use again. Highly recommend this business!

Took my truck in to have the front seal of the transfer case replaced. They did a great job. As long as you guys are there, you have a customer for life. Keep up the good work!

Actually my daughter was traveling to see me. She was 300 miles from home and started having car problems. She stopped at an auto repair place and they told her that the transmission was going out. Luckily we found this place because most transmission shops are closed on the weekend. The owner was there today on Saturday. He quickly checked the car out. It was a loose spark plug. He also cleared out some computer error codes and she was quickly on her way. He was so nice and helpful, plus no charge. The car is running good. Can t believe we were told by someone else that the transmission was going out. Thank goodness he was open and she found his shop.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

The owner was super nice, and very honest and informative. He looked at my chevy truck's transmission for free to assess. My transmission was slipping, and his honesty went a long way. He didn't have to look at it for free. Thank you!

I ve never felt so welcomed by any place, let alone an auto shop.I called up and was greeted with a kind voice offering to run my codes and see what we could do from there. He quickly tackled the problem, had a nice chat with me, and that was that.Anywhere else likely would have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, but not here. I felt respected and valued. I saw them place integrity over all else, including in quoted pricing.Only great things to say. Super nice guy and got my transmission rebuilt quick! My 2007 Explorer has never ran and drove so good! So far awesome job and well worth my money! I would defiantly recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. Thanks Narval we really appreciate you helping us get back on the road

I will definitely return to Mr Narvel. He Is very professional. I took my 99 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins to him to have a shifting issue fixed. He found the problem very quickly. Communication was no issue. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were very fair. And on time. I highly recommend Shift right transmission to anyone needing work done. He has demonstrated his knowledge and quality of work. I have know problem towing my 10,000# camper to Florida the very next day. I took my son's car here to have the transmission rebuilt. The price was more than fair and the service was excellent. I was informed throughout the whole process along with any changes that were needed. Turns out that a new CV axle was also needed which was also installed after I was asked if I wanted that work done too. I have no complaints and am more than happy. If I ever need any other transmission service done there is no doubt for me where I will go. Thank you for the excellent service!

Amazing service. Fast turn around. They are now our new family car care specialist! Honest people and they stand behind their work. We will be taking 2 more of our vehicles to them. I came here after being told by my usual repair shop that my transmission was bad. I was very worried because I know how expensive transmission repairs can be and I just purchased the car. But after the free diagnostic, the owner told me that I did not have any issues with my transmission but he did give me the two engine codes that were shown. He was very friendly and honest. I definitely recommend this shop.Service: Transmission

I needed some transmission work done on my '97 Nissan Hardbody. I wasn't sure, exactly, what was happening with it, but Narval was able assess it quickly, and told me he would need a week to affect the repairs. He even came in to work on it the weekend of Memorial Day to keep his estimated time of repair. He did an awesome job keeping me informed during that time and charged me a fair price. All-in-all, he made an unpleasant situation tolerable, and I am very pleased with his work.

Last Saturday we experienced a problem with our transmission Did a search and called Shift Right. Glad we did!! The owner was very professional and I believe honest. We had to get a rental and I believe he did everything to help us get back into our vehicle ASAP. Our vehicle is running great he also fixed a pulley that was going bad showed us the bad one he replaced. Very satisfied with everything so far!!

I recently purchased a used 2007 Ford F150 Lariat with 176k miles. Turns out it had a transmission issue despite test driving it and having it inspected by a licensed mechanic (maybe I should have asked for my money back?). Seems the "hitch" I detected later when accelerating from start and uphill didn't become noticeable until driving for awhile and the engine warmed up. At any rate, I took it to Shift Right after doing some research online and reading favorable reviews. I explained the problem to Mr. Narval and he suspected what the problem was but, he kept the truck overnight to test drive it. He ended up rebuilding the transmission and torque converter at a reasonable price backed by a 12 month warranty! Mr. Narval was very communicative and provided fast and friendly service. I would use his service again (hopefully won't have to...Lol!) and would be more than happy to recommend Shift Right Transmission to a friend!Service: Transmission repair

They were amazing. I dropped my car off on Thursday and they told me it would maybe be the same day but more than likely Friday. They finished it same day, not only that but they communicated the whole time. After I picked up my car (after hours, he came back to let me get my car because I really needed it) he called me and checked up in me on my drive home. hi I would like to say thanks to Narval an his team for doing a good job fixing my 2004 Chevy Malibu transmission.. I put a fuel pump and a tune-up on it after I got it from him and its drive like I purchased back when I 1st got it. go check out shift right transmission out b4 you take your vehicle anywhere else! am not a robot but a paying customer.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

He gave me excellent advice to seek the car s dealership/corporation help. I only had a little over 73000 miles and the vehicle was barely 4 years old. His advice was exceptional and HONEST which I appreciate! The corporation paid 80% of the repair by the way!

Driving home to Indiana from Florida when we were experiencing some transmission problems on the interstate. They were great to run a diagnostic, top off our transmission fluid and give some advice. Very helpful and appreciated their willingness to quickly give us service in light of our travel situation!

Found the shop online. Narvel listened to my concerns and made me feel like my transmission problems were in good hands. Work was done very promptly. I am completely satisfied with the repair. If you need a transmission rebuilt, see Narvel. Period!

Had a clutch and pressure plate replaced on a Pontiac Vibe. Excellent work, and done sooner than expected! A very easy experience all around- couldn t ask for anything more.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. My Dodge Challenger RT Classic was leaking fluid. I thought it was transmission fluid. Norval inspected it and saw that I was actually leaking engine oil. Norval showed me where the engine oil screw, under the vehicle wasn t screwed on properly. Norval tightened the screw on properly. I was able to buy a half of quart of oil and Norval top the oil off for me. Norval didn t charge me for anything.On 10/21/2020 my water pump broke and I also had a check engine light on. Norval fixed it in a timely manner, and he fixed it for a reasonable price. Once again I would recommend anyone to Shift Right .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A God sent from a good friend. My truck needed a transmission, and I was referred to Narval at Shift Right, and was not disappointed! Narval had my truck ready for me in less than a week.Great service for a great and fair price. I think I may have finaly found my mechanic.
