I absolutely love this place! Their prices are the best around. I was able to get 4 used tires because I needed all four replaced but even the deal he offered me for brand new ones was an absolute steal. I just couldn t afford new ones and my car is getting up there on mileage now. I had came to them a few years ago with my old car for a used tire and the quality of the used tire was excellent. I highly recommend this place. I literally pulled in and told them what I needed. He showed me the other tires that were bad too. They popped on the replacement tires and I was out of there. Probably 10 minutes I was there. Maybe 15 max. Super fast! I would definitely highly recommend.!!!!

Excellent customer service! And extremely patient - seeing as how I asked him 100 questions. I would totally recommend them to anyone. I m new to Georgia and this was the first tire shop that I went to. I m going to stick with them

4th OF JULY WEEKEND RESCUE I LOOKED ON GOOGLE TO FIND SOMEWHERE TO HAVE MY NEW TIRE PUT ON. I CALLED FIRST AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND TOLD ME TO COME ON IN! MIND YOU IT WAS AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. GOT HERE ABOUT 20 MINUTES LATER! BADA BOOM BADA BING! NEW TIRE ON OTHER TIRES CHECKED AND AIR PUT IN! THEY EVEN ACCOMMODATED MY BOUGEY WAYS AND PUT MY SPARE IN A CLEAR BAG BEFORE PUTTING IT IN MY TRUNK! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!AND AFFORDABLE!

So I JUST left this spot. They were the first of like 8 shops I ve called that had the size my car needed (245 45r17). We had negotiated a decent price and because I m horrible at replacing tires, I ve asked them to check the other all my tires. I have a front wheel drive so the front passenger WAS going to be in the rear but the young gentleman that helped me out noticed the rubber was bad. Because it s been over a year since I ve changed tires to the point that they re either bald or close to busting wide open, I ended up paying for a newer old tire that s the cost of the two I originally bought. But I said to hell with it, let s get it. When I asked about an alignment, they told me they didn t do that service and recommended I go next door. When I went next door to inquire, they had the cost per service already up and they were decent pricing. By the time I walked back, R&A were finished, in 20 mins tops. I gifted the younger guy a $2 bill, since I didn t have change to give as a tip, and he was genuinely happy! The only downside was that they didn t present to me the tire they planned on using but it s ok. It s a heck of a lot better than what I started with. I used to put air in one specific tire every 4 days for the past few months. I know my fianc� is tired of griping at me lol

Great customer service! Fast and efficient! They put my tires on like a NASCAR pit crew lol Gave me some really excellent used tires and I was helped immediately! Thank you so much to this place!

Great quality used tires and take offs as well. Had me in and out within 20 minutes. 2 tires replaced mounted and balanced.

I would never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. I came here several times to get some used tires. I typically always have an issue and have to come back but tried to be understanding in the past. After my most recent transaction I will never come back. These guys charged me $65 for a used snow tire! You can't even buy snow tires in ga and somehow they decided it was a good idea to put 1 on my car. I didn't even know. It was my boyfriend that noticed and then my dad, then my brother and some more guys that thought it was bizarre and unacceptable and even laughed but mostly were bothered by it. When I came back they acted like they've never seen it before. Another time before that last time I went I asked them to balance/align my tires after coming back because of issues driving after getting 4 tires from them. They refused and charged me $10 to change my tires to different sides and claimed that would fix the issue. Long story short, that did not fix the issue. If I could give them -10 stars I would. Don't go here, I promise you'll regret it.

I always have a pleasant experience here. Real down to earth ppl and great prices for good tires! I only took a star off because they really should repave the parking lot, but that has no impact on their service at all!

Horrible. Wife went there and they forgot to put lug nut on back tire witch mad it wobble off balance. Took it back and they didn't want to fix it. Bad business especially for women.

I was kind of reluctant because of the number of bad reviews to try this place . But I was @ work & had to choose a place out here. I gave them a chance Paid $120 for 3 pretty damn good looking used tires that included disposable fee or may be no disposable fee! Idk anyways Customer service was no issue. Hispanic ran establishment You rarely have an Hispanic try to get over on you! So I would definitely return for more tires.

I had a flat caused by a nail that was plugged in twenty minutes and there were three customers ahead of me. I've never seen such fast and professional tire work in my life.

Good quick service! I stopped in this morning to get my tire plugged and it literally took less than 10 min. But not to mention the customer service is very warming and professional. I will definitely do business again.

Great customer service. Fantastic products arrived this morning to get a tire that was flat ( what a way to start a Monday) a few people ahead of me but it didn't take long and they got to me and I was very satisfied with their great customer service and very helpful and quickness to getting my day started.

My son was very nice to you when he came and brought four tires from you for my car. He even brought you and your employees snacks. He regrets that he did it and I regret it too because it was my money. I came in today because you did not balance the tires. And you tried to make me feel bad because you messed up the first time! If you had done it correctly the first time I wouldn't have had to take time out of my day 2 West industrial for you to get my car to stop shaking because you sold us 2 bad tires that you did not balance. And you told me I want things done perfectly. When someone does work on your car they should do a correct job you are working on my tires if you do not do them to perfection they could come off my car and I could die in a car accident and hurt other's as well. You should take pride in your work and want to make sure that you have returned customers. My car was not shaking before you put tires on my car. And it should not be shaking after. so if it's shaking it's your job to make sure the tires are not rotted. I hope in the very near future someone gives you the same smart-mouth you gave me! ZERO stars. And don't think because I'm a woman that you can be rude and disrespect me. You're so used to doing mediocre work when someone wants something done correctly you try to make it like perfection is a bad word..

These guys do good fast work for a good price! They usually have a used tire in the size you need just in case. I will continue going back here for my odds and ends tire/rim needs.

I went here today 7-7-2016 after going to NGN who inspected my tires and paid them for balancing on 6-29-2016. R & a Tire checked the front tires and found them badly worn on the inside, the pressure was at 50 and was told it should have been no more than 44. Prices were reasonable, friendly OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!
