Do not under any circumstances take your car to this facility to have any work done. Someone tampered with my car when I got a simple oil change so that my check engine light would come on. They attempt to get me to purchase services I didn't need. When I asked my husband to meet me at the garage and I was going to call the police because my car was tampered with, remarkably they fixed the "crankshaft sensor code"that they said my car was sending. Keep in mind I had not check engine light on before they did my oil change. I will never ever patronize this facility and if I can prevent anyone from being cheated by paying for services they didn't need them I will write reviews everywhere I can. These people are the reason why mechanics have the reputation they do.

Miss Jac-kay!!!! (That is NOT how you spell her name), but it's the seasoning she put on Precision's customer service that has me a little off on spelling. The service was refreshing bc we as customers don't get that too often anymore... so thank you!Mista Bennie!!! Thank you for correcting my children's mistakes using the wrong fuel. Smh. I hear you stayed on my girls truck until it was right days straight. Lastly, I didn't get a name, but the young lady I initially spoke to made me consider Precision, GREAT job on selling your service and its qualities! It matched what you said!You three help me out a lot and at SUCH a reasonable price! I truly appreciate you, ALL!

I went to get a tune up priced it was ridiculous amount. So i just got my oil changed. This was my first time at this location, (I normally visit the one in McDonough, which had always been wonderful), after this visit my transmission fluid was all of a sudden leaking and fluids or tires were not topped off because my tire light was even on. I did brush it off as a coincidence until I just saw some other reviews. Today I went to try them one more time. Sent my son up there the car is now his and teaching him what he needs to do. I gave him a exact word for word to ask for which usually cost 29-34$ For synthetic blend. The gave him full synthetic in the vehicle and charged him 74$ and that was with a coupon. Not sure if they got over on him because he is 16. But that was my last time ever using them.

I was charged about $1,500 for them to fix everything but what I needed them to fix. Kept telling me what they think it is instead of what it actually was. Ended up going some place else to get it fixed. Never going here again and neither should you.

Last year they told me I had to replace two of my catalytic converter s in a 2008 Nissan Maxima. I had already gotten one of my catalytic converter s changed out 6 months prior. They lied and said I needed to get two replaced instead of one then proceeded to bill me 2400 total. Fast forward to a month after. They had to replace my gasket because my car was making noises it hadn t prior. After fixing it, the car continued to make the same noise while they complain on and on about how they fixed it. After a year of driving and them saying that they fixed it each time, I get it checked out by a new shop and they say I need the SAME FIX. Except, there is a hole in my manifold causing the worlds worst exhaust leak. On top of that, my catalytic converters are missing bolts and are also open and not mounted properly. This is the worst shop I ve been to in terms of customer service AND mechanical fixings. Do NOT come here.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto exhaust system replacement, Auto tire replacement

Called 2 days before and Lisa the manager was so nice and friendly when I inquired about AC service. She explained that she would put dye in my system to detect any leaks. She said they would put a pound of refrigerant in the vehicle and if there were no leaks then I should be good to go. She said this was $199.99. When my husband took the vehicle in it was a whole different story. She proceeded to tell my husband that the system was bone dry (yeah thats why it needs filling) and because of that it would be an additional $200. Didn't put in any dye, nothing. After I told my hubby to come home and we don't need this. They told him they would put in the dye and refrigerant. They charged me the $199.99 plus tax and boy were we RIPPED off. A week later the AC is blowing hot again. Don't trust Lisa or none of f these folks..they are SCAMMERS!!!!

They give you a honest opinion and try to work with you. But I m telling you now for the people under warranty it may be difficult to get them to work on it. But if they take the job they ll do a great job

Honest pricing, honest techs. Only Charged me a diagnostic fee to fix something I over-looked prior to bringing my vehicle in. Every place I've worked in the past around Stockbridge would've charged a higher diagnostic fee plus an hour of labor to correct the issue. They also worked within my timeframe to get the service done plus a last minute order of tires before pickup.I know there is one or too reviews saying that the price was higher than it should've been, don't let that discourage you from using this shop, I almost made the same mistake, every vehicle is different, a two hour job can turn into a 6 hour job very fast, I was called an updated at every step of my vehicles repair and nothing was charged or touched without my permission.Great, yet somehow overlooked shop in the Stockbridge area. Will most definitely recommend.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

This is the best place hands down to get an oil change. The manager Ms Nicole is very polite and professional and makes sure she takes care of her customers to the fullest. I would never take my car anywhere else. The lobby is also kept very clean which is an added bonus for me

This store is located on 138 in stockbridge.The owner greets the customers with a smile and great conversation.The staff does a great job of getting the customers in and out . The service is great!The store is new and super clean and I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.I'm looking forward to continuing business with this location.

Stay away. Stay Away. STAY AWAY! 200 dollar jobs will reach 600 bucks. And they won t tell you that til you go to pick up your vehicle. Yes I have the cash to pay but what makes you think you can green light the job without at least talking to me first. They will laugh at you and joke around about financing options. Had to get my grandmother to say a prayer cause they had me ready.Service: Brakes

STOP TURN AROUND!!! DO NOT PASS GO! IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR TURN AROUND***After EPC came on 4 hrs after oil change I called up there, Lady said let her talk to tech and she would call me back...Never got call back and ended up taking car to dealership...cold day in hell before they touch any of my vehicles again. LOOK BELOW FOR THAT AUTOMATED MSG OF APOLOGY???? PLEASE
