Had the best experience here! Chris, Sam & Jeremy are awesome. They are professional & honest. No upselling here. And to top things off, the bathrooms are very clean! You won t regret supporting this Pep Boys in Stockbridge!

What happened to great customer service, Worse experience ever. Had an appointment for 8:30am and I got here 5 minutes early just to be told I have 2 people ahead of me. What is the point of an appointment if there s no structure. I have been waiting for an hour and my vehicle still hasn t been pulled to the back to get worked on. I will not be recommending this place to anyone nor will I ever return here again. I m previous pep boys fan and customer but I think this is my last time going to a pep boys. Wish I could have rated this a zero.

Only getting this 5 star because of Jeremy and the Sunday crew ! He took care of my husband and I from the beginning to end. He was pleasant,informative,the crew was quick on the repair and we had a good movie to watch while we waited courtesy of who???? None other than Jeremy!!!! I was very pleased with the service I received from Pep Boys located on 138 in Stockbridge. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It took less than an hour to resolve my tire issue.

Got an alignment because my car was vibrating and the tires were wearing out fast. And I must say, these jokers got my whip gliding like a shark in a fishtank now. Thanks guys

I waited six and half hours for a oil change and four new tires and I was the second person in line to be serviced. The tech made me wait on purpose because I ask how much longer will it be before my truck is ready. Six hours is too long for four tires and a oil change. Arrived at 7:45 am Saturday and didn't leave until 1:20 pm Check the receipt

Service Rep Christian gave absolute stellar customer service. Friendly, answered all my questions and he was simply amazing especially during a time when so many businesses lack great customer service. KC checked me out and he was great as well

Day Before Thanksgiving came to get my oil changed after work. Manager on duty Jefferson made me an appointment and let me know I can come back in an hour. Upon returning; the tech onsite stated they won't be able to get to me. Given we have to get on the road by 5AM with needing an oil change. Tech onsite is evidence as to why they have a (3) rating

The staff here are great. They are polite, respectful, and courteous. My review is solely based on Pep Boys as a company as experienced at this location. Today, I had an appointment to have 4 tires installed that I have purchased the night before online. I purchased Goodyear Asymmetrics, but what was installed were Goodyear Eagles. These are two different tires with different reviews from customers and specifications. The error was not committed by the employees at the store, but by Pepboys online, or Goodyear and the information they provide Pepboys. The product number was wrong online, and Pepboys goes by order number, not name. Pepboys did not honor my original purchase. Instead, I was simply told that the tires I wanted were not in stock at the Goodyear warehouse. I got a refund, which entailed waiting an additional 2 hours for the work to be done. I was at Pepboys from 8am-12pm on a Saturday, not how I planned on spending my day. I even tried to see if I could get the pricier Hankook OE tires for my vehicle and received the quote. Then I showed the the gentlemen at Pepboys a cheaper quote, $400 cheaper, from the Toyota Dealership in McDonough thinking that perhaps there could be a price match. Not a word. Instead, I booked an appointment at another shop for Tuesday afterwork. An inconvenience, but prices matter. Buyers beware when purchasing tires online, especially at Pepboys. The company needs to re-examine their systems with their suppliers to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. My time was wasted, the mechanic's time was wasted, and other customers waiting for their repairs needed to wait longer. Pepboys just lost another customer.

This is a rip off place I got charged for a diagnostic that I didn t need at $110. I already told them what I needed from a previous diagnostic. They gave me a outlandish price for my repair $1125. I decided to check with a dealership and to my surprise their prices was much much cheaper then Pep Boys. The dealership is only charging me $680 for the same repair. Buyer beware this is not the place to go if you re looking for a lower price then the dealership. I would NEVER go back to this place again! I wish I knew then what I know now it would have saved me $110 of nothing. Plus it stunk like something died around their business and to me it doesn t seem all that clean inside very dissatisfied and pissed at this place! Wish I could give less then one star for this place

Brought in my tire after a blow out on the highway and had a super smooth experience. Every other nearby tire shop was closed (on a Sunday) & it was my first time at this location. Victor was super helpful & got me in & out with a new tire within 30 minutes, and Samantha at the front desk was super friendly!

Jeremy, the face of the business on that day, took the next step to ensure that I was satisfied with the service their team provided. It's was on a Sunday they were very busy. Only 2 guys working 1 in front the other in back. They worked together as a team and serviced everyone in that building. It was worth the wait. Very kind and professional.

These guys were awesome! Jeremy was the primary person who assisted me when I had damage to my fuel pump and he was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient. Jeremy had an answer to every question I asked (and I had A LOT) and he never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. They managed to get a big job done in just a few hours and even without an appointment, I felt like a priority.

Victor is amazing. He determind the source of my engine noise, explained what was going on and took the time to show me everything under the hood.He repaired my vehicle and it sounds like new again. I highly recommend Victor if you're in the area and in need of repair service.

Thankful their alignment rack was tied up with a truck that was going to take an extended amount of time to figure out cause they recommended precision auto right down the block & I couldn t have been more pleased with precisions customer service. They have gone above and beyond what many shops what nvr do & I thank them so much.

Vic worked on the 1999 Chevy S10 window shield wiper motor & switch with the help of Ryan. No matter what problem this truck comes up with in the future. I'll always trust Vic & Ryan, who are professional & very knowledgeable. If you have any questions or concerns about your vehicle, go to either. If they don't know the answer, they will find out.

Upcharged for a simple wheel alignment, didn't rotate tires as requested. You gotta check EVERYTHING that they do. They struggle with even the most simple tasks. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here, unfortunately.

Poor service just for oil change. Was told it would be 45 minutes before they would get to it. After 2 hours of waiting, no one said anything to me. Vehicle was still waiting outside and not being serviced. After inquiring, was told that there was no bay to service the vehicle. But they definitely received the payment before hand. Customers should be informed of delays and information as they wait.

I was greeted and provided service quickly at the Stockbridge, GA location. The manager, Mr. Jeremy was extremely helpful and patient with addressing my concerns with great satisfaction. My vehicle was serviced and delivered in the time promised. I definitely plan to return for future servicing and recommend service at this location.

My experience with the Pep Boys in Stockbridge was EXCELLENT .The young man who assisted me kept me abreast of what I needed done and explained the importance of having the work done. He also let me know of the discount I was able to use to help me with my balance. This was greatly appreciated. I did not get all work done but rest assure this will be my go to place :)

A big thanks to Ryan for being pleasant & providing proper customer service present & past. Seeing as this will be my 1st & last review for this store, I ll also give gratitude to Hannah & Victor as well for their past great customer service. Thank you guys!!Thumbs down however to Jeremy. You should be trained to better serve customers properly. In order for a proper discussion to happen, both sides have to listen to one another. If a customer doesn t ask to see parts pulled from their vehicle, it s a good idea to not show them. I trust my mechanic s that I ve come to know at the facility. Therefore, I d never ask to see anything, nor would I keep coming back. Just stating facts. Also, it s never a good idea to call a customer baby. Your condescending attitude s disgusting. Because of your unprofessionalism, I won t return to this location.

I bought a new set of tires there. Great price, however the guys there didn't install them correctly. They ran a balance twice! And still the car would vibrate like crazy!! So I took the car to the dealership and boom! Fix it! (It was just the balance btw)

I haven't been to this Pep Boys since maybe like a year a half ago and last time the wait time was awful and the service wasn't good. This time there was a complete difference everything was on time and it didn't take too long for anything. My only thing is that I booked an 8am appointment and the techs don't get there until 8:30am.
