Not a great experience at all. Really negative experience. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. Months ago, they repaired a bumper on my truck. While in the shop for many weeks, they didn't call with frequent updates, I had to call them several times and ask for updates. After, I finally retrieved my truck, I took it back a week or so later because it pulled to the right side (out of alignment) which they said they fixed it when I picked it up. Also, they didn't secure my fog light and left it bouncing as the truck moves. So, I took it back. They kept it for a week and didn't call me. I call them and they told me it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager's or owner's daughter who said, they ordered a part for the fog light and will write a supplemental for the insurance company due to shock needed to be replaced. Approximately a month later, I called them to ask for an update and learned they had not sent in a supplemental and the part had not arrived for my fog light. I shared my disappointment with the manager/owner and they apologized for their daughter not doing her job. They finally filed a supplemental for a shock and the insurance denied it and said no way a shock could cause that issue. Needless to say, the insurance company was right, this body shop diagnosis was wrong. I later took my truck to another business and they fixed the problem. The problem was alignment and tires, which North Henry totally miss diagnosis it completely and they didn't complete the original alignment correctly. Lastly, after many months, my fog light still hasn't been fixed by North Henry shop. Be aware of this business, as I will never do business with this shop again! Oh, and now I have to pay another business to secure my fog light which North Henry should have fixed it months ago from the insurance claim!

THIS SHOP IS THE WORST DO NOT GO HERE !! THEY PAY FOR PARTS WITH BAD CHECKS AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE BILL !!! SHOP PAID RICK CASE WITH A BAD CHECK FOR $61.04 AND WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET PAYMENT. OWNER IS DODGING US !! WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION

This auto shop recently changed ownership in January 2023 which explains why they USE to have to a great reputation for service. The new owners are terrible and should not be in this line of business. They were suppose to have completed repair from accident and I picked up my car in early January. Mid-January the repair completely separated from my front end. Additionally, I was suppose to have an alignment done but it wasn't done. I took my car back because of the bad repair and explained my car was still pulling to the right. They sent the car to a third party and found I had a damaged rod from the accident which tells me the alignment was never done. Additionally, the fog lights were damaged during the repair of my front end. They tried to fix it with low budget lights instead of the aftermarket leds that were on vehicle. I decided to replace myself because they will never get my vehicle. Avoid this business if like your peace of mind.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The new change in ownership is terrible . For the past 4 years all my body work I needed I came to this location NOT once did they charge me for an estimate , they new owners said it would be a hour worth of service and $85 just to get an estimate for the work,(Mind u it takes 10 min to write up an estimate) .What a joke way to loose a returning customer and a sale by being greedy . Maaco charges double the price but I would gladly go to them than pay u for an estimate at least they will give u a estimate for free .

This is the worst place we have ever been to. We dropped our car off and left with more damage than when we dropped it off with. And of course they deny having anything to do with it. Not only that, the repair that they did do was such a terrible job. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!MY GIRLFRIEND TOOK HER CAR TO THE SHOP IN FEBRUARY AND SHE STILL HASN'T GOTTEN IT BACK IT'S MAY 15TH SHE TOOK IT TO GET SOME BODY DAMAGE ON THE TOP OF HER CAR REPAIRED FROM A TREE FALLING ON IT AND THEY KEPT TELLING HER IT WAS GOING TO BE READY DAY AFTER DAY AND IT WASN'T AND THEN THEY TOLD HER TO COME IN ON A SATURDAY TO GET IT EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS AND THEN THE NEXT MONDAY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ACTUALLY BE READY THEY SAID THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE POWER STEERING THEY COULDN'T FIX IT WHEN THE POWER STEERING WAS PERFECTLY FINE WHEN SHE TOOK IT IN THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIX IT THEY TOOK IT TO A DEALERSHIP AFTER WAITING AND WAITING AND THE DEALERSHIP COULDN'T DIAGNOSE IT SO THEY TOOK IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND SHE'S BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO DIAGNOSE IT AND SEE WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT THIS SHOP MESSED UP HER CAR THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE STEERING FOREHAND AND SO THEY GAVE HER THE RUN AROUND OVER AND OVER SHE HAS YET TO GET HER CAR BACK

This company does NOT get back with customers that are trying to use them to make car repairs. They took pictures one day and said they would call after the holidays. NO calls I had to call them twice (my car has been in a accident and my insurance refereed this business). three days have gone by. When i do speak with someone they tell me it will be January the 25th. I could have gone to someone else and had the work started. Thanks for nothing. If they would have told me this the day they took pictures, I would have gone somewhere else to have work started earlier. Thanks for keeping me waiting for NOTHING.

Their explanation of the process for an insurance claim was thorough. They were on point with the period of time it would take to fix my truck. Very helpful folks. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do I look forward to the repeat business.

Had to buy my rear bumper cover from Mazda. Good grief! I have a '93 Miata. It had a paint job about 10 years ago. They matched the red color perfectly and gave me a great price. No insurance company involved. I've been remodeling my 27 year old car. With new top le bra timing belt kit, water pump, radiator, n defroster on back window, she looks great!!!2nd red/black one I've owned. Craftmanship and customer service EXCELLENT. Will be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and son Chris and paint guy are great

Never great when you have to go to a body shop but they truly work for you the customer. Very honest and do excellent work. Stand behind their work 100%. Only body shop that ever touches any of my vehicles.
