The employees are always courteous and the store is well stocked. Per the website, the air filter for my 2010 vw beetle 2.5 was processed and ready for pick up within 30 minutes. A perfect fit.

You need to change the hours on your door. I showed up at 530 PM to pickup an online order that I had placed earlier. I don't have all the time in the world to go around to various stores looking for an oil filter. Which I found just down the road at O' Reilly's. Or money for gas.A simple printout taped to your door will do a hell of a lot more than Sending Emails or Contacting Customer Service ever will.

Please change the hours on your website to match the hours on the door. Website states you close at 7:00pm it is 6:30pm and the door closed. Desktop printed sign states you close at 6pm. With gas at $5 a gallon NAPA you have to do better.

I think their names were Carllton and Tim ! They gave amazing customer service and sold me the best bulbs for my car after buying faulty ones from amazon ! Keep up the good work guys.

Do you pay a little more? Yes, but when I say NAPA is on point. They greet you, tell you they will be with you in a moment, or ask if anyone is helping you yet. They immediately get the part and your transaction is completed in under 2 mins. Bypass all the other wannabe parts stores.... too many young, inexperienced, don't care, texting on their cellphone employees.

Carolyn is PHENOMENAL!!! Always bright and cheery - she makes it a pleasure in person and over the phone. We own an independent Porsche repair facility in Stockbridge, GA and have placed several orders for Mobil1 oil over the years. The staff make it a point to call us ahead scheduled sales and we buy a ton every time!!! Very considerate staff and always willing to help.

I was sold the wrong part, the new part was reordered. I was told the new part would be in on Monday. Very professional and the courtesy was awesome.

The guy was a rude jerk. I didn't intend to park in front and work on the car. He pitched a fit and kept coming out telling me to move. When we needed parts, we risked life and limb running across 138 on a busy Saturday just to avoid giving him any money. We even went and got a Coke for the girl working in there on our dime. Still rude. Told us we would scare away his customers. Originally went there because it was a smaller place with a mom & pop feel.

They had me in the store for over an hour for a part and still give me the wrong one. No one much in a hurry to help lots of customers waiting in line long periods of time

Thanks to the 2 fellows who helped me check my engine light when no one else in town would the day after the shutdown started. I am a hospital laboratorian and I need my car to get to work during these strange times.

The only store in the area that sells the fuel filter I need for my 1970 Oldsmobile. I need to do more than keep buying filters!
