Recently, I visited Mavis Tires and Brakes for a complete tire replacement and alignment. The service I received was exceptional. Prior to the visit, my car's tires were worn out and causing noticeable shaking while driving. I typically opt for Michelin tires, but Jonathan s recommendation of the Mavis All Season Highway Touring tires convinced me to try something new, and I m glad I did. With a 65,000 Mile Warranty the Mavis tires not only met but exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and durability. My car now drives smoothly and feels like new. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes for anyone in need of automotive service.

*Update*I had another problem with my truck..It was fine, I turned it off to get gas, and then it wouldn't start. I knew exactly where to take it..I was almost in tears when we got to Mavis. I just can't afford to keep fixing my truck, but here we go..Jonathan reassured me, told me they'll get to the bottom of this problem, and fix it. I'm glad I brought it to someone who was familiar with my truck, and the repairs I've already had done. They knew where to start..It was the positive battery cable. They replaced it. So cheap, so easy.. I waited longer for the tow truck than I did for Mavis to fix it..I was so relieved.Again, Jonathan is an Angel.Jonathan is an angel.My truck had a bad starter, they fixed that, no problem.. but when I complained about the brakes seeming a little off, they looked until they found the problem, and fixed that too.Jonathan found a way to wiggle the price to keep these repairs affordable.My truck needs to be able to go.. it also needs to stop. I'm very happy that it can do both with no issues now.It was the beginning of a very bad day.Sometimes you get lucky, and a day becomes fantastic. Thanks to Mavis, and Jonathan, I'm having a very blessed, extraordinary day.

On March 16,2024, My husband and I were greeted warmly and treated with utmost professionalism by Managers Jonathan and Quay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking exceptional service.On today, March 20,2024, Manager Jonathan once again delivered exceptional service tailored to exceed my expectations. The staff paid meticulous attention to detail in every aspect making it a memorable experience and fosters a long lasting relationship with each person who walks through the door. I Stopped into Mavis in Stockbridge, GA for a routine oil change, knowing i needed brakes as well. Dawson got my car right in to be worked on. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt taken care of and not taken advantage of. It's nice to go to a car place with great people working there. Thanks Again for taking care of me Dawson! Kudos for being good at life. Now I'm on the road again safe and sound.

I went to Mavis about a week ago to some tires on my vehicle. When I first got there I spoke to Jonathan. Who was so very helpful and answered all my questions. When I had more questions and Jonathan was with my vehicle, Qua took the time to help me. These young men were very efficient, helpful and fast.I definitely will be coming back. Thank you both for a job well done.

Terribly slow and bad service. I sent my mother to get 4 brand new tire put on. We had an appointment and she showed up early and had to wait 5 hours. The manager told us told us he would put on wipers and do an alignment when we came back. Day 2 I went in and had to wait 2 1/2 hours because they had break jobs to do . As I m waiting there is an upset elderly couple waiting because they had to return three times for faulty breaks. I would recommend and other place but here.*update* I was able to speak with the district manager and they were finally able to get the alignment and wiper blades on. I was super appreciative so we got rotors and pads as well.I do suggest not coming on a Saturday if you want service.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Mavis Tires & Brakes! The manager went above and beyond! Not only did he educate me thoroughly during my visit, he saw how backed up the shop was jumped in and installed my tires. Jonathan s attention to detail and customer care made this experience outstanding. I ll definitely be returning for future service.

I want to share my great experience today at Mavis. I recently bought some new tires for my Dodge Ram 1500, but was experiencing vibration while driving. I was able to get right in and they were able to check out my vehicle and make adjustments to my front tires and inspect my TPMS system. Great service and friendly staff.Rodney Brown

After a very bad experience at the Stockbridge location in February 2024.I returned to the store and approached the new MGR. Jonathan and explained the disaster results from February that was overseen by a different mgmt staff. I lost a lot of unnecessary time and money from this negligence!Jonathan was very approachable, listened and understood what my valid concerns were and executed the task of what needed to be done to make it right!Thank you Jonathan for letting me leave with a smile on my face.Customer service is very important to gain repeat business and I will not hesitate to return to this location in the future. Highly satisfied with my experience today. I didn t have an appointment and there were other services being rendered. I was still able to walk in and get full service: brakes, alignment, oil change, etc in less than 2 hours I believe. That s pretty amazing. Roderick gave great customer service and explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely return.

I've visited the stockbridge location twice 1st to get a tire the staff was wonderful on such a short notice and again today 2/15/24 again with short for alternator with expected wait time 2 hours. It took lest than. If you are looking for curiosity and professionalism this location is the place to come. Ask for Qua Roger and Jason.

Today is January 3rd, 2024 and I am currently here at Mavis tires & Brakes hey off of Eagles Landing and the service has been PHENOMENAL. From when I walked in, I was greeted by the team and then started the process of checking in. They made sure I knew what was being done on my car, what needed to be done and what my price was. While waiting they checked to make sure I was good and gave me updates on my car. I would definitely recommend this location when it comes to any of the Mavis's in the area.

Don t bother bringing your car here! Today is April 1,2023. I booked an appointment at 1pm to get my new tires put on and balanced. I dropped my car off at 1233, and was told only 1 person s car was ahead of mine. I returned at 4p my car hadn t been touched, my new tires where still in my backseat and truck. I asked associate was my car ready, he said the guy should be almost done. When I walked to the side of the building where my car was, it was exactly how I left it. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE! And they had the nerve to want me to bring the car back the next day. NO, I NEED MY CAR TODAY! Don t bother giving this place any business. Yes, they put my tires on and balanced them, but what s the point of booking an appointment if they didn t finish with my car until 530p and they didn t reset my tire psi. Then had the nerve to tell me next time I come back they ll take $50 off my next service. It won t be a next time ..

Had an alignment here July, got new tires somewhere else but competitor didn't do alignments. Took it back here for an alignment check to ensure it was correct still. Man at register told me it was perfect still and "no charge". Wow! Thanks for being honest and being fair. I will be getting tires and alignments here from now on. Way to go guys at Mavis Stockbridge. Pass the word

Scammers, I went on 1/29/24 for change oil, tire rotation and fix flat tire I had appointment, 3 hours was waiting for those service. When I saw the receipt they charge me for the weather blade installation (they never asked me if I wanted to change) $ 9.99 ok my bad because I didn t check the receipt when I paid.. but after 3 weeks the the low pressure air tire in same tire and same side start so I noticed they didn t fix the tire and obviously didn t rotate the tires.. but they charged for that I wonder and hope they do the change oil.. but I don t think so.. Was my first time and the last and everybody asked me where to go for car maintenance I alert to don t go there

Roderick was very kind and informative. He was very patient and a great listener who was able to understand my vehicle needs with ease. He educated me on parts of my vehicle that I had been having serious trouble with for quite sometime. During my visit he greeted every client that came in and took the time to ensure that everyone was taken care of. Him and his colleagues are all pleasant and work very well together. Exceptional leadership and effective services provided. Come here for all of your tire, brake, strut and roader needs.

After another loose wheel bearing, I decided to revisit the Eagles Landing location for service. Each visit has been met with great professionalism and affordable pricing; they pay attention to your concerns, while going out of their way to assist you. They really do care about building lasting relationships with their customers. I can recall with my last visit where I was not permitted to drive home regarding the condition behind my last wheel bearing; you not only cared about my car, but my life! Additionally, thank you for taking notice that I needed to replace my windshield wipers too, I kept saying for weeks, That s another job on my to do list! which is now scratched off!

Had my car towed to Terrance at Mavis Eagles Landing Parkway and he and Nicholas handles my car and myself with the utmost customer service. I was upset with my tire blowout and they calmed me as well as handled my time constraint. Thank you ! They are doing a great job!

The customer service was Awesome from the gentleman at the front counter at 8:00 am on 12/6. He assist everybody in line in a timely manner and also answered the phones that were constantly ringing, by his self. He thanked everyone for their patience. I was in and out in no time. Thank you!
